Chechnya: Republic Of Contrasts (RT Documentary) Russia’s Republic of Chechnya has undergone a revival after two military operations in its recent post-Soviet history. Today, the
region is home one of the largest mosques in Europe, hosts international celebrities and even is trying its hand at high fashion. We explore this republic of contrasts to look at how the Chechen
people have struck a balance between tradition and modernity.

- Save our Souls, Mama! Adoption in Russia Documentary Alyona felt unfulfilled with her respectable city job, so she dropped everything to live in a rural village community which had been established for abandoned children. How does the village purport to save children’s souls? Can it save hers? Alyona had enough money but felt unfulfilled, so she left St. Petersburg and started working for a village which puts women together with children in need of a family. Many of the kids in in the village have had to flee abusive or neglectful parents who were alcoholics or drug addicts. How does the village’s director, former naval lieutenant Sergey Yakovenko, run everything and obtain funding? Do they see him as a director, or as a dad? Do they think of Alyona as their mother? Can raising five children that aren’t your own be as fulfilling as taking care of your own family?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a rarest of rare phone calls to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday. That this move followed immediately after PM’s visit to the US, after which he came back home empty handed.
The US rebalance in Asia is only stoking up tensions and the distant sound of war drums beating in the Asia-Pacific cannot be taken lightly anymore.
The US’ self-interest lies in perpetuating its hegemony in Asia, but what is there in it for India?
The SCO membership opens the door to the path leading to a rose garden for Indian diplomacy. Modi’s keenness to take that walk personally is of historic significance. It gives a much-needed stimulus for the Indian diplomacy in the multipolar world.

The Bilderberg 2016 Agenda: Trump, Riots, Migrants, Brexit
The West elites have lost control over finances, propaganda narration, and their capability to military attack non-Western countries. As Sarkozy so pathetically summoned up: “We can’t afford to suffer.” They have dedicated all the suffering for us, and now their perfect matrix has collapsed.
They don’t feel safe anymore, because they know that they have lost control.
They must be constantly reminded that this is their price for occupying Ukraine.

ADVISORY GROUP
What exactly makes Mr. Rockefeller a “group”?
List of participants shows all the usual suspects of pro- perpetual war, pro-neo colonization, pro-Hegemon variety. The useful idiots from US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Netherland, Sweden, and Turkey are trying to figure out how to stay in power over all other nations. It’s literally a meeting of the Great Parasite with its own parts, trying to come up with the new ways it can keep sucking our nations dry of wealth and resources.
I spotted a disgraced slaughterer of Iraq General Petraeus. He was canned from CIA over , allegedly, intending to rat out Hillary Clinton’s role in the murder of the Ambassador Stevens in Bengazi. Also, a disgraced ousted Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Radoslaw Sikorski, He is famous for saying in private conversation that he was fed up of giving Americans “blow jobs” for free. John Halmer collected wealth of information on Radoslaw Sikorski, Emmanuelle Charpentier was given an award her breakthough research in developing a technique which will allow people to edit the germline of humans. Von Der Leyen is on the list of attendees. She is the head of Merkel’s War Department, a wholly owned subsidiary of the US owned and operated NATO.
Anne Applebaum, Anne, a wife of Radoslaw Sikorski and an employee of the Legatum Institute, a joint Soros, Khodorovsky’s anti-Russian NGO.
For more info, see Scott’s post: Neo-McCarthyism and the US Media: The crusade to ban Russia policy critics and Neocons 2.0: The Problem with Peter Pomerantsev
Note the complete absence of representative of foreign agents acting as “opposition” in Russia. That ship has sailed, obviously.
Something tells us that all the others are similarly upstanding pieces of human waste.
Let’s dig a little deeper. If you know anything interesting about people on this list, please, contribute in comments.

