On November 15, President Putin supported Viktor Medvedchuk’s proposed prisoner exchange between Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk Republics.
Putin met with the Leader of the Ukrainian Choice – People’s Right movement Viktor Medvedchuk during his visit to the Voskresensky New Jerusalem Monastery.
President Putin also talked on the phone with the heads of the Donetsk and Lugansk Republics for the first time since they declared independence from Ukraine after the anti-government putsch in Kiev in 2014.
After that truly groundbreaking event, everyone expected some large provocation on the territory of the republics or in connection with them.
So, on November 20, when the liberal media began a fake news campaign about the “military revolt” in Lugansk, no one was surprised.
From the beginning, we received a slew of unconfirmed information about “storms” of some official buildings in Lugansk, and “unmarked military forces taking over.” The method of disinformation has been identical to the false flag campaign that we witnessed in 2014. Only this time around, people didn’t react to anything publicized by the same group of liberal fake news distributors.
So far, the Russian government has not commented on any of the rumors.
The Ukrainian side prepares the staging of the shelling of Kiev’s “ATO” forces positions, using Kiev security forces dressed in military uniforms of servicemen of the Republic. This statement was made at the briefing in Luganskinform by the official representative of the Lugansk Republic militia Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Marochko.
“We became aware of the arrival in the area Svetlodarsk arc three vehicles with the Ukraine armed forces servicemen, disguised in uniforms of the soldiers of the People’s Republics, as well as a large number of representatives of Ukrainian mass media in order to organize and stage for the broadcast of the scenes of false flag attack and shelling of the Ukrainian armed forces positions,” said the Colonel.
Previously, the Colonel Andrey Marochko reported on multiple attempts of false flag attacks done by Ukraine on their own positions in order to accuse the Luganks Republic armed forces in a violation of the seize fire agreement.”
Marochko also reported on the attempt to enter the territory of the Republic done by a group of saboteurs from the58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade (0425, Sumsk Region). Three of them were killed in an explosion while walking on a mine field and two were injured. This took place in the direction moving from the village Krumskoe towards the town Frunze.
To cover up this militant group retreat, the Ukrainian side opened fire from the large caliber automatic weapons like assault rifles and machine guns.
The Republic accused the Ukrainian side of the destabilization of the situation, despite the fact that the Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukrainemonitoring group Alexander Hug was visiting the republic at the time.
A previous attempt by Ukraine’s armed forces sabotage and reconnaissance group to enter the territory of the republic was conducted on November 21 in order to carry on with the terror attacks on the population. Several militants were captured by the republic’s armed forces.
Igor Plotnitsky dismissed Igor Kornet from the post of the post of the Internal Affairs minister.
On November 21, Immediately following his dismissal, Igor Kornet made a video statement saying that he remains on his job.
On Nov 22, the site of the People’s Militia was hacked and information was posted that Lugansk Republic called for mobilization and a war against Donetsk republic.
The information was a fake, and was taken down almost immediately.
The fact that the web site was compromised makes any information posted or missing as being unreliable. At this point it’s not entirely clear who is responsible for the information posted on this official site.
Then the information came that the Prosecutor General was kidnapped and killed by strangulation, and that the people involved in his murder were arrested. The office of the Prosecutor General continues to operate according to the spokesperson for the office David Kats, the head of unit of the civil and arbitration process Julia Bunyachenko, and another head of unit, Sergey Kravchenko.
The video of their press conference was posted on the Lugansk republic official website.
Once against, battles and storms are taking place in media, not in real life. I recommend you to visit tass.com, RT.com and Sputnik News to get updates on the situation in the Donbass republics. Try to avoid visiting the Ukrainian web sites with .UA extension.
On November 23, the MGB ( the State Security) of Lugansk republic reported detention of a dozen people. They are charged with treason and collaboration with the Kiev authorities, working under the direct supervision of the Ukrainian special services.
Nov 23th, a humanitarian convoy from Russia arrived and was unloaded in Lugansk. Previous convoy with 4.5 tons of books, 135 tones of baby food, 27 tones of medical supplies was delivered on October 26.
My personal opinion is that since President Putin talked to Igor Plotnitsky as the head of the republic, it means that Plotnitsky is the head of the government and any attempts to dismiss him is an anti-government revolt. Only citizens of the republic should decide who will be the next head of the Lugansk republic. Until the next elections, Igor Plotnitsky should continue to do his job.
The Kiev regime terror activities
In Ukraine, the Defense Ministry issues a permission of beards for the militants serving in their armed forces. A link has been published by the RT.
This can mean only one thing, that our suspicion about militants who until recently fought for the US and allies’ proxy army in the Middle East called “ISIS” are being relocated to Ukraine.

