Except with critical race theory democrats we all lose more than if Trump wins. The republicans may be useless and corrupt but at least they are not raving racist lunatics.
My theory is that the Dems have gone overboard on identity politics, critical race theory, and transsexual rights to appeal to the socially liberal white professionals in the suburbs. If they didn’t do this, they would have to offer some policies that were actually attractive to the working class.
Identity politics is sold to the masses as a place to vent their outrage.
The idea is for the rich to channel outrage against horrible jobs, low wages, increasing street violence, drug addiction and so on into “identity politics.” That way the rich won’t have to answer questions on the real issues.
As you note, socially liberal white professionals” are in the forefront. They have just enough of the “economic pie” to deter them from addressing real issues. But they are travelled enough and perceptive enough to see all the suffering around them. Their virtue signaling through “Identity politics” allows them to keep the scraps that the elite give them while assuaging their own guilt.
I have nothing but contempt for them.
The same thing happened early in the 20th century. The working class was being ruthlessly exploited by the elites of the time. Families were torn asunder by despondent workers who descended into alcoholism and alcohol driven violence.
“Progressives” pushed prohibition as a solution – virtue signaling their own progressive morality all the way.
To true. The traditional union funded working man’s Labor Party in Australia did the same.
With the decline of large scale unionised industries and the shift to smaller often non or optional only unionised workplaces the base of core supporters shrank considerably.
So the Labor Party actively started wooing and kow towing to just about every other left leaning demographic in response. You name it, the migrant vote, the big Australia vote, the rainbow vote, the China vote, etc. They may as well announce the Green’s party as a permanent formal coalition member because they’re that intertwined.
Ironically when the economic rationalist sell out was being decreed by neo conservative legends like Thatcher and Reagan, the Australian Labor Government of day not only complied without question, but did so more enthusiastically than most Western nations. The press even stated that they out conserved the conservatives. Yet what’s left of the union movement still bankrolls them.
Led so ably by Rhodes Scholar, Bob Hawke. That sod is the demonstration of the power of the media. If not for thier portrayal of him as a beer swilling party boy he would have been seen for what he was, a quisling who set out to absolutely screw the working class.
It was no better in New Zealand where Labor treasurer Roger Douglas gleefully announced his agenda was to turn NZ into the Asia of the south pacific. That’s when I decided to leave.
Yes that is how the British Labour Party under Tony Baloney became the warmongers, and even went after their best friends. If Tony was a socialist than I can walk on water. That is how they convinced the British public that Serbs were the enemy and the former fascist were the friends. Saddam and Qaddafi were the enemy and the Saudis were friends.. The Hutu did a number on the Tutsis rather than the Tutsi on the Hutu. So what did we get out of this Partition of Yu end socialism move US forces to the Balkans, War in the Middle East first against Iran and then Iraq to help our friends the Saudis and the Israelis as for Qaddafi end of one African currency and open door to the Congo mineral wealth under Tutsi controlled Rwanda base.
Really? The difference is that the left’s raving lunatics want to genocide American Whites…while the right wing lunatics just want America to be the nation state of the American nation (you know, the posterity for which this country was founded and built?} rather than a “proposition nation” in which anyone from anywhere can just move in and sign up to be a member against the wishes of the actual American nation.
You cannot really compare the republicans which are frightened to death to say anything that might in anyway be viewed as racist to the democrats which support things like like “critical race theory” where whites are taught they are demons.
Republicans : Tries as hard as they can not to be racist.
democrats : Tries as hard as they can to be as racist as is imaginable.
They usually say that demonization of ethnic group is a precursor to genocide, well, the USA government literally tell teaches American that whites are demons.
“That is ridiculous. Both parties have their share of raving racist lunatics. To assert otherwise is a partisan maneuver.”
Actually, I don’t think the phrase “raving racist lunatics” applies to both parties.
It applies more to the “true” racists on the right who openly hate blacks and others.
I don’t think “raving lunatic” it applies to the “left,” where the racism is a biproduct of “right” thinking and is basically, almost, unconscious. That is, the high-flown theories on the left kind of come down to being racist, but in a way that is (1) easily justified if it is (2) even perceived by the 150% virtue signaling, and (3) .
So, I don’t think the latter, with their carefully thought out theories and beliefs, are “raving lunatics.” I think they might be classified as a subset of practitioners of casuistry.