Hi Baaz,
big thanks, first let me read.
Only one comment in advance ;)
What about World SITREP June 19(-1)th 2015(+1) by Baaz
Cheers
Another great summary, Baaz! Thx again to you, Scott, The Saker, and Mods for all you do!
On the subject of Rockefeller money – I posted an article on the 2 million US cash award that Vancouver, CA just won, which purchased our city a Chief Resiliency Officer, consultants and access to technical tools.
This is from the Rockefeller foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities initiative. Looking over the list of cities selected to participate in this Program, I noticed cities from Scotland, Ireland, Great Britain, France, Greece, Spain, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands… no cities from Germany. No cities from Russia either. Two or three from China.
It’s a small thing, but it made me wonder about the relationship between German capital and the Rockefeller foundation.
Muslim women – wtf.
At minute 20:
“If my husband doesn’t like anything, I will of course be at home and keep it in order”.
I had such discussions with Uigures.
It is hopeless. Even the “moderade” muslims live 2000 years ago.
I regret these beautiful girls. In 5 years they are “not young enough” anymore and can be lucky if their husbands still continue to feed them financially.
Then of course they have to accept being wife #9.
The one who cleans the toilet.
I much prefer the Soviet system: No religions, no churches, no mosques, no wasted money, no luring of people into some hillarious “beliefs”, instead *education*, instead *science*, no trouble.
@ Martin:
The thing with science is, that when the science is sound and settled, one can’t argue with (example: the earth revolves around the sun, not the other way around), but when it’s not settled, when it’s on its hypothesis/theory stage (example: the big bang), it’s totally arguable. That’s how science evolves, by setting theories and then going about to prove them or disprove them.
That’s not to say science is incorruptible. Of course it is, like all man-made institutions are. We only have to look at the dodgy hanky-panky going with the Climate Change “scientists” lobby, or things like Genetically Modified food, to get a good grasp that, maybe not science, but scientists are indeed very corruptible.
Having said that, Religion is final, there’s no arguing there, there’s no evolving. Some guy said this and that 2000 years ago and that’s that! Pray pointing towards a rock in Saudi Arabia and shut the hell up!
I always found it suspicious that all “prophets” or people getting messages from “god” are all from thousands of years ago. Why are there no modern prophets? One would think “god” would send us his faithful messengers every so often, but apparently I’m wrong (if not blasphemous *eye-roll*). What was so especial about pre-electricity people that “god” chose them and only them to speak to?
I’m sorry, but it just doesn’t make any sense.
-TL2Q
Hi Comrade TL2Q,
spot-on!
Maybe Mr. Saker or Scott or Baaz are such Orthodox prophets.
But then I wonder why they have such attheistic earthily requirements:
SUMMER 2106 FUNDRAISER & “STATE OF THE COMMUNITY” REPORT
/summer-2106-fundraiser-state-of-the-community-report/
Maybe it is because we have traveled another 90 year in an instant.
That in turn makes me wonder if WW3 is before or behind us, and what was the outcome?