On November 23. TASS reported that Russia’s government has lodged a note with the US Department of State to protest the migration of Ukraine’s Myrotvorets (Peacemaker) website, which discloses journalists’ personal information, to US servers. There has been no reply from the US to this day, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told the media on Thursday.
“We have dispatched a note to the US Department of State with a description of the Myrotvorets portal. Also, we demanded it should be denied hosting services, because the operation of this so-called peacekeeping resource has harmed many journalists already,” she said. “So far there has been no formal reply to our message. We keep this theme in focus.”
The illegal websites run by the notorious Ukraine’s secret service SBU and supported by NATO collects and makes public private information of people they call “enemies” of the Kiev regime. The website also calls on the extremists around the world to commit the terror acts against those individuals on the list.
A web site called Myrotvorets, a.k.a. psb4ukr.org, so called “a center of Investigation of crimes against national security of Ukraine,” a database that collects and makes public personal information of people who are being politically persecuted by the fascist junta in Kiev. Many people, including a Ukrainian writer and historian Oles Buzina were killed after their information was posted on this site.
A “nslookup” command with the input “psb4ukr.org” confirms in its output the registered IP Number to be “208.115.243.222” (screenshot) server type nato hpws/2.1 is located in Fort Worth, Taxes.
Screenshorts of the whois records and IP geolocation. and A screenshot of an announcement of Buzina’s murder on April 16th, 2015, posted by psb4ukr.org.
A mirror site to psb4ukr.org is InformNapalm(dot)org that identifies itself as “volunteer intelligence community, complements information of the Military Prosecutor’s Office.” Independent researchers have noticed that in all cases including InformNapalm(dot)org the information about the civilian population is being stored on the NATO HPWS/2.1 server located on the Fort Worth military base in Texas.
A few days ago, I received a screenshot with the Myrotvorets advertisement of the Confectionery Corporation ROSHEN owned by Poroshenko president of Ukraine. Currently managed by the Rothschild Asset management. The advertisement says: “Buy two cakes – help to kill a Russian.”
On November 18th, I tweeted this screenshot to the President Trump.

Igor Kornet is in charge – and Plotninsky has left and is now in Moscow.
Who is igor Kornet?
And was Plotniinsky in league with Ukraine
They arrested 10/12 traitors working for Ukraine
They say that Zacharenko sent troops to help Kornet get rid of Plotninsky
All I know about this resource ruskline.ru (The Russian Line) that they are attacking the Russian orthodox Church.
That’s why it’s not surprising when they post some provocative messages of a crisis actor named Alexander Zhuchkovsky.
https://vk.com/juchkovsky
A detailed research on his activities from 2000 until recently you can find here:
http://ruskom.livejournal.com/627885.html
He calls himself a “neo- fascist” and made multiple calls to destroy the Russian Federation. He is feverishly anti-Putin.
On his vkontakte profile he calls himself “a defender of Slavyansk,” which is truly ironic since no one defended Slavyansk.
He is known to run some charity to collect money for volunteers, but he is not known in Donetsk and Lugansk. They claim they have never heard of him.
—–
Igor Kornet, until November 20, he was the Minister of the Interior Affairs, in other words the head of the Lugansk republic militia (police) force.
Igor Plotnitsky is the President of the republic, and his dismissal by the head of the police is an illegal putsch. If the republic security services have any evidence of the Plotnitsky’s collusion with Kiev, they have to start a legal process. Since they are silent, it means that they have nothing on Plotnitsky.
Plotnitsky has done a great job by keeping the republic running and all social services functioning. He just talked to the President of Russia, and any attempts to topple him now are illegal. The people of the republic should decide whom they want to be their president, not a group of some police officers around Kornet.
I won’t comment of Plotnitsky’s whereabouts. I hope he will able to return to his duties. We should wait for the official explanations to be on TASS, RT, or the MID web site.
Zacharenko didn’t send troops. They have already dismissed these rumors.
Beautiful, very informative and convincing analysis, Scott. The whole Western Lügenpresse system peddles this – seemingly outrageous – disinfo. (also ‘Fort Russ’, by the way)

Here is a video by Patrick Lancaster who is in LPR.

