Oh the grandeur of the Empire’s foreign policy! Victoria Nuland flew to Kiev and, immediately, the impact of her presence was felt.
First, Poroshenko presented a law which really gave no special autonomy for the Donbass and which was never discussed with the representatives of the DNR and LNR. In other words, the USA gave its imprimatur to the official and finally burial of Minsk-2.
Then Victoria Nuland visited the local zoo, also known as the “Ukrainian Rada”. While this noble institution is mostly famous for not dealing with the economy, rehabilitating dead Nazis and its epic fights, today the menagerie of Ukrofreaks treaded Nuland and US Ambassador Pyatt to a competition of “who sings the national anthem louder”.
It all began when my “favorite” Ukrofreak – Oleg Liashko – ended his speech by reminding Poroshenko that “the Ukraine has not died yet” – which are, I kid you not, the first words of the Ukrainian national anthem. Poroshenko had to stand up and join the singing, but without putting his hand on his heart. Then it was Poroshenko’s turn to take the floor and also end his speech with his own version of the national anthem, with hand on heart this time. See for yourself:
And, each time, the assembled menagerie had to join in, lest they be accused on un-patriotic behavior.
And since we are talking about the Ukronazi national anthem, let me share a few hilarious facts about it.
First, it’s words are a direct copy of the Polish national anthem (“Poland has not perished yet“). So much for being original or even Ukrainian. But it gets better. The melody was written by, I kid you not, a Latin Priest. So far we have Poland and the Papacy. What is missing?
Guess where the hand on heart symbol comes from? It is a Masonic sign of allegiance (meaning “let my heart be torn out if I betray”) which was adopted in the USA after the so-called Bellamy Salute which looked way too “Nazi” to be used.
Obviously, our “proud Ukrainians” have no idea that they are aping a Polish-Latin-Masonic-US ritual when they sing “their” national anthem and stand like a classroom of good American boys and girls reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Pathetic beyond words and worthy of either hysterical laughter or tears (or both!).
The session than ended in the now traditional fist fight:
Seriously, this is bad news.
What all this really means is exactly what I had predicted all along: the junta in Kiev will never abide by the Minsk-2 agreement and the freaks in power will continue their patriotic antics and completely ignore the full-spectrum crisis raging in now all of the Ukraine, not just the East.

Criminology 101 – Murderers do have a tendency to return to the scene of the crime.
The zoo-keepers must have thought that Nudelman was an escapee handing herself back in. The male wart-hogs were missing her so very much.
hehehehe
Chuckle chuckle…
What does this mean, the burial of an international peace agreement?
Are we to believe the mere chaos of a degenerate, bankrupt junta has some standing above the UNSC and the agreement of sovereign stakeholders?
Or that an Assistant Secretary of State, no matter how good a cookie baker, runs the affairs of Russia, Germany, France and Belarus?
I think not.
If Minsk 2 can be cast aside, the next level of “engagement” of the stakeholders in Ukraine and East Europe will be the clash of wills and military.
Is Germany ready for a NATO war?
Is NATO ready for a war with Russia?
We know Russia is prepared for war.
We also know that Minsk 2 will be there in the aftermath of the next round of power expressed by the Russian Voentorg.
The Ukies will have to get a Debaltcevo x10 to force their obedience.
That is merely enough artillery sent into the front positions so the militia can prevail and punish.
If Minsk 2 is inert, Russia will pulverize the Ukies and force the overthrow of the junta.
This is what will happen, if diplomacy fails. I’m not certain diplomacy will fail.
Simply saying Minsk 2 is dead is not accurate.
It is the reformation plan for Ukraine. It merely is waiting for enforcement.
Some of the stakeholders have played passive.
Owning Ukraine’s problems clearly is unwanted. Stealing their assets is the goal for most.
Only Russia cared to allow Ukraine to act responsibly.
Pissing on the document they signed is pro forma. Thieves can’t behave. Killers won’t behave.
Discipline is coming.
When and if that military action happens is problematic, unpredictable. Putin is a master of Timing.

I’m not able to envision Ukrainian’s solutions without Putin’s cleaning Russian background first – aka getting rid of the V-th column damn efficiency.
When you wrote, “the freaks in power will continue their patriotic antics and completely ignore the full-spectrum crisis raging . . .”, I immediately thought of Washington . . .
Great analyse of Ukrainian conflict: Russia’s main goal in the long game is to shift the entire economic and financial responsibility for the situation in Ukraine onto the West as soon as possible.

