Ostashko is undoubtedly correct to see that the greater that Russia appears as a threat in the accounting sheet of the US, the more bankrupt the US is becoming in terms of real power. If the US still ruled the world, and could carve up the Soviet Union into pieces practically at will, Russia would not appear as any threat, as we have seen in the past, as he reminds us.
But $5 Billion is not a large amount, friend Ostashko. I wish we could see it be $100 Billion. One day even, $1 Trillion. Someone will claim this soon. Then we will know the death of the US empire is complete.

In its entire history America never had friends, only associates, whom it used as it saw fit. The US State department was nothing more than a collection of clerks who did what Wall Street commanded. Instead of making and keeping friends throughout the world, the US State Department was more concerned at having political puppets at the head of sovereign countries, as these countries were to be used for plundering by US corporations and banks. Well, those times are coming to an end. Russia and China have entered, and their approach is different. In the end the US will be alone, shunned by all.

Limbaugh is the “star” of “conservative talk radio”, a neocon propaganda network. Also known as “hate radio” for their xenophobic and divisive programming. He is the most popular and probably been around the longest. He was one of the first wave of neocon propagandists when they got jump started in the zio-media during the 1980s. Around 600 radio/tv stations in the usa air his programs, and those of his local and national co-propagandists on that zionazi network and its associated neocon allies.
He, and the rest of that group, make up the zionazi far right division of the zio-media and are part of the half of that media promoting trump to counterpoise the other half promoting opposition to him. These propagandists talk of a “deep state” (or shadow government or similar) composed of “leftists”, and essentially consider anyone to the left of their idol netanyahoo to be a leftist. Right now most of limbaugh’s programming is trump promotion. He tries to spin every snafu into something that’s good for america and an example of trump’s superior intelligent.

Brilliant audio. The whole truth was said in a few minutes. While not all Americans believe what the corporate media and the US Government are presenting them, many do, which is unfortunate. As for the EU Army, the situation is not clear as yet. It could well be that the EU is trying to shake off NATO, but I have my doubts if its capable of doing this, bearing in mind the EU Central Bank is controlled by private bankers, just like the US Fed is controlled by private bankers. Where is the EU going to find the men and money to create a military alliance of its own ? Are we talking about an EU Army, or are we talking about NATO troops who will be given a double role, being part of NATO and the EU Army at the same time. Time will tell. Finally, since the US is financing the bulk of NATO costs, not counting all those military bases and interventions it has outside the US, these facts will certainly make a contribution to the fall of the US Empire, like they did in the fall of the Roman Empire. We have a repetition of history.
Neither NATO nor the EU army will solve anything, least of all none of the burning issues for their average peoples. The NATO, EU and German policies are in perfect synchronization regarding military aggression for “securing the supply of essential resources and transportation pathways.” This is clearly stated in the corresponding policy documents that define the tasks for NATO, the EU army and, since 1995 again, the German army as well.
Needless to note that such policy is adopted by crooks and looters, the founding core of empires. I would not bet a dime on any declaration or hope that an EU army would behave differently, more civilized as NATO or the US. I would start to hope in real change only, after NATO had dissolved without replacement at all.
Meanwhile, everyone can contribute to peace: forbid the abuse of one’s taxes for illegal actions, explicitly including illegal actions such as the preparation and execution of wars of aggression. I put such disclaimer on my tax declarations because I want to have proof in future criminal prosecution that I did not support state terrorism and war crimes.
As I have always said, the EU is nothing more than a civilian component of NATO. Both participated in the coup d’etat against Yanukovich in Kiev in 2014, supporting neo-Nazis and others who instigated the coup. Both NATO and the EU need to be dissolved. Easier said than done, bearing in mind the power of private banksters, who control both NATO and the EU.
I think you just put your finger on the solution: dissolve the private bankers.

It is the story for the truth behind the “suicide” by LSD, of Dr. Frank Olsen in 1953.
It weaves for all those years until the present, the search for truth by his oldest son, who was 9 yrs. old when his father went out a thirteenth story window in a NYC hotel.
It involved biological weapons use in 1950-53 Korean War. Olsen helped developed them.
Sy Hersh from back in the 60’s did not suspect the depth of the truth. But he assists in the present to give the son help in his search for the truth.
It is a compelling documentation of the sociopathy of CIA, Military and Presidents.
You will binge consume it. “Woodworm”. It’s a very excellent journey through the labyrinth of lies, deceptions, intrigues and plea for justice and truth.

He now only gets published in relatively obscure places like the London Review of Books, but then, even he at his age does not tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, cos I reckon he thinks it too dangerous to do that, and he wants to get even older.
He’s a good bloke though – and goes close to the edge. I have more respect for him, than Noam Chomsky. He won’t go near.
