The training of the troops included organizing the search, watch and surveillance of the simulated enemy, unlocking security systems and covert penetration of critical facilities in order to obtain intelligence.

French Telecoms Giant May Break Contract With Israel Due to Law Violation
French telecommunications company Orange S.A. is planning to stop its relationship with Israeli mobile operator Partner. The reasons for this are Israel’s violations of international law and its expansionist policy, the company’s CEO, Stephane Richard said.
The head of the French telecommunications corporation Orange announced its intention to terminate the license contract with the Israeli communications provider Partner, as the latter provided services to Israeli settlements in Palestinian territory considered illegal under international law.
The decision comes amid strong international pressure to boycott Israel over its expansionist policy. The latter is accused of illegal occupation of Palestinian territories and aggressive settlement policies.
An NGO report released in May 2015 revealed that Partner had set up over 100 telecommunication antennas on illegally occupied Palestinian territories and opened four stores in Israeli settlements.
Naturally, the zionazis are upset at this brazen act of insubordination. Will ISIL be paying Orange a visit soon? I’m sure their quisling French regime would be happy to facilitate such a visit.

In May, the well-respected French aid organisation Catholic Committee against Hunger and for Development accused Partner of building more than 100 telecommunication antennas on confiscated Palestinian lands and setting up four shops in Israeli settlements. Orange was subsequently criticized for ignoring the French Foreign Ministry’s guidelines on investing in Israel.
Orange, in which the French government has a 25 percent stake, has faced persistent calls to cancel its contract with Partner in France and Egypt since then.
According to Richard, the history of Partner using the Orange brand goes back to the 1990s, when France Telecom bought Orange and the affiliate contract was inherited by the company after the acquisition.
The benefits from working with Partner are low, considering the size of Orange’s business, Richard said.
Kremlin: Timing of Kiev-provoked Donbass tensions linked with looming EU summit
The timing of the new tensions in Donbass, provoked by the Kiev forces, is connected with the upcoming EU summit, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. He added that Kiev has breached the Minsk deal and Moscow is waiting for the OSCE’s reaction.
“The violations are obvious and [Foreign] Minister [Sergey] Lavrov has already said that the representatives of the OSCE are to draw corresponding conclusions and to clearly identify who is responsible for these violations [in eastern Ukraine],” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists Thursday.
“Donbass is being shelled. Self-defence forces can’t shell their own territory,” he said.
Peskov said that the attempts to destabilize the situation and provoke the tensions can be clearly seen.
According to Basurin, the shelling was “chaotic, but targeted the private sector where people live.”
“According to preliminary information, Ukrainian troops opened artillery fire from a 152 mm gun. It is probably a 2A36 Giatsint-B [field] gun,” he added.
Caught Red Handed: Leaked Email Reveals Kiev Violated Ceasefire Many Times
For months, both sides of the Ukrainian conflict were accusing each other of violating the Minsk peace agreements. Turns out it was Kiev-led troops who were not sticking to the ceasefire plan, having their heavy artillery stationed near the border with the Donbass republics.
Ukrainian hacktivist group CyberBerkut hacked into the emails of Major-General Andriy Taran, Chief of the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination in Ukraine, and recovered pictures that prove multiple violations of the Minsk peace agreements by Kiev forces.
However, satellite images obtained by CyberBerkut reveal that Kiev had its heavy artillery stationed in the immediate vicinity of the border with the Donbass republics, thus violating the terms of the ceasefire agreement.
Since the hacked emails were sent from Tetyana Podobinska-Shtyk, a staff member of the US Embassy in Ukraine, Washington was surely aware of the situation.
“Sending you pictures which can become a serious problem for you! Think about how you can explain them, if the monitoring mission [OSCE] obtains them. Consult the team leader and think about a possible action plan, how you can justify them or present them as fake,” Podobinska-Shtyk said in the hacked email.
Earlier, the US Department of State accused the Donbass militia of violating the terms of the Minsk peace agreement. However, US Department of State spokesperson Marie Harf was not able to name a single accurate source of information to prove the US’ accusations. But now, it turns out that the opposite is true — it was the US-backed Kiev troops who regularly violated the ceasefire agreement and Washington knew about it all along.
Moscow Blasts Poroshenko’s Claims About ‘Russian Troops in Ukraine’
In an address to the Ukrainian parliament earlier on Thursday, Poroshenko reiterated claims over alleged presence of Russian ‘tactical combat groups’ in the war-torn regions of eastern Ukraine.
“There are no ‘regular Russian troops’ or ‘tactical combat groups’ in Ukraine,” the ministry’s spokesman, Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov, said in a statement.