Cue in the specially elected ‘clap cattle’ [aka US’ congress] and we’ll all be slappin’ our way outta this horrid recession…
What?
Oops! Wrong classroom…
Ukraine will split in the next future into about 40 political entities.
My thought on the Minsk 2 is: where are Merkel and Hollade? Since the Sochi meeting it looks like the USA has told them to but out.
“Obviously, our ‘proud Ukrainians’ have no idea that they are aping a Polish-Latin-Masonic-US ritual “
And what makes you think the ignorant among them would be the slightest “offended” by being told about it? To enrage a Ukro, you would have to insinuate something about a Russian/Orthodox heritage in it, mind you. The Ukros are imbecilic on vocation.
“Are we to believe the mere chaos of a degenerate, bankrupt junta has some standing above the UNSC and the agreement of sovereign stakeholders?”
It does if the Empire says it does.Nothing gets done in the UNSC without the Empire’s blessing.Motions can be purposed or stopped by others. But nothing can be passed without the Empire agreeing. And those passed can only be enforced with the Empire’s OK.This is a slap in the face to Minsk 2,no doubt. But to use abrasive language. The Empire is saying “so,what ya gunna do about it punk” to the UNSC.
“the freaks in power will continue their patriotic antics and completely ignore the full-spectrum crisis raging in now all of the Ukraine”
Actually, my laughter became nearly asphyxiating while enjoying Banderastan’s crème de la crème — most notably the song contest featuring their National Shitty Ditty. And I can’t really see the problem in their all-out incompetence and total depravity. It’s precisely because of these “merits” of theirs they are losing and involuntarily discrediting their Western sponsors before the whole world.
Extreme jingoism and xenophobic nationalism rooted in racism and sectarian hatred does not attract the cream of the human species. But that’s just how Uncle Satan prefers them, that plus corrupt, but not too expensive-they are only stooges, after all.
Nailed it
So this is where I don’t understand, or become very disillusioned: where is RT and all the non-MSM on this? shouldn’t all such media loudly proclaim headlines like MINSK-2 Dead and Buried By Nuland and Ukraine?
Fact is if it is the other way round, MSM will be pounding on it non stop for 24-72 hours, may be even a whole week.
By now it’s clear all of us who believe peace will have no chance, if there is no media to support it!
Nuland is coming! Everyone look busy!
Minsk 2 is plenty alive. Kiev was never going to abide by it, but that’s not the point. It remains a live document with UN endorsement. It’s a platform that may one day have to support the weight of the Russian army, and perhaps summon the international approval of Eurasia and Europe. I don’t discount its power one iota.
What’s more important to me about Nuland’s visit is, what’s going to happen next? What about Right Sector? Are they going to get more powerful? What about Kolomoisky – is he really about to make a move, as rumors suggest? Who is the US going to support? What is the next aspect of this chaos going to look like? It’s never good when one of these people visit Ukraine.
The image I get from Porky and the Junta in Kiev is that of a two-year old fingerprinting the wall next to their crib with feces.
They are the worst age for infant behavior. They can’t be trusted for a moment with their own safety.
And they are fascinated with their own “creations” and from whence they emerge.
Of course they won’t face reality about Minsk 2.
But ultimately, someone will have to go in there, clean the walls, hose down the remnants and take charge of the day care center.
The baby sister, Nuland, is fond of the stench. But she is not long for employment.
“that “the Ukraine has not died yet” – which are, I kid you not, the first words of the Ukrainian national anthem”
Wow!! Even their national anthem is copied from the “Jeszcze Polska nie Zginęła” or “Poland is not yet lost.” Copied from the people they hate when they aren’t too busy hating Russians. Is there anything original about that country?
Short answer no! What is “original” in Ukraine is what they share in their culture with the other “Rus” states.
Another Short Answer : Apparently, the top Search topic for Ukraine is: “How much does a prostitute cost in Ukraine?” according to, “US company Fixr by asking this simple question and waiting for the search engine to autocomplete the item.”

