Sums up the current world situation quite nicely. Feels like a punch to the gut to have his perspective delivered so compactly. Hard to come to grips with the totality of mind control and brainwashing from which the ‘west’ is suffering.
Discussing world events with non-westerners can be interesting and informative, with ‘mericans – Oswald did it and Building number 7 fell down by itself.
What a stench!
Interesting answers but to try and return to the past while the end has already been determined is nothing more then a weak attempt by man to avoid the future and the now .Daniels visions tells us what is to happen with the final man created solution with the iron and clay .
We look forward to our King and He will tell us how it will be .Had Islam been of God we would not be seeing the iron and clay we have today .The stone that comes from heaven will destroy the image and break it into dust ,never to be seen again .Any attempt to pacify this beast will not work . Islam is not Judaism or Christianity .We wait for the return of our King while the Jews wait for their Messiah .Islam is busy trying to get a seat at the table but are outside of the door knocking .
A Christian can go into a closet and pray and has no need to face in any direction .The Christian has no need for material emblems or man made institutions to worship their God .The mere fact that Christians met in their homes is going back to a time before Orthodoxy created creeds and institutional clergy we see today .Changing the name on a building or creating one says nothing of the sprite of the people who may grace it’s rooms . Islam would think nothing of turning a Christian Church into a museum .Where is their sacredness in that ?
I often wonder if maybe he might be better off addressing the Islamic world and fixing it rather then telling the Christian world how to go about accommodating them .He suggest going back to a time of stoning .His charity would be better spent on the suppression of his own people . It’s not a one ideology or faith fits all . Christianity has it’s divisions and I suspect will have until the King returns . When He returns ,He will find His and those who are not .
In this vid .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fliOwze_o8 Chris White goes into some history of the end time text from Islam and looks at the differing characters . A careful study shows that it is not compatible with Christianity but does have a inverted truth to what they teach .Their Koran says little about the end times but it’s their other books that build the inverted model for the end times .Ideas that come from pseudo christian writers or at best misguided Christians .
He may be convinced to delay with prayer the enviable but the Christian prayer is ,even so come Lord Jesus .The one who would pray for a delay is of this world and is missing the true hope we have in Him . It is the Christians and Jews that will be persecuted by the Anti-Christ in the end times .If a person wanted a candidate as to who that may be ,I am sure at present ,Islam would fit .Maybe not the passive ones but the extremist would fit the bill .
Islam writings speak of the trees calling to the Muslims telling them that a Jew is hiding under them .There will be many Christians beheaded and there are many being killed in this manner at present .God has a number that will be martyred for Jesus . Finally .if he recognizes that it will be the Christians that show the greatest love towards the people of the Koran in the end times then shouldn’t he recognize that Christianity is from God . At a time when his brothers in the faith is killing each other over the interpretation of their own book .
I have been watching the Sheik since before I even came to the Vineyard. I never tire of his talks.
I was raised a Roman Catholic but I am what is called a “lapsed Catholic”.
So, you are telling us that even though Christians have many churches in which to worship, Muslims do not deserve the same?
You sound like a Christian Zionist to me. So you say that the anti-Christ will kill only Jews and Christians? balderdash! He has said many times that Islam will bear the greatest pain.
He has already stated that Christianity comes from God…Just not your type of Christian. You are aligned with the Zionists, and the anit-Christ WILL be Jewish. And the true Messiah will find that Christian Zionists are NOT of God.
The Sheik does address his Islamic Community. He is very honest with them as with us.
Tell us exactly WHAT is your faith? If you speak so insultingly to a man of faith, at least have the decency to identify yours.
And please, do not pretend that you have any knowledge about Islam….you don’t!
Where to start ?? “I was raised a Roman Catholic but I am what is called a “lapsed Catholic”. Where do I look for the definition of a “lapsed Catholic ” ..A biblical reference will do fine . ” So, you are telling us that even though Christians have many churches in which to worship, Muslims do not deserve the same? ” No I never said that and am not saying it ! “You sound like a Christian Zionist to me. So you say that the anti-Christ will kill only Jews and Christians? balderdash! He has said many times that Islam will bear the greatest pain ” I don’t care what he said because the bible says differently ! I am a Christian and go by what the bible says and not what the Koran says !
” Tell us exactly WHAT is your faith?” I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and God raised Him from the grave and that believing that I have eternal life in Him . Two of my sons practice Islam and I have read books about it and can only tell you that it is not comparable with Christian belief . It is a inverted type of Christianity or at least a inversion of the Biblical truth imo
Christine I agree with your post ( May 20th @9.55 p.m.) 100 %. I am a Christian and I believe Muslims should have a place to pray just as Sheik Hussein suggested. You are the type of person that is after the Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ –compassionate, merciful and fair towards those that are oppressed and maligned without cause.
I don’t deserve praise for speaking in a humane, passionate way. There are many others like myself. They may not speak up in forums, but I am sure they are around. The attack upon the Sheik is what brought me out.
What is it that MLK said about “Silence”?
So thank you for speaking up Dear Carmel By The Sea.
“Judaism”, “Christianity”, “Islam”, “God”, “Messiah”… Why cling to any of these superstitions? Mass lunacies do not solve the living problems of mankind, only create them.
Christine,
I’ve met Israeli atheists that insist that that land belongs to them, that eventually the monasteries will be their land. Very ironic in that they claim to have a blood line when in fact they spring from the Xhazarian Turks that settled in “Ukraine’ and adopted the talmd because of its viciousness.
This will be the ultimate farce perpetrated upon the goy of this world, what remains is to see how many suckers fall for it.
“… You don’t believe in anything? Fine. That is your right, but please don’t denigrate others for what they believe. …”
Play with the word “believe” is certainly not new, thumpers of all sects have practiced it since olden times to confound the simple of mind and spirit. The word is by no means reserved for hallucinations, be they religious, schizophrenic or drug induced, the state of “belief” in these is only a most extreme condition that ought to be addressed strictly palliatively. Quite the contrary: everyone normal and rational can, must and does believe in a veritable myriad of rational things and concepts in this beautiful natural world of ours.
Another mistake you make is your assertion of “denigration”. But educating the uneducated, awakening the misled, and teaching the downtrodden to rely on their own rational judgment could not possibly be deemed so. Neither could calling things by their proper name be.
Apropos of the presumption that “religiousness” is somehow personal and private matter. No, it is not, no matter how you look at it. A single sorry Dark Ages-mindset in a sea of billions would not matter if that one could live in perfect isolation – but nobody does – even to the deafening drums of advertising (“proselytizing”) – and so we are talking of pandemics of dreadful social implications. The rot of society affects everyone.
Think about the beginning of universe (now it’s a multiverse). How many dimensions this multiverse has? 7, 9, 11? 3-dimensional creature like us cannot ‘see’ any being living in a dimension above it. That’s the fact! One can only theorize and try to prove it by a mathematical model.
When you look at subatomic particles, they are singing (in harmony).. This subatomic particles lay the foundation of this great multiverse. Subatomic particles have a life cycle. It can decay. In the form of transformation. The energy of this multivese is constant.
Everything in this multiverse has a beginning and an end (or, transformed).
The questions are:
1. Who put the timer on it?
2. Who has the power to start and end it? This powerful being must be a being above all dimension present in this multiverse. That would be a start of finding a clue of the present of GOD.
If you are, let say a 4-dimensional creature, you can see a person (for example) from he/she was born, growing old and die in an instance. Imagine if you are a creature of higher dimension?
Are there trace of the word of GOD in this world?
Jews, Christian, and Islam has one root, Abraham. From it the Torah, Bible and Quran were born. Deduct dissimilarities from similarities. From there (the beginning of study), one should conduct careful and thorough analysis. It does not mean that similarities are unimportant. In fact, one should performed and in depth study.
Mankind is motivated by greed over wealth, power, and domination. The activities done and to be done in achieving the world domination (or later the multiverse domination, if is pemissible, hahaha) is unimaginable.
Please analyze situation from many different angles. You can see better. Then you will realize how small and insignificant we are.
The more you study the less arrogant you will be..
By Ron Lee: “Mankind is motivated by greed over wealth, power, and domination [..]”
Not true. Most people want to live peacefully and yeah: comfortably. But that’s not “greed,” that’s just being reasonable, considering that the days Humanity lived in caves are far behind us. It’s understandable that people crave for a decent quality of life within the parameters modern life has to offer for themselves, their loved ones and their fellow humans.
Mankind is not motivated by “greed over wealth, power, and domination,” those who do, comprise a small fraction of the population, most, if not all of them are carriers of very serious psychiatric defects [research the Dark Triad of personality traits]
Is it fair to tar the whole of humanity with the same brush just because of the actions of a defective few? Are all dogs inherently vicious because a few go on to maul little children?
New studies suggest, humans are not only sociable but also highly cooperative, this means [most] people are happier when they are helping each other out, rather than making each other miserable. In the middle of a crisis, an emergency situation, natural disaster (etc) most people, instinctively, seek to assist each other out, a few run for the exits… guess who those are?
Of course environmental conditions do change people’s benign natural behavior. Scarcity of bare necessities will make them turn-on on one another, but again; that’s not greed, that’s part of a survival mechanism. Rats kill each other under conditions of scarcity and overcrowding. Humans are no different. Competitive environments; schools, sports, the work place (etc), do not foster the best in Humanity either.
I was with you until your paragraph on environmental factors: yours is a materialistic and humanist view at that point. It’s under those harsh conditions that the human, the one in touch with their soul, that is separated from the animal (in human form or otherwise).
Technology (glowing screens, sorcery), Science (breaking boundaries of the “observed”), Money (mammon) and Government (fearing and obeying man’s laws, not God) are the idols of those who claim to not believe in God, all part of the Satanic self worshiping package. For those that do claim to believe in God, but act opposite to God’s laws (majority of American Christians) make sense if you assume that Satan is their God, and that the Jesus they speak about is the anti-Christ. Their behavior can only match the bidding of such entities.
The qualities that make Islam so compelling is that they have a way for everything. They have an alternative economic system (interest is haram), code of conduct (prayer, helping wayfarers), clear definition of acceptable and unacceptable (halal, haram, and associsted actions with heavenly “point scores”), have rules of war, have a system of law (sharia), environmental policy. It gets so specific that there is a way to wash one’s behind after defecating. I admit that I haven’t looked into this too much, but I have not seen the Christians come up with such a comprehensive system.
It appears in the Quran that a big disagreement between Muslims and Christians is that Musims do not think Jesus is the son of God (“You have no proof”) yet Jesus is the most quoted prophet in the Quran.
His call to help delay the inevitable through prayer and action is not in vain. It is like the Ragnarok prophecy; the forces of good will fight the forces of evil and the forces of good will lose. But to reduce the reign and service life of the forces of hell so that life can go on sooner is not a waste.
This predicament already exists. The existence of nuclear weapons and aging nuclear reactors (built by the scientist, to break the boundaries of the atom) that cannot possibly be shut down properly (not enough money) already exist, and are guaranteed to poison God’s earth. Now the Empires of Satan are working relentlessly to kill off as much life through day to day activities (commerce, destroyed oceans, erosion, etc). They do it using the most miserable means possible (slavery of all types) before the nuclear “insurance” destroys all remaining.
If nuclear weapons are used for attack (hopi prophecy gourd of ashes) it may very well be at the very last limits of resource consumption (drought, mass pollution, dollar destruction), to ensure maximum destruction. It was never about MAD; it was about the most thorough method of annihilating God’s creation. That is, to destroy everything through commerce and then, in a panic, initiate a nuclear launch. And then the nuke plants melt down.