Scientific?? I googled the author. Avro Manhattan is described as “writer and philosopher”; born in Italy of Jewish parents, he was educated at the Sorbonne and the London School of Economics. But I can’t find out what degree he got and what for. He does not appear to be a historian. “Critic of the Vatican and Roman Catholicism” seems to be attached to his name a lot. So there goes the scientific: I wonder how many and what type of sources he quotes in his books?

I know this kind of book. Lists a pile of atrocities (with some sources) then extrapolates them to include everyone and everything. I bet there’s a baby tossed on a bayonet in it. Probably with the mother watching. What level of proof does it bring for “Vatican planned it”?
I am very sad because of the ignorance about Vatican’s holocaust of the Serbian people in WW2. There are plenty of academic books about the subject. The most famous is by a Croatian author Viktor Novak – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnum_Crimen .

Anyway, my point was other.
If “a Serb” kills the Pope on 6th of June, you can all be sure that it is not true. Mossad can easily perform this and nobody will believe it was them. Not even the Serbs who have absolutely objective reasons to want to assassinate the embodiment of evil, Pope himself.
That is why I am scared of this possibility.

My objection is to any book that tells only one side, that tells it in a way that totally demonises the others, that focuses on one single aspect (of the others or of the self) and attributes all actions to that one aspect. Narratives that attribute supernatural power to individuals (they caused everything) over vast numbers of people (who blindly obeyed like robots). We’ve seen a lot of this here lately – the jews/British/banksters (or even named individuals of these) etc etc caused the Russian revolution, caused Hitler to attack Stalin and also caused Stalin to attack Hitler and/or forced the holodomor.
It is simplistic, one dimensional, very far removed from the richly mufti-faceted multi-motivated real lives of real people. All the individuals who slaughtered or tortured did it for different reasons, not because ONE all-powerful individual hypnotised them into it., not Stalin, not Hitler, not Bandera, not a Pope. And not because their victims were this religion or that ethnicity or the other colour or whatever. THAT comes at the next stage, the first bout of revenge, directed at peoples demonised by the sick single-issue “history” of what “happened”.
This is exactly where today’s Ukrainian Nazis come from — their identity based on history written entirely by emigre OUN and UPA survivors who got to define, for the whole outside world, their “true” history from their narrow self-serving point of view (courtesy of people like the eminent Professor, father of the OSCE leader in Ukraine).
Scientific, well researched, real historian…. yeah sure. Writing for a closed circle. from which knowledge of the writing didn’t seep out to allow “peer review” or comparison with a balancing other point of view. They were not even the victors but they were allowed to write the history.
Croatians I am sure tried to write their own version. But nobody will listen or compare notes, once they’ve been brought up on the single-cause poison. And now we have another round of it, from the breakup of Yugoslavia, the same toxic one-sided garbage, where one side is SO SURE they know why the others acted, they don’t think they have to HEAR THEM OUT on their versions. Like they’re not HUMAN enough to KNOW why they did something,. Oh no, you are so much smarter, you know their reasons and motives better than they do, they’re evil and subhuman anyway, right?
That is what these single-cause narratives invariably lead to,. They are toxic. They create hatred, resentment, victimhood, revenge; gratuitous hostility to others accidentally sharing the chosen evil characteristic; prevent people from talking and listening. Set them up to be manipulated (again, as the story is a manipulation already).
Any time I see that something happened/was done for (“single reason” ) I get deafened by the alarm bells ringing. I am starting to develop permanent tinnitus around here.

The genocide in WW2 Croatia is vastly documented and with loads of real, physical proof – from mass graves, to rogiginal movies, to loads of witnesses and even some rare survivors. There is absolutely no need to recite some empty phillosophical nonsense about the imaginalry “truth in the middle”.
There simply ain’t any middle here. The catholic church was the main driver of nazism and genocide in the fascist Croatia.

Needless to say, there were also some Croats on the side of partisans fighting the fascists, this is not about demonizing the whole people but the regime and the catholic church that enabled and actively took part in it. Many of the bloodiest mass-murderers there were catholic priests.

Vatican would know who killed the Pope, and the rest of us (under 5% of informed people who share their views on sites like Saker’s) but they wouldn’t be able to prove it to the general public.
That is the point of all Mossad’s operations.
The killer will of course be some fanatical Serb (there is a lot of us, actually) who wants to avenge Jasenovac. And the Serbs would celebrate, I am sure, so nobody would suspect anything among them.
Anyway, now that I explained my fears, let’s just repeat that this is all probably nothing more then my dark premonition based on the fact that Vatican recognized Palestine recently and the rest of the story I explained.