I’m trying to remember…
There was an idea developed by the community here a few weeks back that Minsk II was not supposed to ‘work’, but that it is a legal cauldron which contains the situation regarding NATO, IMF, and EU. Unification with Donbas is not possible because Kiev will not abide by the terms; the IMF can’t, without breaking it’s own rules, give money to a nation in civil war, it’s a high hurdle to jump for any action by the US, EU, NATO, or Kiev, to pursue it’s agenda, similar to being in Zugzwang — any move they make worsens their position, so it freezes the situation while Russia gets stronger and the empire gets weaker.
Yes, it is a cauldron. It is essentially a peace settlement. However, one side refuses to acknowledge there is even a war, they say it’s a police action against terrorists (separatists). So, Kiev is completely in the wrong, and only the force of arms or money is going to change that, but meanwhile a peace plan does exist, for when there’s regime change, or when Ukraine finally acknowledges the existence of Donbass and is willing to treat for a settlement. As far as I can tell, nothing can really break this agreement or invalidate its terms. It can be defied and ignored forever, but it can’t be abrogated.
So what good is it? Well, from its beginning and forever going forward, the Donbass border with Russia is locked out of Ukraine’s control. This gives infinite potential to Russia’s support for Donbass. Also, DPR and LPR have some recognition as entities at the UN level. Not as sovereign entities, but entities. Each of the points of the agreement is a step towards a sane Ukraine. If the struggle for sanity takes a decade, then no matter who the players are or the outcomes of battles, the struggle towards sanity will always remain. As will the Minsk 2 agreement – and its provisions will be the building blocks of that sanity.
As long as Kiev wants to be a punk, Minsk 2 is in the background. But as soon as any force appears that is stronger than mere punk, Minsk 2 must come into play. Any future reconfiguration of Ukraine, in order to be legal and achieve standing globally, must follow or address Minsk 2. Even if Ukraine fragments, it must do it at the Constitutional level, which is the only sane – and legally bulletproof – way for nations to reconfigure. Minsk 2 elevates the situation to the constitutional level, which the safest place for the will of the people to be enshrined.
In other words, Russia has already negotiated the final ending of the story, long before this usually happens in conflicts. I believe that Russia was able to do this because it far out-classed all the other players, and it took advantage of western mercs and black ops being caught in Debaltsevo to dictate the terms. And Russia’s legal team, as we’ve come to expect, has missed nothing in its drafting. We can be sure the document is watertight.
My 2 cents, third-hand info from what I’ve gathered around the water cooler.
The clash of messianic cults is what we are watching. The Mormon think Romney is the white Horseman. The Pope is black because he was formerly head of Jesuits, and in keeping with Malachi Prophecy this Pope is meant to be the last. But the Curia has split the ticket by keeping Benedict as Emeritus. Can the South American outrun Ahab’s Arrow..? The Jews search for a Red Heifer. Agni is set to light up the sky. The Sufi’s see Al Khidr sweeping the globe with cannabis legalisation in preparation for the unveiling of the 12th Mahdi. Pentecostals await their election by Rapture.
“Ukraine is not yet lost”
Tell me if I’m wrong, but I’m 99% sure thats a plagiarised version of the Polish national anthem, “Poland is not yet lost”.
Everything about Ukrainian nationality is utterly invented.
Excellent article on the freakshow and the sort of gay mentality that keeps them running in circles.
What factors contributed to the fascization of Ukrainian society? http://www.sott.net/article/299102-Ukraine-before-and-after-Euromaidan-The-Far-Right-and-an-underground-resistance
This plagiarizing one’s national anthem from somebody else has an earlier precedent. And by one of the guilty parties behind the banderastan war crimes and freakshow, no less.
Prior to the official adoption of “The Star Spangled Banner”, one of the defacto American national anthems was “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee”, or sometimes known as “America”. It’s often sung as an unofficial national anthem even today. This song copies the music of the British national anthem, “God Save the Queen”. Talk about pathetic. :D
That’s really not that unusual though.Stupid, but not unusual. The current German Anthem was the same music as the Austro-Hungarian Anthem (that one was first). And the old Anthem of the German Empire also had the same music as the current British Anthem and some similar words(not sure which was first there).

The US National Anthem is the “Star Spangled Banner”. The music was an old English drinking song and the lyrics were changed. The original of the drinking song and lyrics can be found in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcuHuksVNOE (part 3 of the Historical Sketch on the War of 1812, the first (unsuccessful) attempt by the US to annex Canada and bring freedom and democracy to bthe same. The anthem is shortly about min 20 of the total 28 minutes.
That’s funny about the SBB being nicked from an older English drinking song. Though it is downright evil to do such a perverse thing to an innocent ole drinking tune. :D
(part 3 of the Historical Sketch on the War of 1812, the first (unsuccessful) attempt by the US to annex Canada and bring freedom and democracy to bthe same.
It was actually the 2nd unsuccessful attempt, their first unsuccessful attempt was during the revolutionary war.
But wait, there’s more: The Star Spangled Banner is actually an old English song:

the only problem with this story that I can see..is that the place where Porkoshanko has his hand does not have a heart in there…its an empty hole. Or perhaps a shrivelled little thing…
““It was very exciting to stand in the parliament and see the vibrant democracy in action; see the real debates and not fake discussions of old,” said Nuland, the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at a press briefing at the Ukraine Crisis Media Center, according to the center’s press-release.
Nuland praised the constitutional changes on a “yet another historic day,” adding that “Ukraine is doing its job. There is no excuses for the other side to break the [Minsk] agreement.”
During her two-day visit to Kiev, Nuland also pointed out that several of Ukraine’s economic reforms, passed to comply with International Monetary Fund (IMF) standards, move the country closer to getting financial assistance in the sum of $5 billion (€4.6 billion).”