There is no escape. Either way, God favors those who are responsible, and anyone who goes out of their way to put a stop or just reduce this Satanic irresponsibility is doing the right thing. Jesus spent his life opposing the laws of man (oppressors, money changers, false religions) and so must all people of good faith, even non-believers. It may be tens of millions of years (or longer) before life goes on and the hellish presence dies. If prayer and actions can reduce the time, even just a little, it is worth it. But we will fight and we will lose, and that’s okay. Nobody should want to be with evil, omission of action being possibly the worst offense at this point.
“Terry” did indeed denigrate Islamists. While granting exclusivity to the Jews and the Christians that suck up to them.
You consider it a “mistake” to respect the beliefs of others. I consider it evil to denigrate the beliefs of others. Denigration is a far cry from educating or awakening.
“Neither could calling things by their proper name be.”
Whose proper name? Yours? Talk about arrogance. Smacks of hubris and chutzpah to me.
Yes, hubris and chutzpah has always led to downfall and will again.
As the Sheik says: Allah’s law is supreme. Above man’s law. Man plans… but Allah’s plan is supreme. He calls Him Allah and I call Him God, but we agree on that point nonetheless.
“Belief”?.you say tomatoe and I say tomaato.
“teaching the downtrodden”? That is not how I view your “mistaken” opinions.
One no-name commentator wanted to know the definition of “lapsed”…While this comment also smacks of chutzpah, I will answer.
“lapsed Catholics” are those who woke up to the evil of the Roman Catholic Church and left it. I speak from experience, learning this while living inside this abomination that has oppressed its own constituency since its inception. Exactly like the Jewish rabbis did and do. That should give you a clue as to the origins of that “pretend” religion.
A caveat: Ordinary practicing Roman Catholics are sincere in their beliefs, and my criticism of the established hierarchy of their church is in no way meant to denigrate them. Just like ordinary Jews are victims of their established hierarchy. Theirs is a “learned” hubris. Both are brainwashed. But very different. the Roman Catholics believe in life after death. The Jews only believe in life here on earth. Mammon.

Thank you so much for bringing clarity to this profound issue. Some of what you say is beyond me, but most of it I can grok.
Yup, we are religious freaks acording to the “atheists”.
Yup, we even belive ther is an creatore diety, I even belive in Mother Earth and our Heavenly father.
The first gives us our reality, the second is the one feeding this matter with life.
The fact of the matter, is that there is no matter.
WE are living light.
And then I am a religious freak
And why.
I dont belive in the AGW a brand new cargo cult.
I dont belive in the neodarwinian Ant heap theory, witch they base their entire sickening and truly evil socialogical religi….. sorry, sorry, “science” upon.
I dont belive the insane perverted belife in that monetary moronic system, where Usury wil save our souls, where more debt is the mantra to fight even more debt, and their solutions, yup, more debt.
Hehe
Religious fanatics whom is treading in lalaland.
I dont belive in the “science” this days witch is basicly a scam, all over the board.
I dont belive in Bigg bang witch is geosentrism and medival “sience”.
I dont belive in the riddicoulus physics this days, where drivel is serve and the idiots whom is the congregation, whom knows nothing, hails everything as the truth.
Dawkins and Nye, two druling morons.
yea, confused.
Read what I have putt forth, about reality and then we talk, to waist time in ziotruds is just that, waisting time in ignorant and arogant, cheeps ( I honestly dont like to compare present large parts of humans to cheeps, its an insult to an entire breed of creatures whom I far beyound the intellegence capasity moust of the humans have this days).
I define this people as mental cowards, even wurse than ordinary cowards, at least they are afrad of acting, but mentaly cowards dont even have the balls to think differently.
Boring people, with nothing to contribute, other than twisting sentences, witch I find to be in preschool classes, there its ok, since they are children, but this days, grown ups are as far I can judge, braindead or systematicly reduced to idiot savants, they are eucated just anouf to be a good slave or cannon fodder.
The problem, is whom is behind all this, nobody wants to talk about whom Finacnsess, arms and trains, the gov. whom have created wars upon wars, instead we drown it in pure manure, like the ziotruds trying to make it to be about what religion is “good”.
And when Christians drule about Islam, I know they are either lying or doing propaganda, for you all know whom, the tribe.
WE have only one problem, the insane UssA.
Nothing else.
And the insane UssA are “fundamental” Christians, slaughtering all others, and blames the victim for the case of “forcing” the insane UssA to “protect” it self, and that is what the freaks wants us to belive.
I would LOOOOVE to debate the Talmud, the Haddits of the Torah, yea, why dont we talk about the Talmud, zoiturd.
Anytime, turd, anytime.
“The fact of the matter, is that there is no matter.
WE are living light.”
Yes!
Definitely view Darwinism as a scam …. could write a book about that one. Social Darwinism and Eugenics, which they have renamed Genetics…..an affront to creation. But it has served “their” purpose very well. GMO Gene splicing etc.
There is a film out about Darwin’s worst nightmare…will see if I can find the Link.
Have you noticed that David Rockefeller is on his SIXTH heart transplant? 99 years old
Completely blows Darwin’s so-called “Origin of the Species” out of the water….[not a pun :) ] , which he plagiarized from his grandfather or father?, who in turn had plagiarized from earlier French researchers.
The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins provides an excellent rebuttal to all types of religion. My belief is that religious fundamentalism fuels wars, foments bigotry, abuses children and basic human rights, all for a God whose existence lacks evidence of any kind.
I am a Shia Muslim and am amazed how ignorance you are about God and Islam.
We wait for the return of our King while the Jews wait for their Messiah .Islam is busy trying to get a seat at the table but are outside of the door knocking .
You act like that God belongs to you, rather than we all belong to God. No one has exclusiveness on One True God.
I have quite a few Jewish friends, and they all laugh at the Judeo/Christian thingy. This thingy is only created to con people for the State of Israel. To Jews the TaNaKh which the Christians call the Old Testimony has nothing to do with Christianity. It is their Scripture and they resent the fact when the Christians twist the TaNaKh to prophesy regarding the King. To Jews there is no such thingy as Old or New Testaments. To them it is insulting to call TaNaKh the Old Testament. Their laws are theirs, and still applicable and there is no such thingy to them as Old laws or New laws.
All there human beings, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad were Semites and they spoke Semitic languages. Jesus wasn’t Greek/Roman. Even in the New Testaments, (any version, including King James Version), Jesus calls God, Allah. In your language He might be called, God.
A Christian can go into a closet and pray and has no need to face in any direction .The Christian has no need for material emblems or man made institutions to worship their God.
Once again you show your ignorance. In Islam there is doing Salat (Worshiping) to God, and doing Dua’ (Praying) to God. Worshiping is for God only, where as Praying is our this life (world) and afterlife.
Salat (Worshiping) to God is done 5 times a day as a duty, it can be more if one pleases. Worshiping can be either done in a designated places, on a road, at home, or anywhere, even in a closet. Since the Worshiping is done is a group, therefore it is done in one direction. The Quran says it is not necessary.
Dua’ (Praying) is usually done individually, maybe sometimes in groups. So it is done anytime 24/7 and anywhere. Praying is for self, for parents, for a country and so forth. Praying is personal and it is asking for our own benefits.
And to Allah belongs the East and the West. So wherever you [might] turn, there is the Face of Allah. Indeed, Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing. Quran verse 115 chapter 2.
Lol, the Wahhabi/Tafkiri will say that Allah has a literal face. They take everything in Quran literally, and they say that why would Allah lie in the Quran. Small Minds!
Always remember that God is no one’s property, and that we are all properties of God! And, God doesn’t have a Name, if He did then He will belong to that culture only rather than we all belonging to Him.
you both reinforce my impression that the almighty may be just be that (or perhaps one other of omniscient and omnibenevolent) – but certainly not all three (as per Mr Epicurus quandary).
By Anon 21/05/15 at 8:45 pm: “[..] you both reinforce my impression that the almighty may be just be that (or perhaps one other of omniscient and omnibenevolent) – but certainly not all three [..]”
I keep asking religious folks (to no avail): if your ‘god’ is as good and benevolent as you claim he is…. explain why he created something as gory and horrifying as the food chain!
Hmm?
.
All I tend to hear after that question is asked are nothing but crickets… *cri*cri*
Dear Mohamed . Thank you for your reply . I am quite aware that all things created belong to the creator and He is ultimately responsible for . That is why when man fell in the garden ,it was Him that took the responsibility to redeem his creation that was lost by Adam . ie. the promised seed of the woman that would crush the serpents head .
God calls on all men to be saved .Weather Jew or Gentile . God provided the Savior in the person of Jesus Christ and the work He accomplished on the cross in paying the price for mans sin . I am sure you have heard the Gospel , but I don’t know if you have responded to it .
I have heard many people give their opinion about who and what a Christian is and is not . I stated that Christianity and Islam are incompatible when it comes to dogma .You being a Shia is a good thing imo when it comes to Islam .Given the other sects within Islam I am sure you understand . I come across the same kind of thing in Christian circles with certain groups and don’t feel really close to them either but . In the book of Mathew chapter 13 The Lord talks about the Kingdom cults and so that lesson explains a lot to me .
“I have quite a few Jewish friends, and they all laugh at the Judeo/Christian thingy. This thingy is only created to con people for the State of Israel. To Jews the TaNaKh which the Christians call the Old Testimony has nothing to do with Christianity. It is their Scripture and they resent the fact when the Christians twist the TaNaKh to prophesy regarding the King.”
I wonder how your Jewish friends would feel if they found out that their own scripture has been changed ? We have been fortunate enough to have discovered the dead sea scrolls and they can be checked for errors and changes .It was a interesting study for me and others because we figured out just what happened .
We also know that Jesus and His followers used the Septuagint old testament .We know that the Masoretic Text. was made around 200 AD and differs both from the Septuagint and Masoretic text . case in point . Det 32:8 (ASV) When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, When he separated the children of men, He set the bounds of the peoples According to the number of the children of Israel.
Most modern versions of the Bible used the Masoretic text . Det 32:8 (ESV) When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when he divided mankind, he fixed the borders of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God. ” notice the difference ? This is using the Septuagint and is consistent with the dead sea scrolls whis were 200 to 300 years older then the Masoretic text .
A person studying might have noticed even without the proper text that that verse deals with the tower of Babel incident which by the way was years before Abraham or the though of Israel . Ask your Jewish friends how can they reconcile this . Oh and the sons of God in that verse is the divine council that were set over the Nations .
An excellent explanation. Welcome back haven’t heard from you in a long time (if you’re the same Mohammed that used to debate Mindfriedo). Your way of using love and patient explanation has done wonders for making me realize the errors in my ways which is filled with impatience and anger/rage towards the ignorant or the bigoted. I need to remember your way is orders of magnitude more effective than mine.
Please do not bring the idea of Division into the table.
Islam, like Christianity, was one. There are no division, no sect!
I understand that you want to introduce yourself as peace loving side of Islam (ie, Shia Islam).
There are many groups among the Sunni Islam and also Shia Islam. The same happens with the Christianity. It is human nature to defend their groups and what they believe in.
When you explain your proposition, you must do it in the most elegant and polite way as possible. Do not do it by ridiculing other groups without thorough explanation.
By bringing the idea of division into the table, you will worsen the situation. As anybody will try to defend their sect or group. Let us seek the answer and GOD guidance within ourselves. Mankind makes mistakes.
As the saying goes, you can see an ant in distance place, but you cannot see an elephant in front of your eyes.
Islam in the time of Prophet Mohammad SAW, was one. There is no division, no Sunni or Shia. Now, even, there are many subgroups. Each of them is claiming to be the best (or most righteous) among the others.
If we see the situation at macro view, from Prophet Adam to Mohammad SAW, the message is basically the same about GOD. Along the way there are some rules that have been changed in relation to what things are permitted and forbidden.
There is consistency and clear pattern!