A look first at what the new government of Kiev has to offer…
Crimea’s deputy prime minister, Olga Kovitidi, described the “tentative agreement with the IMF which the Ukrainian authorities signed with the IMF on March 2, 2014.” In an article for Voice of Russia she revealed that “the country’s entire gas pipeline system will be handed over for free” to Chevron, “while the owners of the Mariupol, Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk steel mills will be obliged to surrender their 50% stakes to Germany’s Ruhr.”
She continues:
The Donbass coal industry will be handed over to Ruhr’s subsidiary in Finland… Gas prices for municipal companies will have to be increased by 50% and for private will double. Electricity tariffs will be raised by 40%, housing utility tariffs will be raised, too, gasoline excises will go up 60% and transportation tariffs 50%, while state support for childbirth will be cancelled, the free distribution of textbooks will be annulled at schools and the VAT relief will be scrapped in rural regions… VAT will be introduced on medications, which will push up prices and bring citizens’ living standards down… The planned annulment of the moratorium on the sale of farmland looks appalling. The selloff of Ukraine’s black soil zone, including to foreign countries, may have disastrous economic and social consequences.
I challenge anyone to point out one measure, anything at all, which has been implemented by the Kiev circus masquerading as a government since 2014, that provides any benefit to the people of Ukraine – not the banks, not the oligarchs, not the IMF or EU, but the people. You know – the 99%!

WOW they sure know how to make a profit. The pipeline system was valued at $29 billion (USD) just 2 years ago. they are going to give it away for free? I wonder how much kickback they’ve been offered for that?
Of course it’s not worth that much now, as Russia will stop using it in 3 years. Chevron meanwhile was going to put fracked local gas into it, but they’ve given up on that and left the country. They should have grabbed the $29 bill while it was on offer from Gazprom.

The main reason Maidan took place was to control Russia via gas pipe.
They truly thought Russia would do anything and would put up with anything to keep the status quo (2 years ago). Somebody miss-informed the West big time. Something make me think it was neo-con liberal grant eaters.

How to “manage Russia”?!
In a word: EU has to prepare for war on Russia.

The proposal to sell the pipes to Gazprom was in 2012, much too late in the piece to go through; the coup preparations were well advanced by then. There are some oil pipes though that belong to Russia or some Russian company and they’d better not try to sell those off.
You seem to be ill-informed. We ARE all officially state property, according to the “law”. If you have an ID and a citizenship, you have a contract with the state as well, by assumed consent. If you have a birth certificate, you might like to know that it is actually a bond. And you are an artificial person, a registered company.
None of our western countries have any real natural law left anywhere. We are just chattel in that game of maritime laws and assumed consent.