@ Martin:
Excellent point, my good friend.
There are fund raisings in here, and the infamous money-bomb every so often Alex Jones launches, and the Information-Clearinghouse site and their forever whining for money….
Can you imagine someone like Jesus doing that? Stopping his sermon mid-sentence and then go around, cap in hand: Sorry dude, if you wanna hear the rest of this “godly” message, you must give me Caesar coins (?) So, Render -to me- unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s….
LoL! It really does sound like something out of the film “Monty Python Life of Brian”
-TL2Q
TooLegit2Quit my friend,
Jesus: No.
Because no ancient Roman historians of his time ever mentioned such a person 2016 years ago as far as I can tell.
But the so called religions have all always been masters in this.
They build chrches, churches and churches from Gold, while the average citizens cannot pay the most urgent bills to stay alive, let alone if they fall ill.
As for the donations: I understand that the bandwidth volume creates real costs and that they should be shared across the community. I also understand that a lot of skilled work and time is spent.
Then again I’m woking for free in unpaid community projects myself since 2003 (open-source software).
And I this year all I got was one donation (200 EUR for 1000’s of hpurs).
I didn’t criticize the fund raising. I only said: Cannot be heavenly prophets.
Same is valid for the religions, which always want money and other very erthly things.
But let’s not anger the believers here.
It is just sad that I have to live through all this. In 1989 I would never have believed only 1/1000’s of how bad it could get.
:(
What’s with the all the snarky and snide self ingratiating remarks here about about the Saker being (or not) a “prophet” for embarking on a necessary fundraising campaign which he himself admitted he was loath to have to do. And when has he ever proclaimed himself a prophet or anything else but a military analyst, political commentator and someone with strong personal, ethical and religious convictions and views? I’m sure that Jesus and his disciples traveling around the desert country on foot and donkey giving their sermons were graciously received, hospitably fed, clothed and sheltered as guests without having to ever ask for anything. Fast forward two thousandth years into a dog eat dog, survival of the fittest Darwinian materialistic capitalistic society and find a guy that’s got a family to care for and feed, a full time job all while he’s disseminating invaluable information and commentary to boot (at night and I don’t know when the guy ever sleeps) around the entire globe in many languages to some million and half people with a dedicated staff of volunteers. All for completely free in an age that you can’t move an inch in any direction without paying out of pocket thru the nose. And all while the Saker and his staff are going up against a giant multi billion dollar a year misinformation propaganda conglomerate media machine that the entire history of the world has never seen. Talk about a David and Goliath scenario. And yet we here complain and whine, insinuate that the guy must be in it just for the money since Jesus didn’t need to ask and other such nonsensical rationalizations to justify why you shouldn’t have to contribute a single cent to the cause. And while many of us here think nothing of paying $4 or $5 for a star bucks double shot of Americano espresso, or wiping our a**’s clean with the most expensive 6 ply supper soft toilet tissues our money can buy (have to remain within our comfort zones I guess). Tell you what, I’ll contribute 3 times as much to this fundraising campaign as I had intended to, just in order to cover your sorry free loading a**’s ok? Think nothing of it guys… eh!

@ RayB on June 19, 2016 · at 10:35 am UTC :
It is about Soviet Union versus Religious Monarchy promoted by somebody who claims to be to most Russian on Earth but never lived in the Soviet Union or at least in any Soviet Eastern Bloc country.
After birth in Switzerland and a noble well cared of youth in Western Europe (what he describes as the _only_ “real” Europe) he did not decide to move to Russia, but guess what, to Florida.
As for your tears promting further remarks: That’s exactly the situion *I* have to live under myself, as I work for free since 2003.
That’s why I am so much in debts – you never saw so many red zero’s.
Then you also ignored, that I defended him.
I am criticizing unconditional results-disconnected blind following of Putin and throw in points which he for *some* reason never addresses.
And I defend Communism.
Something which Mr. The Saker hates.
He in contrast promotes blind beliefs into some a religion which the Slav people didn’t adpot until 800 to 1000 years ago. Yet this religion bwased on a jewish sect (=Christianity) claims to be the creator of the Universe. I must criticize such nonsense. Because when communism got destroyed I sweared to defend it for as long as I live. Not because of blind following, but because it has the arguments and facts on its side!!!
Ah and p.s. For about 1 to 2 weeks in 2014 I volunteered as translator and part-time Mod. for this blog.
Of course unpaid as with all things I do.
PS: One prominent historian, contemporary with the era, occurred to me afterward: Luke the author of the eponymous gospel, and the Acts of the Apostles, the latter partially an eye-witness account, which together comprise more than half the lines of the New Testament. Many historiographers consider both to have been written according to the best historiographical standards of the times, as in Thucydides and Polybius, which valued above all else eye-witness accounts, or accounts directly from eye witnesses, as Luke claims to have had. He was a Gentile, a Greek-speaking physician from Antioch, and traditionally also an artist. (Some very ancient paintings, claimed to be by him, more likely ancient copies, are still extant here and there.)
@ Martin from East Berlin:
I’m sorry but no, the issue we are talking about is strictly about money and none of the issues you’ve raised above. The Saker can’t operate a world wide network promoting truth, justice and peace without it period. If you can manage to operate giving your time and services for free in east Germany that’s fine, but somebody has got to be feeding, clothing and sheltering you in order for you to be able to do so. If you and Toolegit2Quit can’t or don’t want to contribute that’s your own prerogative but don’t try and knock down the Saker here just for asking. I’ve already said that I’ll triple my own contribution just to cover for both of you two malcontents.