To pretend one party, the republicans that do anything they can to not be called racists, are “true racist”.
While ignoring the democrats that openly proclaim certain ethnic groups are demons due to the color of their skin, is not what any person in this world would called “nuanced” xD
Are you kidding me, you think that the Democrats are LEFT wing. There is no left wing in the American political spectrum. It’s like voting for Castro or his brother Raul. Warmongers are not left, Nationalists are not left, privateers are not left, competitors are not left., private healthcare, private education Military spending is not left. Biden, Clinton, Obama, have killed as many innocent people as the Republicans
you are right – most of my JUSA friends are ‘democrats’ (and I used to consider myself a dem – until they showed their true fascist, brainwashed, cultish lunacy over last 4 years – I now don’t want to have anything to with them and their fake ‘democracy’, book – burning, censorship, self-hate , Trump derangement syndrome etc…I am embarrassed I ever had anything to do with these frauds. I have never liked Trump or any of the republican presidents or politicians.
Americans generally have no clue about socialism or what left means etc..
They just do and ‘think’ what their zio masters/pedowood tell them to pretend they are thinking.
I have never met a JUSA ‘democrat’ in the 14 years I spent there who even pretended to feel sorry for Syrians, Latin Americans, Iraqis or any other country modern day MORDOR invaded and bombed for no reason…
They have been brainwashed to be slavish cheerleaders for psychopaths – and as such they feel no shame nor sympathy for anyone. All they want is some share of the loot their psychopathic masters steal. I see no hope for these zombies
You got that more than right Tomo . Remember Madeleine Albright was asked if the price of the death of 500,000 Iraqi children and the elderly was right she replied : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tihL1lMLL0 She was saved by Serbian families from death in a Nazi concentration camp, and then she bombed Serbia killing women and children. She went to Kosovo and had a hug fest with Tachi the Mafia boss of the KLA who personally killed Serbian civilians some whose organs were taken and sold in Albania and Turkey.
Thanks Walter – I am from Serbia – I heard about what she did. I lived in London at the time
It’s even worse – did you know that she owns most of Telecoms, Mines etc in Kosovo?
I once read (it could be on this site) the list of all the Companies she owns there Albright Telecom, etc – she is so proud of her psychopathic thievery – the companies are named after her.
After having met at least a hundred of jews like her while I lived in JUSA – I find her behavior quite typical.
I have helped several jewish ‘friends’ in LA and they backstabbed me on first opportunity.
When I confronted them they just denied everything.
The more you help them the more they enjoy making it look like you actually harmed them and they are somehow helping you by harming you. It’s a very twisted and pathological ‘culture’ based on hate and revenge against everyone.
Most of my Jewish friends in USA (actually all of them) think that Serbs (not Croats) were genociding them in WW2. They don’t know that Serbs were actually as prosecuted by Germans as jews were. Or (more likely) they pretend they don’t know what really happened.
That’s another trick I have seen they love to use – pretending they are not aware of things. Where honorable people have good faith and feeling of gratitude, psychopaths have plausible deniability, staging (to impress) and political correctness/ virtue signaling.
From what I have seen – they are very happy to throw anyone who helped them under the bus on first opportunity – even if they gain nothing from it. Such is their dislike for giving any earned credit to anyone.
It’s probably something to do with how they are taught to spit on any non-jewish graves they ever see and to curse the mothers of these dead non-jews etc (I read about it in Israel Shamir’s Jewish History Jewish religion – the weight of 3000 years) – that book is the best explanation of that kind of mentality Albright has – pure psychopathy as a ‘culture’.
Without understanding psychopaths – you will never be able to understand Jews nor JUSA. Or even UK and Canada. World’s capitals of psychopathy are London, LA and NY.
Robert Hare’s book: Without Conscience is a great explanation
There is a free version of both these books on pdfdrive.com
Racism is not a political thing. This racial intolerance, has been present since people walked upright. Racism in the Americas can be traced to the 19th century literature of the early settlers of Canada and US. the Loyalists, and upper-class immigrants from the United Kingdom who believed that they were the “culture carriers” and as such should bring civilization to the backward people of the world whom the European conquerors viewed as uncivilized.