You need to understand that the origin of this division, be it within Christianity or Islam, was politically motivated (Mankind greed over Wealth, Power and Domination) for the benefit of crony elite. They are just using the common people to gain their objectives. They do not care about the common people!
The discussion, rather, should focus now on how to end, or at least to minimize, the oppression by the so called Elite, by presenting the fact, history and other information, to the masses. So that the elite cannot use the masses to their advantage.
By analyzing the fact and history, and compare it to the word of GOD (Torah, Bible, Quran), one can understand the whole system better. Look for pattern, and analyze any inconsistency, to understand whether the word of GOD has been manipulated.
The problem now is that, there are so many literature to read. There are Pros and Cons. It can be confusing!
I suggest you to find the answer within your heart. It will not lie to you. To do that you have to lower your ego, have an open heart, and ask GOD to guide you in search of truth.
In the end, some will find light and some won’t. GOD will decide who will be given the light and who won’t.
Your job is just to send the message. Do not debate! There is no use of it.
To conclude, please do not bring more division to the table. It will spark fire. Then, the satanic political elite will be more than happy to put gallons of petrol to it.
@Ron Lee
a few pennies from me
Your response to Mohamed points to what is at the heart of the true issue that plagues religions today .John Calvin wrote a sermon and it got codified and a new church was borne . Martin Luther also made a statement and men decided to start another church Men write creeds and establish traditions over time and they get turned into a church . Paul wrote about Christian practices that men later turned into churches . The Apostles wrote a creed that can be found in Act’s .Compare it to all other creeds and you will see that the originators of the Christian faith avoided making man made churches .
Today we call a building a church but they didn’t .Today it’s the church of this or that but the bible says to the church that is there or here .These denominational churches we see today look nothing like yesteryears .They don’t believe the same things .They don’t act the same ways. This fact becomes a stumbling block to a new Christian in their search for “The” Church and truth .
Likewise there are other issues that divide the body of believers .Some issues are actually the causes of the divisions .People take on leadership roles simply by having taken a coarse at a university and applying for the job that gets posted in a paper .Or if they are fortunate enough to belong to a larger denomination are placed within it’s structure .
We hear stories of people retiring from their vocation, who had taught for years things they never believed themselves .What kind of chance does a group of people being taught from the Word have of hearing about the wolves that sneak into their group dressed as a sheep .? What sort of redress do the group have when their petitions are silenced and hidden away by the wolves at the top of the chain ?
I used to be impressed with the structure of the Mosque .I still am but the history of Hagia Sophia tells of something else .Who to give credit to and who to blame .Maybe it’s not about who to blame as much as knowing the truth .My two sons who practice Islam whom I cant blame can and should acknowledge the true history behind it’s conversion . Just as any Christian should look at the crusades and understand them .
Canada where I live has a violent history towards the native peoples caused by both church and state that persists to this day .The means and methods have changed but the results are still emerging .Not all natives have fallen victim to this but have taken what tools were available to them and learned how to use them .tptb have noticed this and the “Indian problem” of yesteryears have become new problems for them .
Some have suggested that I am against Islam .Called me a Zionist . Fact is that the truth has set me free of that way of thinking .If I decide to boycott products from Israel my country will deem me as anti-Semitic .If I speak of the ill treatment of the Palestinians I some how am a hater of the Jew .Bush said if you are not with us then you are against us .Jesus told His disciples that if they are not against us then they are for us .
There is a big difference between agreeing with someone and opposing them .It’s the ones that fear that do the opposing .I could care less how many denominational churches or Mosques are built and where .I do become a bit concerned when any religion has to approach a state to have them accommodated with laws .There have been many slippery slopes that have only come back to bite people with good intentions .All because of laws passed .The Harper Govt. is trying to pass one of these slippery slope laws that would take away my choice to choose what product I don’t want to buy . One can only hope it fails and it comes back to bite him …peace
good first question Saker…yes, its so ridiculous that people can’t worship in the religion that they want to ….or at least can’t build their own church. Too bad. And Islamic churches are so beautiful….but then I would hope that if non-Muslim, respectful people came in there, they wouldn’t be chased out….
I guess when the Sheikh says “Don’t change your constitution” he means…don’t change your laws about capital punishment….I agree with that.
Please see my two answers to Terry above regarding the Semitic language. The question is why any Semitic word is written in so many different ways in English language. The Semitic languages have 3 short vowels and 3 long vowels, where as English language has 5 vowels and they are not the same.
Therefore, Mohammad is written is English as Mohammad, Mohammud, Mohammed, Mohamed…. and so forth is due to different vowels.
“allah” is two words, the first word is “al” which is the definite article ‘the” and second word “ilah” is same as “eloh”. Of course due to difference in vowels it is written differently in English.
Thus, al ilah (allah) means The God.
eloh can be made into plural as elohim, but allah being two words cannot be made into plural. We are back to monotheism, and it is the definition of monotheism which creates all the religious wars. Hinduism is in reality monotheistic religion, but to the Wahhabi/Tafkiri, the Shia are not monotheistic.
elohim is a respectful way to say or write eloh. Thus, when the Jewish God (elohim) is mentioned in TaNaKh the singular verb is used. But when pagan gods (elohim) are mentioned in TaNaKh, then the plural verb is used.
Now to YHWH ELOHIM, remember as I mentioned above to Terry that the whole TaNaKh was written without short vowels and the short vowels were introduced into TaNaKh from Classical Quranic Arabic during the 12th to the 15th century. Also, the Jewish don’t use short vowel in God and write it as G-d till today. Thus, they didn’t put short vowels in YHWH.
Let us introduce short vowels into YHWH and it becomes YaHuWaH, which means, O’ He.
Therefore YaHuWaH ELOHIM means, O’ He Elohim.
God doesn’t have a name, if He did then God will become the property of that culture, rather than we all being the property of God.
That is why when man fell in the garden ,it was Him that took the responsibility to redeem his creation that was lost by Adam . ie. the promised seed of the woman that would crush the serpents head .
Islam doesn’t believe that man fell in the garden. Neither does Islam believes in serpents, devils and/or Lucifer. According to Islam, Adam was the first Prophet and he was sent to earth for a while for enjoyment. Remember, Mohammad got all his stories wrong.
Same with Judaism, they don’t believe in the fell of men. Neither do they believe in serpents, devils and/or Lucifer. TaNaKh is their Scripture and they resent the fact it being twisted by Greeks/Romans.
We also know that Jesus and His followers used the Septuagint old testament .We know that the Masoretic Text. was made around 200 AD and differs both from the Septuagint and Masoretic text . case in point .
As I have said earlier that all three human beings Moses, Jesus and Mohammad were Semites. Even their disciples and immediate followers were Semites too.
So what makes you think that they will need the transliterated text either in Septuagint or Masoretic. They had text in their own Semitic language called, Hebrew.
We don’t live under a rock. We have to take three things into account when discussing any Scripture.
1. Technology : Printing presses, paper, ink and so forth.
2. Education : The scribes and so forth.
3. Evolution of Language : Specially Semitic languages in which both TaNaKh and Quran are written.
The affect of both Technology and Education on Scripture are well addressed by Professor Bart D. Ehrman – Misquoting Jesus. He was asked by Arabs, why didn’t he address the Evolution of Semitic Languages. He acted like he didn’t understand and choose to ignore the questions. I guess he is an expert of Greek/Roman languages and he was just discussing the New Testament.
I will address the Evolution of Semitic Languages.
During the times of Jesus, the Hebrew language was dead and Jesus spoke Aramaic to his disciples. Hebrew was revived from Arabic in 19th century. My Jewish friends tell me that Hebrew was not dead, it was dormant.
When the Quran was revealed, we only had the Old, Old Arabic which is the Modern Arabic too. It lacked the short vowels and bunch of grammatical rules. Prophet Mohammad created the Proper Quranic Arabic for the Quran which is called the Classic Arabic and is taught in Universities to the Arabic linguistic.
The written TaNaKh didn’t have short vowels and proper grammatical rules, until it was inserted into it from Classic Quranic Arabic during 12th to 15th century. The Jews write G-d without vowels, therefore till today they didn’t insert vowels into WHYH.
BTW, Classical Quranic Arabic or just Arabic is very poetic language.
I wonder how your Jewish friends would feel if they found out that their own scripture has been changed ? We have been fortunate enough to have discovered the dead sea scrolls and they can be checked for errors and changes .It was a interesting study for me and others because we figured out just what happened .
The dead sea scrolls have nothing to do with TaNaKh, they probably have to do with transliterated Septuagint Old Testament and transliterated Masoretic Old Testament, as they are both not real McCoy.
A person studying might have noticed even without the proper text that that verse deals with the tower of Babel incident which by the way was years before Abraham or the though of Israel . Ask your Jewish friends how can they reconcile this . Oh and the sons of God in that verse is the divine council that were set over the Nations .
I am a Semite and don’t need to ask any Jewish person. As my sister Christine said earlier to you, “Where to start?”
son of god or Sons of God is English language with its own grammatical rules. I remember once I told one of my USA Jewish friend that Hebrew doesn’t have capital letters. He thought that I was disrespectful to Hebrew. His answer was that all Hebrew letters were capital letters and they are no small letters. Duh!
he fixed the borders of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God.
Eli, eli lama sabachthani
OR
Eloi, eloi lama sabachthani
The four Aramaic words are translated into eight words in English. The Semitic languages are very efficient languages. The first eli (eloi) is written with a capital letter due to English grammar that the first letter of the sentence is to be capitalized. The second eli (eloi) is written with a small letter as there are no capital letters in Semitic languages.
Eli, eloi, elohi, ilahi …… means “God my” and not “My God”.
Another efficiency of Semitic languages is that they can be written without short vowels. The Classic Arabic which was first introduced in the Quranic Arabic was created by Prophet Mohammad. The Classical Arabic is written with short vowels and with all the grammatical rules.
To understand further, please see my below answer to sister Ann.
I used the term serpent as a noun . The word is the nachash and was not a talking snake but a divine creature like most ELOHIM . YHWH ELOHIM is above all other Elohim in fact if you read and pay close attention you will discover that Elohim can mean something different then what we may think . (ISV) The king told her, “Don’t be afraid; but what do you see?” The woman told Saul, “I see a divine being coming up out of the ground.” “(KJV) And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. ” This is Samuel and he is considered a Elohim .
You claim that God doesn’t have a name but He says many times in scripture that He would put His name . “Deu 12:5 But you shall seek the place that the LORD your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation there. There you shall go, ” God not only had a place in mind but looks like He also had a name to put there .
Rabbi Yitzak Kaduri left a letter to be opened and read after a year passed . In the letter he gives the name of God as .A few months before he died, one of the nation’s most prominent rabbis, Yitzhak Kaduri, supposedly wrote the name of the Messiah on a small note which he requested would remain sealed until now. When the note was unsealed, it revealed what many have known for centuries: Yehoshua, or Yeshua (Jesus), is the Messiah.
With the biblical name of Jesus, the Rabbi and kabbalist described the Messiah using six words and hinting that the initial letters form the name of the Messiah. The secret note said:
Concerning the letter abbreviation of the Messiah’s name, He will lift the people and prove that his word and law are valid.
This I have signed in the month of mercy,
Yitzhak Kaduri
The Hebrew sentence (translated above in bold) with the hidden name of the Messiah reads:
Yarim Ha’Am Veyokhiakh Shedvaro Vetorato Omdim
ירים העם ויוכיח שדברו ותורתו עומדים
The initials spell the Hebrew name of Jesus יהושוע . Yehoshua and Yeshua are effectively the same name, derived from the same Hebrew root of the word “salvation” as documented in Zechariah 6:11 and Ezra 3:2. The same priest writes in Ezra, “Yeshua (ישוע) son of Yozadak” while writing in Zechariah “Yehoshua (יהושוע) son of Yohozadak.” The priest adds the holy abbreviation of God’s name, ho (הו), in the father’s name Yozadak and in the name Yeshua.