Removed. Rule 2 of moderation policy. Stop criticising the Saker and other volunteers on the site – which started yesterday and has continued today. Mod
It is very true that neither of us can live without food, without electricity and without paying the bills.
That’s why I’m forced to 3 extra jobs in parallel to my unpaid projects. Unfortunately they are neither paid well nor fair nor at my education standards.
That lets me ask you, Mr Ray: Which exact problem do you have?
All I stated was that he cannot be a heavenly prophet because although he claims to have a God he has no answers to my questions why his God lets all this happen what’s occurring in DonBass, Syria, LibYa, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yugoslavia and so on.
*He* is the one who claims that this God exists.
Yet all these terrible tragedies keep happening and he never answers my direct questions, *why*.
And his God doesn’t even help him financially.
If you do not understand the meaning of those words, then you cannot understand my criticism.
If you wish to have a discussion on religion please go to the cafe. There are at least 2 billion Christians – stop attacking the Saker personally. You are blocking up the world SITREP. It is off topic. Mod
Also, no, I have no cash.
And I help him with my comments about Communism removed. And I do it – as always – without sponsor and unpaid.
What’s *your* grand contribution, Mr. RayB?
I have no single EUR.
I wait for my next free food.
And now enjoy your richness!

Of course the ironies of Martin are most telling,
And Saker turning a falcon cheek, so compelling.
No one posts more than the German Communist,
Abuses his host as a dupe, and plays the realist.
His myriad points I too must admit I treasure,
Especially the ironies without end or measure.
Many wish it were simple, but it’s so richly complex,
Embrace it with joy, it’s more rewarding than sex!

verz good Ray. Everything costs nowadays, so does this site, period. The money is needed to keep it runnig and there is nothing wrong with reminding people of it. Contrbuting is voluntary. Cannot see the problem. It has nothing to do with religion or political beliefs, we want to stop the war for everybody.
@ RayB:
“[..] being (or not) a “prophet” for embarking on a necessary fundraising campaign which he himself admitted he was loath to have to do…”
Just to be clear… I never accused Mr. Saker [or others] of being “prophets,” I merely voiced the fact regarding the lack of modern-day “prophets” in modern times. And as much as I sympathize with JC comment [further down on this thread], Fatima or that lady from Lourders don’t cut the mustard, I’m afraid.
“True” “prophets” tend to spawn whole religions based upon what they’ve said. Fatima, Edgard Cayrce, random psychics who are later shown to be right, don’t spawn whole new religions, do they? So basically; they don’t count.
I’m talking about prophets with a capital P – in recent times – where are they?
Fishy? No??
That was all.
“And while many of us here think nothing of paying $4 or $5 for a star bucks [..]”
^ LoL! Speak for yourself. Besides our good comrade, Martin, here, I doubt you’ll find anybody living more frugally than myself. In fact; I can’t even drink coffee [whether it’s a coffee from a coffee-chain franchise or not] because of health reasons :/
Removed. It has already been requested tonight to close down this conversation. It is becoming personal, off topic and breaks the moderation policy. No further comments please on this. Mod