Russia commented on Plotnisky’s inappropriate handling of the situation. He has now resigned and moved to Moscow for ‘health reasons’. This strikes me as similar to the way Strelkov was dealt with – in his case, a loose cannon trying to drag Russia directly and militarily into the Novorossia issue at a time when Russia was preparing the ground for the Syrian action.
Lugansk has always been plagued with corruption, which resulted in Mozgovoy’s death when he tried to do something about it. Hopefully Plotnisky’s removal following apparent inaction over the issue will mark an end to that or at least serve to curb it.
I know the chance of a dissenting comment ever being allow to be posted on this site is basically zero, but still.
“Plotnitsky has done a great job by keeping the republic running and all social services functioning. ”
-No, LPR is in awful condition, not at all like DPR, Plotnitsky has done an awful job in every aspect, and his administration is goes from shocking corruption scandal to shocking corruption scandal. This is the place were authorities were shown to steal 99% of the profit from coal selling. LPR is a miserable place compared to DPR.
“He just talked to the President of Russia, ”
-The fact that Russia has not denounce Kornet actions, nor that Plotnitsky has been able to remove Kornet forces by himself shows he has basically zero support, either in Russia or among his own institutions. What likely has happened is that Moscow has grown tired of his incompetence and corruption and he is set to be replaced, not directly of course as he was democratically elected, but indirectly, he will remain until the next election but without power.
Here you can see Plotnitsky in Moscow, either to beg for Moscow support or that game is over and there is where he will live now as a refugee.
http://www.fort-russ.com/2017/11/candid-cam-plotnitsky-arrives-in-moscow.html
“and any attempts to topple him now are illegal. The people of the republic should decide whom they want to be their president, not a group of some police officers around Kornet. ”
-Kornet has not deposed Plotnitsky, and said specifically that this is not his aim.
That’s not true, you can (pretty much) say what you want here (if well meant, normal and polite for sure). Maybe you’re right and this coup d’état and that Plotnitsky was disposed of is a good thing, and had Moscow’s approval (if not, was organized by them). It just shows what 25 years of being de facto part of the fascist West did to the Ukraine. It seemingly took 3 years for the people of Lugansk to finally begin to get rid of Yanukovych and his predecessors’ corrupt mess. It’s hard to tell.
“He calls himself a “neo- fascist” and made multiple calls to destroy the Russian Federation. He is feverishly anti-Putin. ”
Ultra-nationalism is pretty common among Russians and specifically among the ranks of Russians in Donbass, the leader or founder of the Novorossiya project Pavel Gubarev was himself a member of Russian National Unity, a Russian organisation, and says the time he spent there was great.
“Gubarev was a member of the Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine, a pro-Russian party based in the southeast of the country.[6][11] According to an unnamed acquaintance, Gubarev advocates Pan-Slavism.[6] In earlier years Gubarev was a member of the neo-Nazi Russian National Unity paramilitary group.[12][13][14][15] Gubarev has publicly given thanks to this group for providing him with military training. In the same interview he said he was not a radical nationalist and described himself as “centre-left””
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pavel_Gubarev
The Nazism as an ideology was invented in order to gather the European nations to attack Russia, and to prevent the Slavic nations from forming a coalition. People, who identify themselves as the neo-Nazis, loudly proclaim that their aim is a destruction of the Russian state. This ideology is not as common in Russia, as you claim. If you look case by case, you will find that most of the promoted and known neo-Nazis in Russia are members of the Moscow synagogue.
Take, for example, the organizers and known participants of the “Russian march,” an extremist organization. This year they gathered about 300 people in Moscow, most of them were migrants from Ukraine and members of extremists pro-Ukrainian and pro-Bandera organizations.
http://matveychev-oleg.livejournal.com/6414638.html
The US government funded Radio Svoboda wasn’t happy about the collapse of the “Russian fascism”, either.