With one of Israel’s most prominent rabbis indicating the name of the Messiah is Yeshua, it is understandable why his last wish was to wait one year after his death before revealing what he wrote. http://www.israeltoday.co.il/NewsItem/tabid/178/nid/23877
“So what makes you think that they will need the transliterated text either in Septuagint or Masoretic. They had text in their own Semitic language called, Hebrew. ” if that is true then why did they create the Masoretic text in 200 ad? Could it be by adding the vowels they were able to change the meanings of words ? I think so .
Using Professor Bart D. Ehrman is only creating a straw man that is easily dismissed . French is considered a romantic language and like you say Arabic is poetic and that is why it was easier to be memorized .I believe that because of the early waring that most of the speakers of the Koran had to codify it .That is where the debate about the other Korans being destroyed brings in the conspiracy about it’s true nature . http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread965526/pg1
“The dead sea scrolls have nothing to do with TaNaKh, they probably have to do with transliterated Septuagint Old Testament and transliterated Masoretic Old Testament, as they are both not real McCoy. ” and your prof for this is ? Surely you have to admit that the scholars responsible for the Septuagent used Hebrew documents in 300 BC .It’s creation had a non partisan purpose unless there is a conspiracy you can share . I love a good conspiracy every now and again .
I will leave this for anyone interested ” Because Jesus was quoting the well-known Psalm 22, there could have been little doubt in the mindsof those who were standing there as to what Jesus was saying. They had been taunting Him with His claim to be God’s Son (v. 43), and an appeal for divine help would have been expected. Their saying, “This man is calling for Elijah,” was not conjecture about what He said but was simply an extension of their cruel, cynical mockery. http://www.gtycanada.org/resources/bible-qna/BQ032913/why-did-jesus-cry-my-god-my-god-why-have-you-forsaken-me
It like all other scripture pointed to our Lords saving grace and His suffering to secure our forgiveness with the Father …peace
I cannot decide which are better. Questions or answers. Poetry for my soul. Thanks to you both and everyone involved in this whole interview.
A dialogue which sheikh mentioned is a good way forward. Personal contacts make stronger bonds, harder to break and leave less room for manipulation.
Thank you for leading and inspiring by example.
Yes, I am same Mohamed who used to debate with Mindfriedo, another Shia brother. I haven’t seen him in long time, and I hope that I didn’t insult him and/or disrespect him in any way.
Brother, you have put me on a very high pedestal. From there is only one way which is down. lol
Love, respect, admiration, esteem are both ways…….
There are hints in your writings that you are a Muslim now, though I might be wrong.
The mufti-universe in Surat al-Rahman. In Semitic language, you have singular, dual and then plural. In English one simply has singular and plural.
Surat al-Rahman is about dual. Not two dual on single line, at the end of rope, the tug of war, but on a circle. Put a woman at top (12 o’clock) position and man at bottom (6 o’clock) position. No tug of war and see how both the woman and man merge into each other. In between how many varieties of women and men we have. Same with Inns (human) and Jinn (Jinny) and you will see how many different intelligent beings are there.
Please do not bring the idea of Division into the table.
Islam, like Christianity, was one. There are no division, no sect!
I understand that you want to introduce yourself as peace loving side of Islam (ie, Shia Islam). (ie, Shia Islam).
The Quran speaks about the Shia of Abraham. During Prophet Mohammad’s life we were all Shia of Mohammad. After his death, people became Shia of this person and Shia of that person. If you understand Arabic, I can post you a video of Sunni Mullah who claims that no one beside Shia will enter heaven. Then he goes on to explain that he is not talking about the sect but about the meaning in Arabic language.
This is what the Wahhabi/Tafkiri doesn’t understand that we are all Muslim. The Jews are Muslims but they are Shia of Moses and his true disciples, not false disciples. The Christians are Muslims but they are Shia of Jesus and his true disciples, not false disciples. The false disciples are responsible for sects.
When Jesus says, he is the Way to Father. He is right for his adherents. He is the vessel to God for his adherent. You will see that he never claims, that he is the Only Way to Father. No one has seen God, not even Moses, but we all have seen Him and felt Him.
Thus, each Prophet is the Way to God for his adherents. The vessel to God. Each way is correct and the Quran confirms this.
In conclusion, I like to identify myself, so people will know which mindset I am coming from.
Lol, my name is Mohamed and I am a Shia. I and Saker go way, way back. I used to indentify myself as Shia rather than Mohamed. Poor Saker had to take a lot of flake for this. So, I changed my handle to Mohamed.
My bad, I forgot to put my name in couple of post. Getting old and not paying proper attention. lol
Yes I a muslim now. The one who submit to the one GOD.
During my years of being a muslim, I found that it is easier to be one than to maintain it.
By the way, personally, I do not and will not categorize myself as any sect/group within Islam. I dislike the idea of categorizing muslim into sects (ie, Sunni Shia divide).
I believe that the idea of division is politically motivated.
Divide et impera! This is what happen to Christianity and Islam.
Why don’t we unite?
From a muslim to a muslim, I just want to bring up a few words from the Qur’an. The interpretation is entirely up to you. I am not here to argue or to lecture you.
Ash-Shuraa (The Consultation) 42:13
“He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus – to establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him].”
Ash-Shuraa (The Consultation) 42:14
“And they did not become divided until after knowledge had come to them – out of jealous animosity between themselves. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord [postponing the penalty] until a specified time, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, those who were granted inheritance of the Scripture after them are, concerning it, in disquieting doubt.”
Ash-Shuraa (The Consultation) 42:15
“So to that [religion of Allah ] invite, [O Muhammad], and remain on a right course as you are commanded and do not follow their inclinations but say, “I have believed in what Allah has revealed of the Qur’an, and I have been commanded to do justice among you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are our deeds, and for you your deeds. There is no [need for] argument between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is the [final] destination.”
‘Ali ‘Imran (Family of Imran) 3:103
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you – when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.”
Al-‘An’am (The Cattle) 6:159
“Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects – you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do.”
Yes I a muslim now. The one who submit to the one GOD.
Happy to meet another Muslim.
But welcome to cult, the cult of Wahhabis/Tafkiris, whom I am very allergic to. The Devil is in the details how one describes the Monotheism. I am very allergic to the definition of Monotheism of Wahhabis/Tafkiris. I like the definition of Monotheism of Hindus. It is very wide and all encompassing. You should look into the Hindu concept of Tri-Murti (Three Forms).
Source: quran.com”
To get the point, let us look at the source of your quoting the translation of the Quran from:
80:1 Sahih International
The Prophet frowned and turned away.
عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
First of all Sahih implies that it is authenticated translation, which is the biggest bullshit. And, secondly in the two words of Arabic mentioned above, there is no Prophet mentioned. The simple translation is; “He frowned and he turned away”. Six words in English and no where the Prophet is mentioned in these two words.
Why intentionally demean the Prophet?
I guess it has to do with the definition of Monotheism. To the Wahhabi/Tafkiri the Prophet is dead. To me, he is alive. To me God is far, far away but He is not aloof. So, we have manifests of God, such as Moses, Jesus, Mohammad who are example for us to follow. They are the way and vessel to God.
Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.
The Quran is not simple quoting verses here and there. The Sunnah of Mohammad describes the Quran. Both with the Quran and Sunnah of Mohammad we have a Complete Message.
So we don’t have one rope but two ropes. In his farewell message the Prophet describes two ropes. There is one weak hadith which says, “Hang on to two ropes, the Quran and the Sunnah”. But there are lots of authentic hadiths which say, “Hang on to two ropes, the Quran and my immediate family”. Thus, implying that his immediate family is the bearer of his Sunnah. The Sunni hang on to the former hadith, and the Shia hang on to the latter hadiths.
No where, the Prophet has said that to take his Sunnah (hadiths) from a man named Bukhari, who will come about 200 years after him. Now, I am getting into Sheikh Imran Hosein territory. Though I was glad to hear him say in his second interview that, “Sahih Bukhari is rubbish and should be thrown in rubbish bin” if it says that the Prophet married a child.
Yup, we even belive ther is an creatore diety, I even belive in Mother Earth and our Heavenly father.
The first gives us our reality, the second is the one feeding this matter with life.
The fact of the matter, is that there is no matter.
WE are living light.
Well said!
Ayatollah Khomeini who quotes Mulla Sadra says, there is Only One Light and we are all shadows of that Light. Thus Reality and no matter.
Mulla Sadra theory of Wahdad al-Wujud, One in Existence is followed by all the Shia Suffis like Ayatollah Khomeini. Even the Sunni Suffis have adopted it too.
The problem is not only Talmud but TaNaKh too. Both Talmud and TaNaKh are Haddiths of Torah. Yes, Torah is the first five chapters of TaNaKh. The “fundamental” Christians do not follow the Talmud, but they follow TaNaKh. They even don’t know that there is such thingy as Talmud.
The problem lies with Judeo/Christianity thingy. The sooner the Christians divorce themselves from TaNaKh and stand on their two feet (New Testament), the better the world be. They don’t need TaNaKh or the Judeo/Christianity thingy to justify the prophesies of Jesus. In fact, the God of TaNaKh, the God of Hatred is complete opposite to God of NT, the God of Love.
“The problem lies with Judeo/Christianity thingy. The sooner the Christians divorce themselves from TaNaKh and stand on their two feet (New Testament), the better the world be. I see them as the same loving caring God . Different times requiring different measures . Don’t forget that when God turned the Nations over to the divine council He picked Abraham to create a special people for Himself and was going to bring them to a place that would be considered hostile territory . Baul worship and giant people who were offspring of fallen angels . Like Israel of old the land is still under hostilities . God said that He would make Jerusalem a cup of trembling to the nations and it sure is .When they say they have peace then sudden destruction will come . Talk about being between a rock and a hard place eh.
As God gave the nations over at Babel for a time, His plan was to redeem from every tribe and language a people to Himself and that is what we see in the book of acts with the speaking of tongues at Pentecost . Those new converts took the gospel message back to their countries of origin .Like Babel that confused and dispersed around the earth so did the message of the gospel disperse and that is why the authorities could not stop it ,like they couldn’t stop Babel .
The Holy Quran that many western scholars say was written by Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and all the true messengers before him) and according to them is not the word of Allaah (God). Leaving aside the fact that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and all the true messengers before him) was completely an illiterate man who could not even write or read his own name, there is something I want to present to the Saker and this community to ponder upon.
We would start by assuming that the Holy Quran is not the word of Allaah. This would mean that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and all the true messengers before him) is the author or had it written under his supervision (which would defy commonsense as I wrote above, but let’s assume it was so). Now some statistics; the Holy Quran has 114 chapters with a total of over 6,600 sentences dealing with hundreds of topics. Authentic Islamic traditions report that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and all the true messengers before him) had the whole book memorized as do millions of Muslim children and adults have until today.
Let’s focus on this retention of the 6,600 sentences; these differ in their contents from line to line and most places do noot have a continuity of topic beyond a few verses. If we believe the western scholars, then it will be implied that the Book is a compilation of 6,600 lies. Now, I would like the Saker community to please ponder on the following facts:
1. Is it possible for a human being to remember 6,600 lies ?
2. Is it possible for that human being to distribute those lies into 114 separate chapters just by memory and then being able to recall the lies of each chapter ? Some chapters with over 200 verses.
3. He also names each chapter and remembers each line of each chapter and in sequence, did God fit an Intel processor in his Messenger’s brain ?
4. The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and all the true messengers before him) used to recite the whole Book from memory while praying. Millions of Muslims have done the same until this day, with many reciting the whole Book in one night especially in the coming month of Ramadhan.