Actually, a contemporary Roman historian did describe Jesus, Josephus, a Jewish general who was captured by the Romans, and then went over to them during the Roman-Jewish war of 66-70 AD.. (You can look up his biography on Wikipedia.) There’s a quotation of Josephus’s description at
http://josephus.org/#testimonium.
Several contemporary Roman historians describe the early Christians also, including the beginning of their persecution under Nero (Suetonius as I recall), and Pliny the Younger in a letter to the Emperor Trajan. Also Clement of Rome, in his Letter to the Corinthians, conventionally dated 96 AD, but more likely 69 AD, in that he describes the sacrifices at theTemple in Jerusalem, which ended in mid 70 AD, as still going on. (Clement, referred to in a Pauline letter by name, is listed as the third Bishop of Rome, but back in 69 AD seems to have been something like the Secretary of State. His name, Clemens, was prominent in the Imperial household, and he was just possibly the Counsel Flavius Clemens, executed under Domitian on some trumped-up charges.) — You can look it up.
Hello, Interesting.
Probably you can quote 200 further biblicism websites as “src”.
They may be authentic, may not be. I so far heard the opposite.
And even if: What does it prove?
Yes, early Christians. Of course there were followers of this sect.
But did Jesus walk on water?
Do you have some video footage? If not then it didn’t happen.
When was the universe created? in year 0 or 2000 years earlier? On a Sunday or Thusrsday?
What about millions of years old fossiles?
How do you counter-argue against this video:
SUN GODS: History of Religion Part 1 of 3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PobDpVqny3I
?
In detail and stepwise I mean.
Thanks.
Interesting also, the question of how do we know what we know. All historical records are ultimately from eyewitness accounts, or accounts from eyewitnesses. Your video reference implies we can’t believe anything before photography at least, maybe the 1840’s. (I’ve seen photos of American troops in the Mexican War of about 1846. Maybe everything before that was legendary.) I’ve read, but am too busy right now to look up, that the earliest accounts of Alexander the Great still extant are dated several hundred years after his demise. As far as the Gospels are concerned, there are at least four ancient reports, collected in Eusebius, that Peter preached in Rome as the occasion arose, which Mark his companion wrote down, then arranged into a coherent narrative later, which in one account Peter approved, so these are close to being eye-witness accounts. That they could have been deluded, or lying of course, is a possibility. Since there are four accepted accounts, however, there is a certain inherent plausibility to it all. It’s like the four blind men and the elephant: they all perceived different things, but there really was an elephant.
(Regarding the creation, many people have noted that the Big Bang is exactly congruent with Genesis, including the creation of light — the background radiation — before the creation of stars. Not confirmatory of course, but worth pondering a bit. I still remember how desperately physicists tried to refute the Big Bang, Fred Hoyle for example, with theories of continuous creation.)
Unfortunately there are these kind of ‘modern’ profets, like Bernadette of Lourdes, Fatima or what was it again in Portugal, etc. I often try to convince the local catholics here of their lunacy to no avail. All they manage to do is to repeat their dogmas and/or get mad.
Silly world full of mislead people of which a high percentage true ..
The Church, however, neither repeats its dogmas, nor gets mad. After extreme skepticism initially about Lourdes, it set up the Lourdes Medical Bureau to investigate the claims, after which the number of authenticated “medically inexplicable” cures immediately dropped from 143 to 83. (Not all were eventually accepted.) You can read about it here:

— The original diagnosis must be verified and confirmed beyond doubt
— The diagnosis must be regarded as “incurable” with current means (although ongoing treatments do not disqualify the cure)
— The cure must happen in association with a visit to Lourdes, typically while in Lourdes or in the vicinity of the shrine itself (although drinking or bathing in the water are not required)
— The cure must be immediate (rapid resolution of symptoms and signs of the illness)
— The cure must be complete (with no residual impairment or deficit)
— The cure must be permanent (with no recurrence)
Also, they don’t begin an investigation until five years after the reported event.
A Nobel Laureate, Dr. Alexis Carrel, witnessed two cures, in 1902 and 1910, and went from being a skeptic to a believer that something extraordinary was happening. (For which he was hounded out of medical practice in France.) See:
http://www.catholicculture.org/culture/library/view.cfm?id=2866
(He was also a thoroughly unpleasant person, associated with Vichy in WW2.)
Spontaneous cures are well known under ordinary conditions. So with the enormous number of patients at Lourdes, some are no doubt statistically likely. But nevertheless, the Church (the oldest continuously operating organization in the world, aside perhaps from the mythical Japanese monarchy), does investigate the claims thoroughly. According to Wikipedia, cures are still occurring, and now number 67.
The revelations continue. Mormon teaching
There are many many modern prophets. People just don’t want to listen to them. As Bible said it: “No prophet is accepted in his own village”. People need distance from them as their words are too sharp for them to understand. Try Meher Baba for instance (he explained perfectly for example why evolution is a myth of ego and involution is the way towards Reality). Or Ramana Maharshi. Or Elisabeth Haich.
Thanks Baez for a well researched report which did not neglect to report on the heart centered news.
Very important breaking situation which requires careful attention as the Deep State has raised is ugly head in the Clinton campaign ,(the State Department memo calling for bombing Assad), and now this fiction that somehow “a rose by any other name” is not the same ( Al Nusra aka SDF) They want war with Russia and they want to Gaslight the American people into accepting a Fascist state in this country.
We are entering a very, very dangerous period again so keep your wits about you.

