p/s Great to hear some rock n’ roll music behind the messages, instead of the usual techno/mechanical/auto-tuned junk. Who did the music? Rock music can be a powerful tool to free the minds of people in spiritual cages. Really cool to be getting the Russian music on this site also.
Does it ever! Russian rock is some of the heaviest/most interesting popular music around right now. You’d never know it from community radio in the USA, but that will change. “Pop” didn’t used to automatically mean “trite”! Interesting how the quality of popular music can show the strength of a culture. In the USA the major labels are so cowardly that they committed hari-kari… the best stuff is always local and special and iconoclastic. Lots of good local bands all over the place, just without the distribution system. May the decline of the empire bring a return of high quality American rock! Cheers, Ann.
