How can it be proven that somehow Russia was involved with switching people’s votes from one candidate to Donald Trump by either remotely re-programming voting machines or by ballot stuffing? It can’t at all, because no separate record of a person’s vote is kept apart from the tally of votes.
So we are left with the suggestion the voters were not interfered with but instead, influenced to vote for Mr. Trump by again, Russia. How so, I ask?
If emails were exposed to the public that revealed the DNC cheated Bernie Sanders from winning the nomination in favor of Hillary Clinton, how is that fact of truth a bad thing? I would certainly want to know that. If other truthful information was released to inform the public of the incompetence of Mrs. Clinton as Secretary of State or even financial dealings with her campaign that clearly showed money was donated by foreign entities with the expectation of favoritism in return, I would want to know that too.
This movement to challenge the legitimacy of the presidential election is not founded in ethics or honesty; it is clearly an attempt to sway the Electoral College to commit an act of misfeasance by not casting their vote for the winner of the popular vote within their respective States in accordance with State election law, the exception being Maine and Nebraska.
This political ploy is a violation of the people’s trust in their State government electoral law and regulation. It must be rejected.