Sorry, correction Al Nusra became the NSA in this case. ( there is the FSA in Aleppo, the NSA in this case and the SDF —which is the Kurds mainly in N. Syria) whew! It is confusing as is it is meant to be. Please correct me if I still don’t have this alphabet soup game down.
Wow! Even though Steinmeier is an old pathetic hypocritical pro-NATO asshole involved in Maidan and one normally should never trust him, this one is better than expected and does surprise me:
“””””Huge Scandal Erupts Inside NATO: Alliance Member Germany Slams NATO “Warmongering” Against Russia
Anyone who thinks you can increase security in the alliance with symbolic parades of tanks near the eastern borders, is mistaken,” Germany’s top diplomat added. “””””

Thank you Baaz.
One name on the Bilderberg list which is baffling is an MP called Helen Goodman (GBR, Labour Party) – who is this individual and why were they invited? She isn’t a senior member of the opposition but has been invited to this major “power” forum – very odd. Are they grooming her as their next Labour Party leader to oust Jeremy Corbyn? Why has his party let her attend? I think this is one to watch…….
Here’s something odd (and disturbing) about her:

I see Canadas finance minister on the list …Bill Morneau …His wife Nancy McCain, a member of the New Brunswick family that owns McCain Foods who also is linked to Day & Ross transportation .As executive chair of Morneau Shepell, the largest Canadian human resources services organization with offices across North America, Morneau led the firm through a period of growth from approximately 200 employees in 1992 to almost 4000 in 2015. ….There is this deal where companies like his human resources have become middle men between employee’s and employers .They take a nice slice of the pie of the wages paid and I suspect also get subsisted by the Federal Govt .(kind of make work projects,if you will)
The McCain family link is interesting because in the Province of New Brunswick there is another family (the Irving s) that kind of mirror the McCain’s …They both have the transportation / human resources and members of the both groups have people in management move between Govt. positions and Corporate .
In the news at the moment is
Bill Morneau’s briefing book raises red flags on public pension investment http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/pension-plan-briefing-book-1.3640059 It would be my guess that tptb are looking at ways to get to our pension funds .They are wanting to push through changes (for our own good of course ) to make the pension plans better . I see them as fox’s guarding the hen house . “”
Finance ministers meet next week
The adequacy of pension plans will be front and centre for Morneau next week when he meets with his provincial and territorial counterparts to discuss the possible enhancement of the Canadian Pension Plan.
During those talks in Vancouver, Morneau will push the federal Liberals’ quest to persuade enough provinces and territories to reform the CPP. A change would require support from seven of the 10 provinces representing two-thirds of the country’s population.
Any boost to CPP would be part of a long-term plan to address concerns about future generations of retirees rather than providing help for today’s seniors.
In fact, Morneau’s briefing document also included data showing that Canada’s retirement income system has been effective in reducing poverty among seniors. ” We are the Baby boomer’s and are the largest demographic that actually has some money . They want that too ….

