The Valdai Discussion Club released the report Staying Sane in a Crumbling world. This was a followup from their report of 2 years ago titled “Living in a Crumbling World”
In the Living in a Crumbling wold report, they suggested that multilateral cooperation is on the decline and crisis of international institutions leads to increasing anarchy with each state left to rely on itself to solve the problems of survival. The developments of 2020 vividly confirmed their hypotheses.
The report itself is a 27 page PDF and is highly recommended to keep on your watchlist.

Very worthwhile read.
Thanks for providing.
Much more interesting and easy to read than I expected.
Very clearly written, and makes its basic point pretty well.
Either we all hang together or we all hang separately, as my mother used to say.
Are the positive comments regarding the WHO designed for a PR effect?
The paper highlights the importance of the WHO as an international actor, decries the paucity of funding for it, and makes no mention of the role of private philanthropies in using the WHO for their own agendas.
So, this makes me wonder how realistic the writers of the report are: That is, are they naive regarding the problems inherent in the current iteration of the WHO, or are t hey putting the best face on things to avoid weakening the WHO and the perception of the WHO even more.

You already know the answer to your question Katherine, the authors make no mention of the Actors using the WHO to remodel the World into something that they ‘think’ will suit them better, by ‘Not’ mentioning this they empower those who wish to remodel Humanity into what they imagine will suit their purposes best! Absolutely better that there be no WHO than this!