Please ponder on the above and ask yourself who else but The Almighty Allaah is the source of this Final Testament for mankind.
I am not delving into the many scientific facts mentioned in the Holy Quran centuries before modern science discovered them, like the determination of the baby’s gender by the male sperm or the big bang creation of the universe. The Quran is not a book of science, its Divine Revelation to guide all mankind; so please focus on the four points and ask your heart.
Please don’t use cut and paste. As a Muslim, you should learn the history of the Quran. Did you know that the Quran is not in chronological order. In fact, chapter 5 is almost the last chapter 112.
Leaving aside the fact that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him and all the true messengers before him) was completely an illiterate man who could not even write or read his own name, there is something I want to present to the Saker and this community to ponder upon.
Please don’t demean the Prophet (saws) by saying that he “was completely an illiterate man who could not even write or read his own name”. The same Prophet who opened thousand of madrasas (schools) in his lifetime to educate Muslims, was himself “completely an illiterate man who could not even write or read his own name”.
Within very short period of his death the Muslims excelled in all fields of sciences, medicine, education, philosophy and so forth.
It amazes me that it is only Muslims who demean their own Prophet, and then the same Muslims kill others when they draw cartoons of the Prophet.
But, at same time it doesn’t amaze me, as the House of Omayyad still rule the Muslims.
Not all Arabs are Muslims and I am pretty sure Arab development did not have anything to do with Muslims. We have seen how the area was the epitome of civilization which was destroyed as they started to get religion. The land where law was invented by humanity now uses preaching’s to define what laws should be. And all this would not be so bad except all those “preaching’s” are “interpreted” by illiterates who think they know because they can recite some “holy” books by heart. If the prophet opened schools and if it is anything like the thousands of schools in Pakistan and Afghanistan, I can see why progress is lacking. Throwing out religion from schools bought the greatest benefit and advancement in the world. Even the Muslim world would not be able to last like it does if it were not for mainly the west throwing out religion. Show me a place where religion has benefited humanity. If anything religion hides and destroys human advancement. The church started this purge and its followers no matter who they say represent the almighty now carry on the tradition. I see little difference between Christianity or Muslims. Even if Christians have a lot of schools and they civilize savages like me. Just enough to earn a little and pay back the church but not enough to challenge the churches teachings.
I don’t know how to interpret the censure by the Moderator of a mild rebuke to the offensive remarks about the Christian “thingy” and of the non-sense of the sentence “Even in the New Testaments, (any version, including King James Version), Jesus calls God, Allah. In your language He might be called, God.”
Thank you everyone for listening to my ramblings and being patient with me. Not only I like to identify myself, I believe that the more we know about each other, we will find out that we are same and that we are all created by One True God, who doesn’t have a Name. If God will have a Name, then He will be the property of that people/culture.
As I have mentioned earlier, allah, eloh and elohim are same word. eloh can be made into plural as elohim, but allah being two words, “al” and “ilah” cannot be made into plural. The word “YHWH” when we insert short vowels into it, it becomes YaHuwah (O’ He). Basically, eloh/ilah means “most high”. BTW, eloh, ilah, elohim are all feminine nouns. Go figure!
The Muslim thingy, as I have mentioned earlier that Muslim like to demean the Prophet themselves. I have given an example above from Quran. The Sheikh has given example from Sahih Bukhari where the Prophet marries a six years old child. And, believe me the Bukhari is full of this demeaning. And, then a Muslim have claimed above that the Prophet, “was completely an illiterate man who could not even write or read his own name”.
As I have mentioned above the Quran is not in chronological order, therefore imagine the very first verses are to “read’ and “write”, education which are buried as chapter 96:1-5 verses
Read in the name of your Lord, who created man from a clinging substance. Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous, who taught by the pen, taught man that which he knew not.
There goes the value of education, buried deep in the Quran. Then in regard to Muslims demeaning the Prophet I have mentioned the House of Omayyad. The tribe of Omayyad was the cousin tribe of the Prophet, his own uncle abu Sufyan. All the wars on the Prophet were by the mighty abu Sufyan, who saw his kingdom being slowly, slowly crumble under Islam. At the end of Prophet’s life, abu Sufyan was defeated and he then accepted Islam and become a Muslim.
,
The Prophet was survived by one daughter called, Fatima the wife of Ali. It was God’s order Ali to marry Fatima. She was 24 years old when Prophet died, and the brave woman who stood up to abu Baker, the first Caliph of Islam was silenced within 6 months of Prophet’s death. She left Ali with 4 children, 2 boys (Hassan and Hussain) and two girls (Zainab and Umm Khultum). Prophet was mocked all his life that he has no sons and only a daughter.
The Quran prophesies that Fatima will have umpteen children, they are into millions now. And, the mockers the House of Sufyan will be completely destroyed within one hundred years. Ali died within 30 years of Prophet and after that the children of Prophet were cursed and mocked in every mosque. Muawiya the son of Abu Sufyan was now the ruler, as the fifth caliph. And, after Muawiya death, his son Yazid inherited the Islamic Kingdom. The rest is history, Yazid slaughters all the male children of the Prophet but one who was very ill, thus a genocide. This includes the grandson of Prophet called, Hussain. Since there are no men left, therefore after this genocide the brave daughter Zainab of brave mother Fatima, takes charge and pull all the pieces together.
The rest is history, the Quran prophesy is complete. We have now umpteen children of Prophet in millions now and the House of Omayyad was destroyed within one hundred years from the death of Prophet. But a pseudo House of Omayyad was created. Hadiths were cooked, and recooked and the Prophet was demeaned.
Today, the pseudo House of Omayyad tells us no sects, but they themselves are cult. To them the Prophet is dead and the Pure Monotheism requires nothing but Allah. Thus, they have destroyed all the Islamic heritage and built toilets after demolishing the Prophet’s house. They even wanted to destroy Prophet’s grave, but the Muslim world could not tolerate that much insult and were up in arm. This war from the pseudo House of Omayyad against the House of Prophet will go on until the end of the world.
The TaNaKh thingy, which has been transliterated into the Septuagint and/or the Masoretic texts has empowered the tribe. The almost 2 billion Christians by accepting the Septuagint and/or the Masoretic texts as the true Word of God have empowered about 20-50 million tribe, which have made them The Chosen People and resulted in the goy thingy.
One needs to learn the early history of Christianity, where it was debated to accept the Septuagint and/or the Masoretic texts to be included as Christian Scripture or not.
Let us look at the TaNaKh thingy and the Quran thingy where Mohammad got all his stories wrong. In TaNaKh each and every Prophet (the role models) are shown as alcoholic, scheming against each other and commuting incest. There is no concept of punishment, only the concept of reward. God forbid if someone follows the role models.
The second chapter of Quran is called, “Cow”. Why?
Because the Jews under Moses were Cow Worshipers. And, this is not the story of Golden Calf but the Cow. For forty years they made the life of Moses very miserable, until his death. When I brought this issue to my Jewish friend, he said what do you expect, them being under Egyptian’s slavery.
Saker is absolutely correct when he says that Judaism is not a race. The early Jews were and still are Arabs, the real Semites. They are still in Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Iran, Africa and so forth.
The early adherents of Jesus were Arabs too, and still are. They haven’t left the Middle East but the tribe is making sure that there is genocide against them by the pseudo House of Omayyad, thus creating the big war. I strongly believe that both Obama and Putin are fully aware of this and are working together against this with the limited powers they carry.
Mecca is a small city, but when Mohammad moved to Medina, the three rich Arab tribes were Jews. They were the Highlanders, and Mohammad with his small number of adherents was a Lowlander. Medina was called Yatrib in those days, and Mohammad had a peace treaty with them called the, Constitution of Yatrib”. Eventually, they sold Mohammad out to abu Sufyan, to the House of Omayyad.
When Islam came, the Arabs were either Jews, Christians or Pagans.
The House of Omayyad and the pseudo House of Omayyad always have in the past persecuted the House of Mohammad, as in the present and in the future until the end of world. The tribe has been in war with the House of Mohammad from day one.
Mohammad is a Semite. He didn’t get the stories wrong and he knew the stories too well. The early Jews were Cow Worshipers, and they are others hints in Chapter 2 of the Quran about them.
Yes, Terry eloh is a feminine noun and based on the sentence it can be translated differently into English. When eloh is in reference to God, than it is Most High, but if the eloh is in reference to pagan gods, then they are High.
We should keep in mind that the so-called prophecy of the Koran about Rum has already come to pass, and therefore is irrelevant for the present times. Irrelevant is also the example of the “tolerance” of the Ethiopian Christian King shown to Mahomet (who actually tried to deceive him pretending to be Christian) for what Russians must do to Muslims. It should have talked about the present situation in Muslim countries, especially in the very center of Islam, where Christians have no right to pray and have places of worship (actually Christianity is banned altogether and conversions are punished with death), and where are marginally tolerated their Churches are burned on regular basis.
It is almost laughable when the learned Sheik talks about the supposed Orthodox who would love the Muslim so much that they would become Muslims! When they would “submit” (that’s the meaning of Islam=submission), presumably to the successors of the Prophet, the Califs. Is that a desirable outcome?
I am not trying to convince you to anything. I Just want to present my view on Islam. Of course, anyone can differ with me.
The message that GOD wants to convey through all of His messengers is that:
1. There is no god but GOD (monotheist),
2. Believe in the life thereafter. To Him, we all shall return. GOD will judge all of us, GOD shall reward those who obey His commandments, and do justly. GOD shall punish those who disobey Him, or become the unjust oppressors. This world we are living today is our trial. The life thereafter is the final destination.
The difference between believers and non-believers is their believe toward final destination. This difference defines ones behavior towards life we are living today.
It does not mean that all non-believers will do badly or unjustly. Some of them are truly good at heart. The judgement for them is entirely up to GOD most high.
As for the believers, if they fear GOD, they should all obey GOD’s commandments. They should focus on the life thereafter, not this temporary world that we are living today. The fact is that not all believers behave in accordance to the GOD’s commandments. Their greed over wealth, power, and domination, clouds their eyes, ears, and hearts.
The true believers are humble, not hostile to anyone. They are a peace-loving being who submit to GOD, and do not focus their activities centered around the world we are living today.
When these kind of people convey the message of GOD, they will do it peacefully. In the end, some will find light and some won’t. GOD will decide who will be given the light and who won’t. Their job is just to convey the message.
It is not the quantity (of the believers) that is most important, rather the quality that is matter the most. The higher the quality of the believers, the more peaceful the world will be. Why? because they are not focusing on this world. Wealth, Power, Domination are not the matter for them. When they die, none of these can help them. Only their obedience towards GOD’s rule can help them.
On the contrary, what happen when there are many believers with low quality (focus less on life thereafter, but more onto this world)? They will focus on politics for the accumulation of wealth, power so that they can expand their domination. Again, the final judgement for them is entirely up to GOD most high.
This is the nature of the world that we are living today. And it has been predestined to be like this, which finally will come to an end.
I thank Sheikh Imran Hosein to present his view and and his study on Islamic Eschatology. Personally, I have been enlightened. I can see the world today in a much more clearer way.
There are commandments and commandments.
Jesus Christ’s commandments differ from Mahomet’s commandments.
Compare them:
John 15, 9-17:
“9As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. 11These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.12This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. 16Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. 17These things I command you, that ye love one another.”
Surat Al-Mā’idah (The Table Spread) -5:53
“Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,”
Surat Al-Mā’idah 5:51
“O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.”
Surat At-Tawbah (The Repentance) 9:2
“So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land [during] four months but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.”
Surat At-Tawbah – 9:5
“And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
I am happy that you did a comparative study. But, you need to enhance your method. You cannot take the verse in isolation. There is a string of meaning. Also you need to see what history/event lies behind the emergence of that verse. As a start, why don’t you read the whole chapter(s)?