In order that you not become disoriented by the virtual reality created by the MSM, let me remind you that in this universe Russia is in Syria legally–the USA etc. is not per norms of international law. Below you will find a transcript of the latest hack of Operation Gaslight’s plan for the homeland. Your guess is as good as mine as why they keep using 07/04/1776 as a password.
From Operation Gaslight’s talking points for the week of 6/19/16 complete with stage directions:
( a side note to remind John Kirby not to call on RT’s Gayane Chichakyan as she is a Putin shape-shifter. Stick to Mr. Lee of the AP as his weary throw down in disgust of his glasses does not offer the stunning
cachet of her puppy cuteness ( cunning devil, that Putin) and clever questions.)
1.Stress that the Orlando shooting is ( never use “was” keep it real and in the moment) an Isis inspired act of terror. Downplay FBI incompetence and/or possible collusion. If this comes up, make snorting noises, roll your eyes and deliver sneering references to “conspiracy theorists” i.e. “losers”. Remember: body language conveying confident exasperation is very important . Control the narrative. Any attempts at counter narrative must be met with ridicule.
2. Boast that US military is aiding anti Isis forces in Syria and avoid those questions about the resolution by Congress on which this is based with such phases as ” no comment” or the more weighty one of “we are working that and will have it tied down soon”. Remember: look pompous– everything is in the delivery.
3.Claim that the Russians have bombed anti Isis forces in Syria, our friends. If anyone brings up the bombing of Isis oil trucks bound for Turkey just shrug it off disdainfully , ” We have heard no complaints from our NATO ally, Turkey, on this score” And divert attention to all the hospitals the Russians have laid waste to per London based NGO/CIA affiliate, The Syrian Observer. Mention that this has been reported by the BBC. Remember to make the sad nod of the head with downcast eyes, but don’t overplay it. Innocent civilians are dead like in Orlando. Body language works the subconscious emotional centers. Sad faced, tender empathy is a winner. Gravitas.
4. And conclude that therefore Russia, which supports Assad, is supporting ISIS, but depending on the caffeine status of your audience (do not use for University students), you may also stress that even if they were bombing Isis this would be seen in the midEast as a tactical set back for Isis thus creating a wave of support and sympathy . Ratchet up the voice adding tones of outrage. This will help cover the logical implausibility inherent in the latter claim. If severely challenged, just say, ” I am not going to open that can of worms” or a better play, if you are quicker than John Cirby, is: ” You see, They think differently because those people love martyrs. Martyrs are winners so defeating Isis is making them winners because, see, they want to die unlike us who want to live..” They want to die killing us which is why we must be vigilant. Avoid using the phrase “radical Islam” especially with University students.
If you get a smart aleck like Mr. Lee of the AP whose very mobile face reflects utter incredulity so well and who says things like, ” So what you are saying is that they -all of them–are not human like us? I thought you wanted to win the hearts and minds of the people of the midEast?” If this should happen just reply, ” We don’t want to open that can of worms.” Exude confidence, control. Then repeat stressing slightly the hissing S sounds that RuSSia supports ASSad which helps ISSiSS. Again this is the guilt by aSSociation so don’t meSS it up by overkill.
5. Repeat, ” Assad-Must-Go” in slow, sepulchral tones. Create a sense of menace. Then repeat with a bit more righteous indignation, ” Assad Must Go( slight pause) Now ! ( emphasis)” Saying things twice is in the cultural matrix. Note Trump’s success with this mode of speaking. Do not, I repeat, Do not start chants of USA, USA, USA. There will be time for that later. Timing is everything: Control the narrative. Control the mind set.
****quote***
“The West elites have lost control over finances, propaganda narration, and their capability to military attack non-Western countries. As Sarkozy so pathetically summoned up: “We can’t afford to suffer.” They have dedicated all the suffering for us, and now their perfect matrix has collapsed.
They don’t feel safe anymore, because they know that they have lost control.
They must be constantly reminded that this is their price for occupying Ukraine.”
***end of quote***
The above may have some value as a soothing medicine, but the effect is very short-lived. I wish it were all true, but to me it sounds like plain old wishful thinking.