https://www.svoboda.org/a/28835202.html
Here, they list the demands of so called “Russian nationalists and neo-Nazis”: United Ukraine with Crimea as a part of the EU and NATO, Russia without Putin, and being under control of the foreign states like in the 90s.
You wrote: “Ultra-nationalism is pretty common specifically among the ranks of Russians in Donbass, the leader or founder of the Novorossiya project Pavel Gubarev was himself a member of Russian National Unity, a Russian organisation”
Also, Gubarev was the head of the pro-EU “European choice” organization in Ukraine. He is a crisis actor for hire.
This should explain what the Novorossiya project was about and what kind of people were hired to run it. Why do you think they use the American confederate flag?
Hello.
1. Russia is a European country.
2. Slavs are white Europeans.
4. I don’t think anyone identify themselves as neo-nazi, that is just a slur.
5. I don’t see anyplace where Kornet says he wants to destroy Russia or are you referring to Pavel?
6. 300? Looks more like 3000 nationalists, or 30000 perhaps?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yS_dah125I
7. Nationalism and Nazism in Russia is not the same as in W.Europe. And not the same as in Eastern European countries.
Nationalism and Nazism in W.Europe tends to be strongly pro-Russian on all ends of the spectrum, from Golden Dawn, which is hard nationalism, to soft nationalist parties such as FN and Marine Le Pen, which even are funded by Russian banks.. While nationalism in Eastern European countries such as Ukraine and baltics is always hysterically anti-Russian and often also pro-nazi.
Nationalism and Nazism in Russia is a mix between these two, some support Putin and Russia as it is, and fights for Donbass, others do not support Putin and do not support Russia as it is now, however they recognize that things are what they are, and they fight for Donbass, others hates Putin and Russia and fights against Donbass, Mozgovoy’s troops were famous for having many nazists among them, as well as communists, all fighting on the same side against NATO aggression.
8. They did not use an American confederate flag, they used the naval jack of the Russian Federation.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Russian_navy_flags
Plotninsky steps down as leader of LPR, LPR belongs to Cornet now.
http://www.fort-russ.com/2017/11/plotnitsky-resigns-as-head-of-lugansk.html
Not many Russians share your flattering description of Mr. Plotnitsky.
Most of the time he is described as an tug and a criminal, probably
responsible for the death of several military commanders.
Thx Scott for this update.
As you point out there seems to be various sites giving different information – best as you say to be cautious. The US has lost in Syria and will now look to agitate in Donbass with their Ukronazi proxies and terrorists from Syria – who are a better fighting force for them then the Ukie Army.
In regard to the link above Scott – what is your view of this website and the news James mentions. Thx.
Thx for exposing Porkie/Roshen and the distasteful comments on Twitter…..hope its finally shut down in Russia and its sweets boycotted….don’t expect much from Trump……
Tass which is reputable says the following: “Head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic Igor Plotnitsky has resigned due to health problems”.
http://tass.com/world/977397
“…..Plotnitsky has been appointed an envoy for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. “He is among the signatories to the Minsk agreements and was appointed today the Lugansk People’s Republic’s envoy for the implementation of the Minsk agreements,” the statement said.
“I also state my adherence to the Minsk accords. The republic will be consistently executing the obligations taken under these agreements,” Pasechnik pointed out.
In his statement, he also stressed that “the Board of Ministers, the LPR People’s Council and other power structures continue operating on a routine basis.” “For my part, I want to assure the LPR residents that I will do everything possible for the Lugansk people’s welfare,” Pasechnik concluded.
Leonid Pasechnik has been appointed acting head of the Lugansk People’s Republic until forthcoming elections…….”
So Plotnitsky is now an envoy for the Minsk agreements and Leonid Pasechnik is appointed Acting head. Always important to wait and hear from reputable Russian sources as Scott suggested above.

