Trump’s pick for US ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, acts as if he is a part of the Israel government, and spends his time promoting policies that are good for Israel, but undermines the interests of the country that he claims to represent.
When he went tunnelling under Palestinians homes in East Jerusalem recently, the State Department was blindsided.
Trump might be good for Israel, but he is bad for America.

But this is actually quite serious. His speech at the time was made up of a series of quotes from historical figures, Paul Revere and quotes from the National Anthem, and others. So, it is quite serious if one gets those historical quotes just wrong.

But seriously, Trump is perhaps the dumbest elected official to ever hold the highest office in the western world, not just the US.
People on the right usually have a set of beliefs which let them ignore such ‘minor details’ which result in such ‘minor gaffes.’ The right wing, generally, believes we are living in a meritocracy, those who have money must therefore also have abilities which led to their wealth. To put it crudely, the more money you have, the better you are.
That’s the reason you see analysts bend over backwards trying to analyze Donald Trump and the stuff going on in the white house which could be easily explained by incompetence and stupidity, but no! In a meritocracy, 4D chess must be the explanation, trust that the better humans with a lot of money have a plan for us all, they are the better ones after all! Never mind the fact that Donny got this money from his father and every single one of his own ventures failed miserably, only his father’s business was working, which could have been working on auto pilot without Trump owning it.
Looking at right wing policies through this lens, all the seemingly idiotic tax breaks for the ultra rich and deregulation makes a whole lot of sense, from their warped perspective at least. Oh you see, the rich can’t execute their plan with the amount of money they have, they need more and let’s be honest, they deserve it, too! And all those ridiculous regulations, trying their hands, man without them we’d already be living in rich man’s ideal world! It’s idiotic, but that’s the thinking.
The reality looks like the clip above, the dumbest idiots are perceived as smart, simply because they have money.

Now this could be the topic of a book – i wont say it needs much in depth research but is he really the dumbest? George W Bush appeared dumb and malevolent but the UK ambassador to the US at the time praised his intellect…so was the UK ambassador just as dumb? Merkel? Hollande? Macaroni?…Blair (who believed the UK could be attacked in 45 minutes by Saddam Husseins WMD and believed Alistair Campbell who is a self-confessed manic-depressive?? The ever-drunk-joker-Junkers?
I think Trump is being manipulated by the Deep State who has him by the balls – Merkel never talked any sense either….and the CIA office in Berlin is certainly very active in spreading misinformation, so who knows what pressures Merkel is under when SHE spouts the usual nonsense about the Ukraine and Russia….So…are they just acting dumb or are they really dumb?
There is a huge difference between acting dumb and Trump. Merkel, Obama, Blair, they are liars, they feign stupidity to achieve their goals, Trump is just a moron. You can tell by how he talks for example, he can’t produce more than 2 consecutive coherent sentences, Obama had no problem with that. There is a video of politicians, including Trump, sitting at a table talking. Diane Feinstein, who is an evil, villainous monster from under the bed of children, is nonetheless a very shrugs politician, she figured out easily how to manipulate Trump. She said a few sweet nothings, mentioned JFK and how she knew him personally and left Trump so impressed by this, he verbally abandoned one of the pillars of his campaign, the wall. She got him to cave to a deal which would have taken the wind out of his sails and given the democrats everything for nothing. Were it not for other republicans who immediately jumped in to save his hide, he would’ve put his own head on the chopping block.
But that’s not all. The constant need for praise, declaring everything he does as the best ever, is not a sign of a capable mind.
George W. was dumb, but Trump is even worse.