First of all, the first verse you quoted is Al-Ma’idah 5:33, not 5:53.
If you read from the chapter starting from, let say, verse 27 to 34. You will understand things differently. Allah is referring that such an oppressor must be punished.
5:27 “And (O Muhammad SAW) recite to them the story of Adam’s two sons [Habil (Abel) and Qabil (Cain)], in truth, when they both offered a sacrifice [to Allah ], and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other. Said [the latter], “I will surely kill you.” Said [the former], “Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous [who fear Him].”
5:28 “If you should raise your hand against me to kill me – I shall not raise my hand against you to kill you. Indeed, I fear Allah , Lord of the worlds.”
5:29 “Indeed I want you to obtain [thereby] my sin and your sin so you will be among the companions of the Fire. And that is the recompense of wrongdoers.”
5:30 “And his soul permitted to him the murder of his brother, so he killed him and became among the losers.”
5:31 “Then Allah sent a crow searching in the ground to show him how to hide the disgrace of his brother. He said, “O woe to me! Have I failed to be like this crow and hide the body of my brother?” And he became of the regretful.”
5:32 “Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land – it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one – it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors.”
5:33 “Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.”
5:34 “Except for those who return [repenting] before you apprehend them. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
Secondly is Surat Al-Maidah 5:51.
“O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies, [in which], they are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people.”
This is the most mentioned verse by Sheikh Imran Hosein. I recommend you to see Sheikh Imran Hosein’s YouTube video on Islamic Eschatology (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-uO_ZkWi28)
The word ‘The Jews’, and ‘The Christians’, does not represent all Jews and all Christian. The verse refers only those Jews and those Christian who are allies to one another. They are the Judeo/Christian alliance which is now known as the Zionist movement (the wrongdoing people).
Lastly is the Surat At-Tawbah. This chapter was revealed during the Battle of Tarbuk.
The background of this was: “The 9th year of the Migration is the year when Islam spread in the Arabian Peninsula with all of its grandeur. On the one hand, people came to Madinah in large groups to become Muslims and to pay allegiance to the Messenger of God; on the other hand, he sent officials and governors to arrange the religious and administrative affairs of the tribes that became Muslims. To sum up, Islam experienced its most magnificent and splendid period in the 9th year of the Migration.
However, there were some states that could not put up with the magnificence of this bright sun. One of them was the Byzantine Empire, which was one of the strongest states of that time. Heraclius was the Byzantine Emperor then. He was preparing a big army as a result of the provocations of the Christian Arabs living around in order to eliminate the religion of Islam and its followers. The tribes of Juzam, Lahm, Amila, Ghassan and others decided to join the army of Heraclius. They planned to attack Madinah like a flood and to destroy Muslims. (…)” (for detailed please visit: http://www.questionsonislam.com/article/expedition-tabuk)
During this period Surat At-Tawbah 9:1-129, was revealed.
9:1 “[This is a declaration of] disassociation, from Allah and His Messenger, to those with whom you had made a treaty among the polytheists.”
9:2 “So travel freely, [O disbelievers], throughout the land [during] four months but know that you cannot cause failure to Allah and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.”
9:3 “And [it is] an announcement from Allah and His Messenger to the people on the day of the greater pilgrimage that Allah is disassociated from the disbelievers, and [so is] His Messenger. So if you repent, that is best for you; but if you turn away – then know that you will not cause failure to Allah . And give tidings to those who disbelieve of a painful punishment.”
9:4 “Excepted are those with whom you made a treaty among the polytheists and then they have not been deficient toward you in anything or supported anyone against you; so complete for them their treaty until their term [has ended]. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].”
9:5 “And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
9:6 “And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah . Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know.”
9:7 “How can there be for the polytheists a treaty in the sight of Allah and with His Messenger, except for those with whom you made a treaty at al-Masjid al-Haram? So as long as they are upright toward you, be upright toward them. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].”
9:8 “How [can there be a treaty] while, if they gain dominance over you, they do not observe concerning you any pact of kinship or covenant of protection? They satisfy you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse [compliance], and most of them are defiantly disobedient.”
9:9 “They have exchanged the signs of Allah for a small price and averted [people] from His way. Indeed, it was evil that they were doing.”
9:10 “They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.”
9:11 “But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, then they are your brothers in religion; and We detail the verses for a people who know.”
9:12 “And if they break their oaths after their treaty and defame your religion, then fight the leaders of disbelief, for indeed, there are no oaths [sacred] to them; [fight them that] they might cease.”
9:13 “Would you not fight a people who broke their oaths and determined to expel the Messenger, and they had begun [the attack upon] you the first time? Do you fear them? But Allah has more right that you should fear Him, if you are [truly] believers.”
9:14 “Fight them; Allah will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts of a believing people”
9:15 “And remove the fury in the believers’ hearts. And Allah turns in forgiveness to whom He wills; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.”
In conclusion, GOD ordained to spread his message in peace and not to be an aggressor. However, when you are being oppressed, it is a must for you to defend yourself/land/property against the oppressor.
It is not the quantity (of the believers) that is most important, rather the quality that is matter the most. The higher the quality of the believers, the more peaceful the world will be.
With the above quote you made my day. Agreed, it is the quality that counts and not quantity.
During this period Surat At-Tawbah 9:1-129, was revealed.
Surat At-Tawbah means the Chapter of Repentance. It is the only chapter in Quran, which does not start with “With the name of God, the unconditional Mercy, the eternal Mercy”. Allah is showing His unhappiness because of backstabbing.
I will like to discuss the meaning of “With the name of God, the unconditional Mercy, the eternal Mercy”, but before that I will discuss the Two Commandments which are in TaNaKh and which the Prince of Peace Jesus kept on drilling in our brains that they are higher than the rest of the Commandments. These are:
“’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
The same Commandments are in Quran and in every other known religion. But, like you said that it is easier to be a Muslim than to maintain it. They are some lost souls and you need to recognize them and move on.
As I have mentioned earlier that Chapter 5, Surat Al-Mā’idah is almost the last chapter of the Quran, as Quran not being in chronological order.
The word above is “awloyao”, which means “Protectors, Leaders, Guardians….” The earlier translation used to be “friends”, now it is “allies”. Well why not use the proper translation?
The Muslims have cornered themselves against the walls, by taking the meaning of “maula” as “friend”. The Muslim masses have denied the right of an individual granted to him during the event of Ghadir Khumn by Allah and the Prophet.
I will close with the following quote:
The children of Adam are limbs from one body having been created of one essence. When the hardship of time afflicts one limb the other limbs cannot remain at rest. If you have no compassion for people’s suffering you cannot be called a “human being”
– Saa`di
I have discussed Islam with you and now it is time to discuss the concept of God according to Islam.
With the name of God, the unconditional Mercy, the eternal Mercy(1), thanks to God, Sustainer of all worlds (2), Chapter 1
The first phrase is the the starting phrase in each chapter of Quran, except chapter 9. Everything one starts in their daily life, they recite the this first phrase. If I am about to start to leave my house, I will start with the above first phrase. When I reach my destination, I will conclude my journey with the above second phrase.
Muslims use the above two phrase almost 100 times daily. Some even more.
What does the first phrase mean?
It says that GOD is:
The Unconditional Mercy and The Eternal Mercy
You can think of “The Unconditional Mercy” is as a Loving Mother. A mother who loves and feeds each and every pup unconditionally under her care. Thus, God being our Creator, we all His Creations are His pups, so He Love Them and Sustains Them Unconditionally.
The “The Eternal Mercy” is like a Authoritarian Father. It is a Never Ending, Ever Lasting Mercy, but at the same time this Mercy is Conditional upon doing his Commandments, and being kind to His Other Creatures. This Mercy keeps on forgiving on True Repentance either in this Life and/or AfterLife.
But before, I discuss AfterLife, the concept of Heaven and Hell, I will like to bring the Dante’s Inferno. He got his idea from 7 levels of Hell from his Muslims’ friends who were philosophers. You see he puts his friend as the top level of the Hell, and you will also notice that he adds two more levels. In the Eight Level he puts Mohammad and his cousin Ali and the bottommost Ninth Level he puts Satan.
Basically, a funnel. If the Hell has 7 levels, then Heaven has 8 levels, thus making a total of 15 levels. The funnel of Heaven is upside down, thus both the rims of the funnels meeting each other. This is the lowest level of Heaven the 8th level. Now on the Judgement Day, more people will go to Heaven than to Hell. Where the two rims meet, it is the biggest level.
Slowly, slowly on repentance, after a very long, long, long, long, very long time, people from Hell will climb the levels and eventually they will enter the 8th level of Heaven. There are some souls which will remain there, and eventually with these souls the Hell will be destroyed.
One day the Heaven will be destroyed too, and then what will God do. He Will Re-Create!
11:107 [They will be] abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord should will. Indeed, your Lord is an effector of what He intends.
If we are predestined, then we are not responsible for our actions!
GOD predetermined everything in this multiverse with precise measurement. However, there is an element of freewill involved along the journey (e.g. of Mankind). This freewill can be done in accordance to the path of GOD or the opposite. The action taken in relation to this freewill is mankind responsibility.
Surat Al-‘A`lá 87:1-3
87:1 Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 87:2 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 87:3 And Who has measured (preordainments for each and everything even to be blessed or wretched); then guided (i.e. showed mankind the right as well as wrong paths, and guided the animals to pasture);
Surat Al-Qamar 54:49
Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz).
Surat Al-Furqān 25:2
He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.
Here is your translation for the above verse Surat Al-Qamar 54:49
Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz).
Here is the translation of 5 Arabic Words from your favorite site:
054.049 إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ
Sahih International: Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
Pickthall: Lo! We have created every thing by measure.
Yusuf Ali: Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure.
Shakir: Surely We have created everything according to a measure.
Muhammad Sarwar: We have created everything to fulfill a certain purpose.
Mohsin Khan: Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz).
Arberry: Surely We have created everything in measure.
Mohsin Khan is known to be a stanch Wahhabi. Sahih International Translation is the replacement for Mohsin Khan. The phrase, “Sahih International Translation” itself is the biggest BS as I have mentioned above previously.
All other 6 translations beside Sahih International are about 100 years old.
Calm down brother.. As I said before I never associated myself with any sect within Islam. I am not a Wahhabi nor a Shia. I am a muslim (full stop). I do not like the idea of politically driven division in religion.
We can differ in opinion can’t we? If you have better sites for translation, why don’t you just inform me. So I can have a variety of inputs, and I can have better understanding. I would be so thankful to you for that.
By the way, please brother, remove that hatred of yours.. Do not let it cloud your eyes, ears and heart.
Usually, it is very, very difficult to translate from Semitic languages to Greek/Roman languages. It is not a translation, but rather a transliteration. And, then they cheat on top of it by adding their own agenda in the translation. As I have mentioned above in the two Arabic words, there is nowhere Prophet is mentioned:
80:1 Sahih International
The Prophet frowned and turned away.
عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
He frowned and he turned away.
I wonder why they cheat and insert their own agenda in the translation, thus cheating the unsuspecting reader.
Their agenda is to demean the Prophet and blow up the Prophet’s heritage.
Everyone know how to write, as it the easiest thing to do. But reading is a different issue. Very, very few people who really read and those who few who read don’t get the message. I will ask you to go back and reread all the posts in this section and see what is said in those posts.
As I said before I never associated myself with any sect within Islam. I am not a Wahhabi nor a Shia. I am a muslim (full stop). I do not like the idea of politically driven division in religion.
The above is the message of Wahhabi cult. A very simple message and a very simple view of Monotheism. They bring in foreign recruits and then turn them into terrorists, who are intent on killing and murdering innocent people. Read my earlier post that according to the Sunni Mulla, only the Shia will enter the heaven.