Below is the text of one of my FB acquaintances famous for his anti-Russian and anti-Putin stand. Alexei is a Russian with an Ukrainian last name who used to work here in DC for the State Dep. He admires McCain and other war hawks.What he wrote about his recent trip to Kiev is even more priceless taking all of these into consideration. I think he was very honest (personally I didn’t expect such notes from him). See for yourself. “I spent the last two weeks of May in Ukraine doing a number of interpreting assignments, during which I had an opportunity to meet and to listen to a wide variety of Ukrainians from different regions, social strata, and political affiliations.
With the permission of the organizers of the events, I would like to share the highlights of what I have heard during these two weeks. The time limitations would not allow me to conduct my own research in order to verify some of the claims made by these people.
• Almost everybody I met was unhappy with the current President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. He has not met the expectation of the Revolution of Dignity (aka Maidan 2) of Jan.-Feb. 2014 participants, he has not implemented a single reform, has not punished a single criminal involved in the schemes of the previous regime of the President Viktor Yanukovich.Under Poroshenko, Ukrainian economy nosedived, the level of corruption remained the same, as it used to be under Yanukovich and some claimed that it has became even worse.Poor performance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the war in the East, and the fact that Poroshenko himself did not sell his assets in Russia (and did not established a blind trust over his assets in Ukraine) made him look as a weak and a dishonest leader. Some of the Ukrainian interlocutors predicted that he would not stay in power for long, and there would be early presidential elections, while the majority of them assured that there definitely would be early parliament elections this fall, spelling doom and gloom to the fragile pro-Poroshenko parliamentary faction. However, almost every Ukrainian I had chance to listen to had troubles with naming a politician who would be able to replace Poroshenko. The names of the flamboyant former Prime-Minister Yulia Timoshenko, the faceless former Rada (Parliament) speaker Alexander Turchinov, and even the Minister of Treasury Natalie Jaresko (a U.S. citizen, a former .SG employee) were mentioned, but none of them look like a feasible candidate for this job. The only Ukrainian politician who provoked more anger among our Ukrainian interlocutors was Poroshenko’s main rival, Prime-Minister Yatseniuk. Hence, it would be hard to make a positive forecast for his political future, let alone for his candidacy for the presidential post.
• The Ukrainians I met were unanimous in stating that after the Maidan-2, the oligarchs had preserved their clout in Ukraine, they kept control over the country and its parliament. They continue their vicious internecine fighting as they have been over the last twenty plus years, since Ukraine became an independent country. Some people saw the only chance for the broadening the space for the democracy and good governance in Ukraine in this fight.
• The parliamentarian opposition consists mainly of the rebranded legislators from former President Yanukovich’s Party of the Regions. They continue to play the role of hired guns for the oligarchs, and some Ukrainians expressed concern about the possibility of the old regime’s revanche. They also pointed out that those some of new faces brought to the Rada by the Maidan-2 were coopted by the old political machine and were turned into pawns in the hands of the oligarchs. The striking exception from this rule were new Rada deputies Serhiy Leshchenko, Borislav Bereza, and Mustafa Nayem.
• The war in the eastern regions became a perfect excuse for the absence of the reforms and appropriation of the national budget to private pockets. Therefore, too many people in the high echelons of the government are not interested in ending this war, be it a victory or a defeat. One of the most frequently mentioned names of the war beneficiaries was that of the Prime-Minister Yatseniuk. The cessation of the hostilities would be equally fraught with danger for the top Ukrainian military brass: arguably, the most hated man in the present day Ukraine is the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Viktor Muzhenko. Once the war is over, he and his close associates would be under pressure to provide explanations for the senseless loss of soldiers’ lives as a result of erroneous decisions made by the senior military officers (most frequently mentioned examples were the Ilovaiskoye and Dybaltsevo encirclements). Other issues, for which the top of the military could be held accountable are complete military unpreparedness and lack of weapons and ammunition (Ukraine inherited a huge arsenal from the Soviet armies, which were supposed to invade Southern and Western Europe, but for the last quarter of century almost everything from those reserves was stolen and sold to outside buyers,) and the corruption and betrayal during the war. According to one of the interlocutors, who, in his turn, quoted two unnamed Military Affairs Committee legislators of the Rada, out of 20 Javelin missiles provided to Ukraine by an unnamed country five ended up in the hands of Russians. Out of 25 thousand sets of military winter uniform sent to Ukraine by Canada, none made it to the frontlines. There were numerous rumors of Russian agents in the top military command.
• The Ukrainian society is tired of the war. Practically everybody expressed relief that Ukraine would not have to take care of the two most heavily subsidized regions any more (Crimea, because of a large number of retired people living there, and Donbass, because of the low profit coal mine business.) Even the most gung-ho Ukrainians spoke in favor of a lasting truce in order to retrain and rearm the national army for a kind of Storm Operation that the Croatian Army conducted in 1995. However, this war made a deep impact on the national psyche, and the idea of yielding these two regions to Russia is completely unacceptable for two reasons: one can’t negotiate with a rapist who invaded your house; any sign of willingness to give up on the occupied territory would only encourage Putin for the new conquests. Arguably, the war helped to consolidate the Ukrainian nation, which had serious identity issues prior to 2014. For instance, I was told that children of the upper middle-class Russian speaking families refuse to speak Russian to their parents, and only use Ukrainian.
• Despite the bitterness reigning in the Ukrainian society, the spirit of the Maidan-2 has not disappeared completely. Though people, who joined the Maidan-2 in the winter of 2014, and the volunteer battalions in the spring-summer 2014 are deeply disappointed with the new government, they have not given up hope. However, practically everybody stated that there should not be another repetition of Maidan. Maidan-3 is an anathema in Ukraine, it is exactly what Putin expects to happen in Kiev, and it would lead to a collapse and disintegration of the independent Ukrainian nation.
• According to the polls, the Army (the military forces) is the most popular institution in Ukraine (more popular than the Church, and I had a chance to see how religious present day Ukrainians are: on May 31, the Trinity religious holiday, the churches both in Kyev and in the rural areas were crowded.) It would be logical to presume that the next leader, who would be able to pull Ukraine out of the current morass, would come from the battle hardened military cadres of the Eastern front. Due to the earlier mentioned circumstances, the top military brass is unable to produce a new lieutenant Buonaparte, who could become a Ukrainian Napoleon. Meanwhile, there might be plenty of the lower rank officers to choose from. One of the persons I was suggested to pay attention to is the governor of Luhansk region Gennady Moskal, a tough talking former police general, who managed to purge criminal gangs from Crimea, which infested the region in 1990-s, by providing his officers with quite liberal guidelines regarding the use of the firearms. Mr. Moskal was not known to be involved into corruption scandals, and currently his rating is very high.”