Russian human rights groups will soon file about 17,000 lawsuits from Ukrainian citizens in the European court. They seek compensation of about $5.6 billion over numerous rights violations committed by pro-Kiev military during the conflict in Donbass.

The court action is coordinated by the Russian Public Chamber. Activist Georgy Fyodorov, a co-chairman of the chamber’s committee for humanitarian aid to the southeastern regions of Ukraine, said in comments with Izvestia daily that each lawsuit is prepared on behalf a single person or a family whose rights had been infringed.
Fyodorov said that the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg had accepted about 400 cases and was considering 500 more. He said that at first the ECHR tried to reject the applications offering “far-fetched excuses,” but stopped doing so after the cases started flowing en masse.
The activist noted that the first process on one of these cases should start before the end of this year.
The average compensation sought by the Donbass residents from the Kiev government amounts to €300,000 (US$335,000). The total amount of money sought by all plaintiffs could reach €5 billion ($5.58 billion).
The activist said that Russian rights groups had collected materials for 10,000 cases from refugees who fled to the Russian Federation from the Donetsk and Lugansk Regions after the start of Kiev’s military campaign. Seven thousand more lawsuits were written in southeastern Ukraine, both in the self-proclaimed republics in Donbass and on territories controlled by the Ukrainian government, such as the Kharkov and Odessa Regions.”

I don’t think alcoholic beverages should be served in this parliament.
MOSCOW, July 17. /TASS/. The top foreign policy parliamentarian in Russia’s State Duma assembly has denounced statements made by US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland that constitutional changes proposed by Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko were in compliance with a ceasefire deal agreed in the Belarusian capital Minsk in February, saying they were incorrect.
Alexey Pushkov, head of the International Affairs Committee at the Russian parliament’s lower chamber, wrote on his Twitter account on Friday: “Nuland has jumped to conclusions. Poroshenko’s amendments to the draft constitution are far from the Minsk agreements and only close to political whims of Poroshenko himself.”
Thank you Saker for giving us a textbook example of collective insanity. The devil, with mistress in attendance, has complete dominion over the so-called leaders of Ukie land. The western Ukraine is an insane asylum, run by Satanists, an area which will never recover, doomed to exist at the lowest level of hell. This is the beginning of truly Karmic payback for the long standing hatred and animosity practiced by Galician degenerates towards ethnic Russians. The great wheel of Karma turns ever so slowly but misses nothing, always rendering payback to those offending the Great Spirit. Nothing is forgotten and righteousness will prevail.
I imagine Russia/West Ukraine anticipated the possible/likely failure of Minsk 2 and have a plan B in mind. Maybe this is actually plan A.

Oh man, you just have to laugh. It does remind me of Kindergarten in the states. Come to think of it, the “pledge of allegiance” is rather weird enough. “Here’s me hand, here’s me heart…” Ugh. Very interesting: Nuland certainly loves that “$5 billion” number, doesn’t she? She’s sure said it enough. How many “5 billions” have there been, or is this some kind of Holy figure? I agree that this is a disgrace but if we can’t laugh at this absurd “performance”, we’ll go mad, right? Skol!
Dear Anonymous: A tiny bit of that $5 billion came from me when I paid my income tax. I wish I could get it back; even more, that I could figure a way to not pay any income tax to the feds. My tax adviser tells me that there is no way I can do this, given my situation.
Jim, maaannn, I feel that tax bite. I wish I could get my contribution back too! You made me laugh, which is some real solace in these times. Cheers from the Southwest of the Imperial USA.
It seems the “freaks in power” are exactly what the United States wants and intended from day1. How about sanctions on the US? Many of them!
The US national anthem also has a rather interesting history. As detailed in this article , it is:
“… a bit of verse written by a pro-slavery lawyer put to the melody of a British song that praised drinking and sex.”

Oleg Liashko should go and do his hysterics and show off singing at some Gay parade which is where he literally belongs.
Off topic as usual. I emailed my former Russian teacher tonight asking if we could have a dialogue, forgetting that she still works as an engineer for a local utility co. She’s not about to throw her career away over a few petty alliances, I guess. We’ll see.