We can differ in opinion can’t we? If you have better sites for translation, why don’t you just inform me. So I can have a variety of inputs, and I can have better understanding. I would be so thankful to you for that.
1. There are no good translations available. I won’t even call them translations but rather transliterations. So you need to compare a bunch of translations to at least get some meaning.
2. You need to learn the history of Quran. It took 70 years after the death of Prophet, to insert proper grammar and short vowels were in the Quran. Even the dots above and below the letters were missing. So, one cannot tell the difference between letters “b”, “t”, “n” and so forth.
Why 70 years?
3. Why the Quran is not in chronological order? For example, chapter 5 is almost the last chapter. Most Muslims believe that verse 5:67 was issued first and right after that verse 5:3 was revealed
What effect does it have on the Complete Message?
4. Learn the history of Islam. Learn it from different sources, not just from Wahhabi source only.
a: If the Sunnah and Hadiths are equal to the Quran and are needed to understand the Quran, then why the Hadiths of the Prophet were burnt right after his death by the first, second and third caliphs?
b: Why from the fifth caliph onward they kept on cooking Hadiths, until 200 years after the death of the Prophet were collected by different individuals.
c. Who gave the right to Bukhari to collect Haddiths and classify them into “Authenticated”, “Good” and “Week” and only includes those he thinks are “Authenticated Haddiths”.
d. Bukhari has 20 Authenticated Hadiths from Imam Ali, the forth caliph, who was first cousin and son-in-law to the Prophet, even though there are quite are few Authenticated Hadiths where the Prophet said to take his Sunnah and Hadiths from Imam Ali.
e. Where as abu Hurairah has about 30-35% Hadiths in Authenticated Bukhari, the most quoted narrator, who was flogged by the second caliph Omar for lying. The second most quoted narrator is Aisha who narrates that she was six years old when she married the Prophet. She was with Prophet for 9 years only.
f. I can go on, but learn the Islam rather than cut and paste. The first 5 verses were revealed to Read and then Write. Education, and Reading takes precedent over Writing.
By the way, please brother, remove that hatred of yours.. Do not let it cloud your eyes, ears and heart.
No brother, I rather have you to stay as Atheist, Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist and so forth, rather than become a terrorists.
There is even another cult which is better, which is the “Quran Only” Muslims. They follow Rashad Khalifa who was Coptic Christian from Egypt. They believe that the Prophet was born in Becca, Syria and preached from there. Remember, in olden days, Mecca was called Becca (in Quran) and Medina was called Yatrib.
Now to my earlier question to you:
So you believe that the first, second, third, forth and all other caliphs over us were chosen by God? Thus, they rule was predestined over us?
You have not answered my above question. Another derogatory name for Shia is, “Refuseniks” to the Will of Allah. Yes, I am proudly a Refuseniks who refuses to believe that the first, second and third caliphs were appointed by Will of Allah.
I refuse to believe that both Mubarak, the King of Egypt and the current King Sisi of Egypt are appointed by the Will of Allah, and that I should bow to them as Allah has chosen them Guardians over me!
Islam like any religion is not so simple. Now again a direct question to you.
Do you believe that we are Predestined and the King Mubarak of Egypt and the current King Sisi of Egypt have been chosen to be Guardians on all Egyptians (regardless their religion, sect, creed, race…) by the Will of Allah?
And, all the Egyptians to follow them like sheep?
The Shia are not heretic, but they stand up to such bullshit and oppression, for this reason they are oppressed and subjugated. And, to quote you:
However, when you are being oppressed, it is a must for you to defend yourself/land/property against the oppressor.
And, to quote you once more:
I understand that you want to introduce yourself as peace loving side of Islam (ie, Shia Islam).
Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz).
By quoting the above verse with added words, which are not in Holy Quran such as, “Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz”, you are identifying yourself with a Sunni sect.
Not only Sunni sect, but with Wahhabi Cult:
Sunni enumerate Qadar as one aspect of their creed (Arabic: aqidah). They believe that the divine destiny is when God wrote down in the Preserved Tablet (“al-Lawhu ‘l-Mahfuz”) all that has happened and will happen, which will come to pass as written.
Twelvers, along with other Shia sects such as the Zaydis, reject predestination. This belief is further emphasized by the Shia concept of Bada’, which states that God has not set a definite course for human history. Instead, God may alter the course of human history as is seen to be fit.
“You read the Book (i.e., the Qur’an) at night as well as day; so is there anyone among you who knows what was revealed in it? If it had not been for a verse in the Book of Allah, I would have informed you of what has happened (in the past), what will happen, and what shall happen until the Day of Resurrection. And that is the verse: ‘Allah erases and confirms what He Wishes, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.’ [Surah Ar-Ra’d: 39]…”
As, Sheikh Imran Hosein (Hussain) has explained that we can put off the end times by Praying, in response to one of the Saker’s question.
You should study of the history of Mu’tazila and Ashʿari and their theologies. After the Ashʿari persecuted all the Mu’tazila, then they become Sunni and closed the doors on knowledge and education. Today all the history on the internet is from Sunni, as especially from the Cult, as the Petrodollars go long way.
It is simply put as:
Please do not bring the idea of Division into the table.
Islam, like Christianity, was one. There are no division, no sect!
The Shia believe that we are born with instincts, even before in our mother’s belly, knowing what is good and what is bad. Knowing good and bad morals. Knowing lying and killing is morally bad and that we don’t need religion to teach us. Take for example Atheists, most of them are very good people and are morally upright.
The Sunni believe that instincts are learned behavior. Allah tell us in the religion what is morally good or what is morally bad. We know lying and killing is morally bad, because is what Allah has told us. Tomorrow, if He tells us it is morally good to lie and kill, then it is OK.
Why you think all that killing is done by the Sunni? Because, their kings/caliphs/preachers tell them it is morally OK to kill.
And, to quote you:
I understand that you want to introduce yourself as peace loving side of Islam (ie, Shia Islam).
Islam like any other religion is not so simple. It is NOT morally OK for the kings/caliphs/preachers to to tell us to kill as our Guardians chosen by the Will of Allah.
The first three caliphs by burning the Sunnah and Hadiths of Prophet changed the Islam Religion. And, justified their rule through Predestination.
From fifth caliph onwards, then Islamic Empire become personal property for the dynasties of caliphs as they were appointed as Guardians by the Will of Allah over all the Muslims.
According to Sheikh Imran Hosein (Hussain), Imam Hussain failed in his mission by not being able to stop these dynasties even though he fought against it.
Most Muslims Sunni and Shia believe that Imam Hussain succeed in his mission, as he went after the sixth caliph the most corrupt caliph (House of Umayyad) and saved Islam from annihilation. The Cult still calls the sixth caliph as Leader of All Muslims (Moumenin). Where as most Muslims, whether Shia or Sunni send Allah’s curse on him because he butchered the grandson of Prophet.
No wonder that the number of views decreased since the post became a platform for islamic propagandist trolls, monopolized symbolically by Mahomet! It is nevertheless a sign of common sense
So you believe that the first, second, third, forth and all other caliphs over us were chosen by God? Thus, they rule was predestined over us?
You have not answered my above question
I did not answer because I knew where you were leading me into, which is a Shia Sunni Schism Issue. As I mentioned many times before, I do not like the idea of politically driven division in religion.
However, in response to your Shia Sunni explanation in your comment, and in order to provide a balanced view and better understanding on the issue, I would rather let Sheikh Imran Hosein himself to address the Shia Sunni schism in the following YouTube Video:
The Shia, Sunni and Akhirulzaman by Sheikh Imran Hosein
I did not answer because I knew where you were leading me into, which is a Shia Sunni Schism Issue. As I mentioned many times before, I do not like the idea of politically driven division in religion.
lol. You started the Predestination thingy, I didn’t by misquoting the Holy Quran. Thus giving impression to everyone that all Muslims believe in Predestination.
Your Islamic views are Sunni views and more like Cult views. You quote the Holy Quran from Cult’s Translation.
However, in response to your Shia Sunni explanation in your comment, and in order to provide a balanced view and better understanding on the issue, I would rather let Sheikh Imran Hosein himself to address the Shia Sunni schism in the following YouTube Video:
No need to waste more than a hour’s time. The Shia have always been persecuted, are being persecuted, and will always be persecuted. If the Sheikh Imran Hosein is really interested in peace then he should address the issue of Shia persecution and don’t hide it under the Predestination thingy and/or schism thingy.
Bahrain has more than 70% Shia, with a Sunni King over them, who has been persecuting them for a very, very long. When these Shia stand up for their citizenship rights and equality, they are told that you are making the Shia Sunni schism and Iran is fanning the fires of Shia Sunni schism. They are told to shut up as the King has been appointed over them as Guardian by Allah. What BS?
Words are cheap, it is the deeds that count, so I have no time to waste on the above quoted video.
In fact, I have answered your question earlier, but you failed to read. Here is my earlier quote again:
According to Sheikh Imran Hosein (Hussain), Imam Hussain failed in his mission by not being able to stop these dynasties even though he fought against it.
Most Muslims Sunni and Shia believe that Imam Hussain succeed in his mission, as he went after the sixth caliph the most corrupt caliph (House of Umayyad) and saved Islam from annihilation.
When Saker brought the name of Sheikh, I was very impressed. So, I decided to view some of his videos. One of his video was Shia/Sunni Unity. I watched the whole video and I was really insulted by Sheikh as a Shia. He not only insulted the Shia by also demeaned Imam Hussain (as) the Grandson of the Prophet (saws).
He said that Imam Hosein (as) fought Yazid, due to the family rule. And, that the Shia believe in the family rule of the Prophet.
If the above is correct, then Imam Hussain (as) miserly failed in his mission, as the caliphate stayed as dynasties and didn’t change. The Omayyad Dynasty, the Abbasid Dynasty, the Fatimid Dynasty….. the Ottoman Dynasty.
Most Muslims Sunni and Shia believe that Imam Hussain succeed in his mission, as he went after the sixth caliph the most corrupt caliph (House of Umayyad) and saved Islam from annihilation.
Sheikh Imran Hosein knows it the family of the Prophet and I don’t need to tell him. He also knows that they changed the religion and created schism. He also know that at the end times, the Mahdi (Guide) will be from the Prophet’s family and his name will be Mohammad, same as Prophet’s name.
I don’t need to quote the Holy Quran as Sheikh Imran Hussain is more learned then me. two small verses will suffice from the chapter of Imran:
003.033 إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَى آدَمَ وَنُوحًا وَآلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلَ عِمْرَانَ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ
003.033 Allah did choose Adam and Noah, the family of Abraham, and the family of ‘Imran above all people,-
003.034 ذُرِّيَّةً بَعْضُهَا مِنْ بَعْضٍ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
003.034 Offspring, one of the other: And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.
As I always mentioned to you that the Holy Quran predicts about the demise of the House of Omayyad and the Abundance Children (offspring) of the Prophet. I will quote the whole chapter, which has only three verses:
1. “Surely (O Muhammad) We have given you abundance (of good (Kawthar).”
2. “Therefore to your Lord turn in Prayer and Sacrifice.”
3. “Surely your enemy is the one who will be without spring.”
Also, the Kawthar is the Pond in Heaven where the Prophet will greet and meet those who enter Heaven. Those who hate his Kawthar in the this life will never never enter Heaven on Judgement Day and meet the Prophet at the Pond of Kawthar.
The Haddiths predict the pseudo House of Omayyad and calls them Karijeens (Outcast), gives and tell us how they will look, act and behave. it also tells us that as long there are the offspring (until Judgment Day) of Prophets, the Karijeens will keep on persecuting them.
For their description in the Haddiths, just look at any Tafkiri.