Scott,
Is the Argentine sub another mh370.?
Whether it is or not one thing is sure Argentine will not be poised to grab the Falklands back off the UK in the upcoming interregnun.
The Catalonia debacle is in my view another such event preventing Spain from being aware of and poised to seize Gibralter when Elizabeth II turns her toes up in coming months.
The Argentine sub and Catalonia are pieces in a puzzle the solution of which points to only one thing…the Crown of the Commonwealth is about to change hands.
Brexit in the UK and the constitutional crisis engulfing Australia are pieces in the same puzzle.
I wrote more extensively on this in comments section of recent article…The last straw.
Is the Argentine sub another mh370.?
Yes. The same type of special operation to stage a search for a submarine (aircraft) while searching for a Russian submarine.
Meanwhile, the real airplane or submarine, either has never been there in the first place, or was destroyed with people or without them.
Chasing away the Russian submarines means that the Allies plan a massive false flag attack out of the Russian surveillance.reach. This is what had happened with the mh17.
Russia dispatching the most advanced in the world oceanographic ship to Argentina made them to abort their plans. That’s why they, “suddenly,”came up with this “explosion,” out of blue.
They deployed fleets of 8 countries with several destroyers and 4000 people, all the while knowing that the submarine had been destroyed by an explosion.

Coup in Lugansk – Politnitsky disappeared, the power went over to Cornet
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40OAPEjd7W4
Eyes on say Plotnisky is out of power, at best Moskau might keep him on as a powerless figurehead until elections can be held. Quite some number of suspects have been arrested in Lughansk under charges of treason, espionage and massive corruption. DNR did indeed send significant numbers of help to LNR to forestall any resistance from LNR Militsiya and various members of officialdom. While the situation is not fluid, it is confusing to those on the outside. On the surface things have returned to normal in Lughansk and LNR. There was no fighting that my ‘eyes on’ knows of.

Plausible scenario in regards to elections, actually elections are a given. Kornet will be defacto head of the LNR ruling, for lack of a better term ‘coalition’, but I personally think that for the time being LNR will be under defacto control of DNR. LNR was always regarded as the weak link of the two and apparently for good reason. Case in point, DNR has been relentlessly bombarded since summer of ’14 while in the same time frame in comparison no one has thrown so much as a rotten tomato at LNR. Yes, I know a lot of people have died in LNR but the bombardments and destruction do not approach what DNR has suffered in the last well over 3 years.
What will actually happen I don’t know, time will tell but VVP will not allow either republik to fall, you can bet on that in my opinion. For LNR to fall and make a peace with Ukraine will be a disaster, as a friend of mine mentioned this morning such a move will give control of most of the DNR/LNR borders with Russia back to Ukraine. That in and of itself will not happen.
Auslander
Auslander
Auslander,
You nail it about the borders.
This would be the worst setback for Putin. A total loss. Massive loss of face.
And there would be massacres throughout Donbass.
And a war would be unleashed by the Ukies against Donetsk.
And the Russian Federation would have to enter Ukraine from the Southern and Western Districts to save the people and preserve the buffer zone.
The loss of Lugansk is not going to happen.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t read soon that Polite Green Men already took major control of the military (which has stood aside while this crisis ensues). The convoy of DNR forces was small, according to the videotape of it. I suspect that movement of the PGM coming across the border was significant to assure absolute security against any larger internal disruption and in case the Ukies launched an attack during the confusion of the last 72 hours.
Putin owns Donbass. He might not like it. But he must turn it into a win for Mother.
His best hope is with A. Zakharchenko and some fresh faces (operatives from Russia) who can work the economic levers and get the oblast paying its own way. Also, bringing in more military trainers to make their battalions more professional. Too many of their units are involved in crime and not defense. That is the root of most of the assassinations over the years—turf wars by criminals within the militia groups.

Good read on tactics employed by the Kiev regime over those breakaway regions. It was educational, there was a brief flash of Wile E. Coyote moment. Could use more of this sort for the conflict in Syria, granted the bigger theatre and number of actors may make it a bit unwieldy.
The SouthFront covers it to a certain extent but imo does not expose much of the fieldwork in greater depth, afaik.

NATO is pushing Ukraine into a military conflict with the two republics, probably to coincide with Russia’s presidential elections, so that the same can be disrupted and Russia further vilified. Poroshenko will most probably abide by instructions, as he has US citizenship. However, how the Ukrainian Army will perform is open to debate, bearing in mind Ukraines dismal internal economic and financial situation, which no doubt will be reflected in the moral of the Ukrainian conscripts, who make up the bulk of the Ukrainian military. The impression is that it would be a very foolish move by the Ukrainian military to start any new military operations, not only because they would be attacking well prepared defensive positions, but because repercussions inside Ukraine would be highly negative, possibly leading to the break up of Ukraine.
Only by then it might well be Shaaskavilli holding the Presidential office in Ukraine. The US Deep State will certainly have confidence that he’ll launch a hopeless war against Russia for them.

Cleaning up Lugansk is probably a preparation for expected increased terrorism against Donbas republics by israel’s trump butt toy. Lots of recent news hints at the Russians having solid intelligence that the zionazis are getting ready to unleash a new series of aggressions, including against Donbas, and that they are themselves accelerating their preparation for the gathering zionazi storm. While normally I would wait for stories from RT and Sputnik that I could maybe, kinda trust, both RT and Sputnik have been very silent on the situation in Lugansk. Which I suppose is its own message of a sorts.
But, since I wanted to know more, I went back to the Fort-Russ site which has interupted its coverage of the Syrian War to focus some attention back to the Donbas and Ukraine.
I found what seems to be an interesting article there. It apparently began with a news organization located within Lugansk. Since I’m a long ways from the scene, I cannot vouch for its authenticity. Only say that I found in interesting and hopefully accurate enought that I won’t be ashamed of passing it along.
Since The Saker had written some very interesting pieces on internal security in the Donbas and the assasination of leaders there, there are some bits within this that might be interesting reading to him.