I think Saker is right and many readers might understood who are you, do not hide yourself behind Islamic name. As Muslim we are submitted to Allah almighty and hence humble, at the same time brother of each others (in faith and in humanity). So division, looking down to others and Islam are not compatible.
Saker, if you are seeking some alignment between the Islamic and Orthodox Christian perspectives then I can this little video by Sister Vassa is useful.
The words used by Sister Vassa describing the emergent quality of the 3rd aspect of, perspective in, the nature of the Christian Godhead which the early Christians allegedly experienced 50 days after Easter, align well with The phrase which opens each Sura in the Quran (but one): “Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim”.
Indeed, if Judaism focuses on the ‘Father’ and the Christian on the “Son” aspect; then Islam’s focus and epistemological grounding is on the reconciling and compassionate “Comforter” described by Sister Vassa.
I have read two of his books, one of them was Jerusalem in the Quran. This person does nothing but repeat himself on certain subjects. He says that Russia should let the Muslims just practice their religion and that it will not have to change its constitution, he cannot be serious as that would mean undermining the civil laws. On Isis capturing of slaves he denanounces that there is no such a think in the Quran, that is not true as there are surah in the Quran mentioning the war bounties and what your right hand poseses. Isis does exactly what the Quran says, everything they do they back it up with Surah from the Quran. To the people who are fascinated by the lectures of this man please be ware and take everything with a pinch of salt. All he does is hate the west and believe that there is a massive conspiracy that has been going on for 1400 years without any blunder. He also talks about usury/interest but just touches the subject and circles around it. He calls upon all Muslims to cut themselfs off from the civilised world and live in a Muslim only village/area and train fighter to defend it but them claims that Isis is wrong and evil. These are the sort of people that will put daught in the minds of people and kill them psychologically. He is so adamant about his conviction and interpretation of the Quran even denouncing the 500 year rule of the ottoman empire as anti islam. Just read the Quran for yourself and never listen to him or people like him and don’t dwell too much on it because there are not any deeper meanings to any of the ayats.
@Terry
Where to start?
Christine
” above all else love one another “.
That is your duty as a Christian. All else is God’s responsibility.
Peace be unto you.
And the Golden Rule
@“lapsed Catholic”.
You became then an Islamo-Zionist.
God bless.
Regards,
Carmel by the Sea
Thank you dear Carmel By The Sea,
I don’t deserve praise for speaking in a humane, passionate way. There are many others like myself. They may not speak up in forums, but I am sure they are around. The attack upon the Sheik is what brought me out.
What is it that MLK said about “Silence”?
So thank you for speaking up Dear Carmel By The Sea.
Bless You
Christine
“Judaism”, “Christianity”, “Islam”, “God”, “Messiah”… Why cling to any of these superstitions? Mass lunacies do not solve the living problems of mankind, only create them.
@Anonymous
Firstly we have no business telling anyone else what to believe.
Unless……Nefarious individuals are using their faith to attack the faith of others.
You don’t believe in anything? Fine. That is your right, but please don’t denigrate others for what they believe.
This person “Terry” states that the Sheik’s “brothers” are killing each other over a book.
Nothing new about that. The Inquisition etc…
He left out that the Anglo Zionists have seduced, bribed, enticed one group’s faith to attack others, either within their own group, or without it.
We must identify them. Rout them out. Shine a light on them, and that is what the Sheik tries to do.
Christine
Christine,
I’ve met Israeli atheists that insist that that land belongs to them, that eventually the monasteries will be their land.
Regarding belligerent opinionated bigots and incurable relativists:
“the dogs bark, the caravan passes.”
@ Christine
A note from an ex-atheist.
-TL2Q
@2Legit
I was with you until your paragraph on environmental factors: yours is a materialistic and humanist view at that point. It’s under those harsh conditions that the human, the one in touch with their soul, that is separated from the animal (in human form or otherwise).
@Ron Lee
Brilliant, just brilliant. Thank you for that.
@ The Inquisition
The Inquisition came 600 (six hundred) years after Islam started its murderous rampages.
@Anonymous on May 21, 2015 · at 3:52 am UTC

Blessings upon you

These Futurists – the heirs to the thirties, pre-WWII eugenicis
Anytime, turd, anytime.
peace
@Mikael
99 years old
Yup thank you…peace back atcha

The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins provides an excellent rebuttal to all types of religion. My belief is that religious fundamentalism fuels wars, foments bigotry, abuses children and basic human rights, all for a God whose existence lacks evidence of any kind.
Then you should explain who brings more destruction to the current world besides the atheist American governmet?
These Futurists – the heirs to the thirties, pre-WWII eugenicists – are the atheistic ‘lucifers’ (bringers of light) of today:
http://farmwars.info/?p=11212
They serve the 1% of the 1%.
Wonder what y’all make of ’em and if you believe they will succeed in replacing evolved humanity with their bio-tech mutants?
Dearest Terry,
I am a Shia Muslim and am amazed how ignorance you are about God and Islam.
Dearest Terry and Mohamed,
you both reinforce my impression that the almighty may be just be that (or perhaps one other of omniscient and omnibenevolent) – but certainly not all three (as per Mr Epicurus quandary).
I’m afraid if either of your creator’s is in fact reality – the description they provided you proves that deity as a cad http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=cad.

:-)
@Mohammed
Thank you for leading and inspiring by example.
@ Mohamed
Just my 2 cents. Peace.
@Ron Lee
a few pennies from me
Your response to Mohamed points to what is at the heart of the true issue that plagues religions today .John Calvin wrote a sermon and it got codified and a new church was borne .
I have a question for the Sheikh, or someone who can answer this … is Jahve the same as Allah ?
Salam, Shalom, Peace dearest sister,
Please see my two answers to Terry above regarding the Semitic language.
I hope, I have answered your question.
lol, my two below answers to Terry!
Dearest Terry,
Islam doesn’t believe that man fell in the garden.
The dead sea scrolls have nothing to do with TaNaKh, they probably have to do with transliterated Septuagint Old Testament and transliterated Masoretic Old Testament, as they are both not real McCoy.
Duh!
Enough Said!
Dear Terry,
Talking about capital letters again!
To understand further, please see my below answer to sister Ann.
lol, my above answer to Ann.
Salam 3Cents,
@Mohammed
Salam Ron Lee
Your good words deserve to stand out from all the anonymouses. Why not identify yourself with a name?
Lol, my name is Mohamed and I am a Shia. I and Saker go way, way back. I used to indentify myself as Shia rather than Mohamed. Poor Saker had to take a lot of flake for this. So, I changed my handle to Mohamed.
My bad, I forgot to put my name in couple of post. Getting old and not paying proper attention. lol
fixed ’em for you
Salam,
Many thanks! :)
Salam Mohamed.
I admire your intelligence and knowledge.

Salam Ron,
Excellent Post!
To get the point, let us look at the source of your quoting the translation of the Quran from:
You see how they keep on demeaning the Prophet.
Salam Mikael,
Enough said!
@Mohamed

Congratulations Terry, I guess you have gained yourself a chair, at the Judeo/Christians exclusive table!

Salam,
Please don’t use cut and paste. As a Muslim, you should learn the history of the Quran. Did you know that the Quran is not in chronological order. In fact, chapter 5 is almost the last chapter 112.
And, the verses in a chapter are not in chronological order too!
Please don’t say that we Shia have a different Quran. We have the same Quran (Codex) which was put together by the third Caliph Osman.
Salam Seekinganswers,
Please don’t demean the Prophet (saws) by saying that he “was completely an illiterate man who could not even write or read his own name”.
Shalom, Peace, Salam,
Thank you everyone for listening to my ramblings and being patient with me.
Blessed Be HaShem (His Name)!
Enough said!
Blessed be HaShem!
So many learned commenters.. and only 2500 views.. what a waste..
@WizOz
Peace.
Peace?
@WizOz
Peace.
Salam Ron Lee,
With the above quote you made my day. Agreed, it is the quality that counts and not quantity.
These are:
The same Commandments are in Quran and in every other known religion. But, like you said that it is easier to be a Muslim than to maintain it. They are some lost souls and you need to recognize them and move on.
Salam dear brother Terry,
I have discussed Islam with you and now it is time to discuss the concept of God according to Islam.
Peace!
Salam Ron Lee,
The above reminds me:
If we are predestined, then we are not responsible for our actions!
Salam Mohamed,
Good question :)
Surat Al-Qamar 54:49
Surat Al-Furqān 25:2
Peace.
Salam Ron Lee,
So you believe that the first, second, third, forth and all other caliphs over us were chosen by God? Thus, they rule was predestined over us?
Mohamed
Salam Ron Lee,
Are you a staunch Wahhabi?
Here is your translation for the above verse Surat Al-Qamar 54:49
Here is the translation of 5 Arabic Words from your favorite site:
Mohsin Khan is known to be a stanch Wahhabi. Sahih International Translation is the replacement for Mohsin Khan. The phrase, “Sahih International Translation” itself is the biggest BS as I have mentioned above previously.
All other 6 translations beside Sahih International are about 100 years old.
Salam Mohamed
Calm down brother.. As I said before I never associated myself with any sect within Islam. I am not a Wahhabi nor a Shia. I am a muslim (full stop). I do not like the idea of politically driven division in religion.
We can differ in opinion can’t we? If you have better sites for translation, why don’t you just inform me. So I can have a variety of inputs, and I can have better understanding. I would be so thankful to you for that.
By the way, please brother, remove that hatred of yours.. Do not let it cloud your eyes, ears and heart.
This will conclude my comment in this section.
Peace.
I wonder why they cheat and insert their own agenda in the translation, thus cheating the unsuspecting reader.
Their agenda is to demean the Prophet and blow up the Prophet’s heritage.
Salam brother Ron Lee,
Everyone know how to write, as it the easiest thing to do. But reading is a different issue. Very, very few people who really read and those who few who read don’t get the message. I will ask you to go back and reread all the posts in this section and see what is said in those posts.
You have not answered my above question. Another derogatory name for Shia is, “Refuseniks” to the Will of Allah. Yes, I am proudly a Refuseniks who refuses to believe that the first, second and third caliphs were appointed by Will of Allah.
I refuse to believe that both Mubarak, the King of Egypt and the current King Sisi of Egypt are appointed by the Will of Allah, and that I should bow to them as Allah has chosen them Guardians over me!
So, there is more to Islam than the cults!
Love and Peace!
Salam brother Ron Lee,
Islam like any religion is not so simple.
And, to quote you once more:
Love And Peace Brother!
Salam brother Ron Lee,
Your Quran Quote:
By quoting the above verse with added words, which are not in Holy Quran such as, “Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz”, you are identifying yourself with a Sunni sect.
Not only Sunni sect, but with Wahhabi Cult:
As, Sheikh Imran Hosein (Hussain) has explained that we can put off the end times by Praying, in response to one of the Saker’s question.
You should study of the history of Mu’tazila and Ashʿari and their theologies. After the Ashʿari persecuted all the Mu’tazila, then they become Sunni and closed the doors on knowledge and education. Today all the history on the internet is from Sunni, as especially from the Cult, as the Petrodollars go long way.
It is simply put as:
Instincts, as per Shia and Sunni views:
Islam like any other religion is not so simple. It is NOT morally OK for the kings/caliphs/preachers to to tell us to kill as our Guardians chosen by the Will of Allah.
We are not sheep!
Salam Mohamed.
Peace.
Salam Ron Lee,
lol. You started the Predestination thingy, I didn’t by misquoting the Holy Quran. Thus giving impression to everyone that all Muslims believe in Predestination.
Your Islamic views are Sunni views and more like Cult views. You quote the Holy Quran from Cult’s Translation.
As I always mentioned to you that the Holy Quran predicts about the demise of the House of Omayyad and the Abundance Children (offspring) of the Prophet. I will quote the whole chapter, which has only three verses:
Dear Mohamed