This attitude was true of both the upper and lower classes from the British Isles, particularly among those who emigrated in the nineteenth century. The British aristocracy and those who supported the social structure were influenced in their thinking about people and their place in society by the French Revolution and the Romantic age, which extended in an altered form into the Victorian Era.
The Victorians, as summed up in the writings of Darwin, felt that it was the white man’s responsibility (“white man’s burden”) to bring civilization to the backward races of the world. We can see that this thinking continues to this day. There are strong indications in some letters to the editor, and the discussions that follow, indications of aloofness by whites demanding respect from those who are non-white. They want some entitlement because of their ethnicity and parental contribution and their own service to country (e.g. military). Those who feel entitlement due to race see their tax dollars going down a deep hole of never-ending asylum seekers.
The tax dollars that the government provides to help modern immigrants to start a new life in Canada is a drop in the bucket in comparison to the amount of tax immigrants pay in their lifetime. In the nineteenth century, help was provided for the immigrants from Ireland, Scotland, and England. In many cases, these families were very poor and the government provided them with assistance, which we also do for contemporary immigrants. The Irish, Scottish, and English immigrants did not assimilate into the Native and French culture. They replicated Old England in the New World and held onto their culture which they saw as superior to any other.
These immigrants supported the Tories who dominated political life in Canada beginning in 1867. The Tories promoted and protected the class structure and the concept that those from the British Isles were ‘primus inter pares’ or first among equals. The Conservative Party, or as they are historically called, the Tories, tend to hold views of entitlement due to race, conquest, family history, and military service. Both rich and poor from Britain rallied around the slogan “God, Queen and Country.” Today, those who are most blatantly racist and xenophobic support the Conservatives Party who are also supported by the Tea Party in the USA.. They use it to stay in power
“Racism is not politics. Politics can be racist, but racism is not a political stand. Racism is a system that allows the racial group that’s already in power to retain power” (Debby Irving, 2019). Racism is nurture not nature. Its institutionalized, where we see ourselves as producers and others as users so colour is the flag of identity and it’s developed over time placed into law, social contracts, religion, economies, and health care among other things.
Racism rests on assumptions. One assumption that I have noticed since the Black Lives Matter deals with selling. Prior to the riots almost every news anchor or every person in the Ads, every reporter was white, usually a beautiful white woman, perfect figure, pearly whites and of course don’t forget the cleavage. Well we still have that but it’s totally changed. All of a sudden we have gorgeous Indo-Canadian, Chinese, and black women who speak clearly, and are very intelligent in the Media almost in equal proportion to the white women. It is not political even though some political parties attract more racists .. Similarly, it’s not religion that causes war it’s warmakers who use it to sell war.
Walter, racism is absolutely political. There is no biological basis for racism. We are all homos sapiens with slightly varying phenotypes.
An example: in 1676 New England, Bacon’s rebellion took place. It was a multiracial rebellion unified by economic class, with varied goals that greatly displeased the ruling elite. Eventually the rebellion was quashed, and the response from the elite was to institutionalize race–different laws for “whites” and different laws for “blacks”. Treat “whites” better so that they can be turned against the “blacks”. This worked tremendously.
Racism is politics. Divide and conquer. Apartheid and conquer.
Jürgen I disagree with your conclusion. Politicians use race and religion to scapegoat. Shakespeare writes in “Julius Caesar” “The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, But in ourselves, that we are underlings. In other words, racism is not what drives men to their political decisions and actions, but rather the human condition in which we find ourselves. We need to look at ourselves and how what we do fit into that equation.
If we emphasize that racism is a political ideology, we need to consider its use by politicians to explain or excuse the human condition or misery that the people live in so that the politicians gain political control.
Adolf Hitler who was raised a Catholic said “My feeling as a Christian points me to my Lord and Saviour as a fighter…The horrors of WWII were sanctioned by the Catholic Church and many priests and nuns participated in that horror
Pol Pot was raised a Buddhist and Catholic, who wanted to bring back Buddhist moralism, it was Vietnamese Communists who got rid of him even though he was supported by the West.
Josef Stalin’s “very religious” mother named him after St. Joseph, and religion played a significant role in his life. He went to school to become a priest. According to Truman he was trustworthy, and he kept his word.
We should not emphasize just the “political use of racism” without reference to the whole, the facts of human condition without looking at their significance, WWI, Communism, Capitalism, Imperialism and economic determinism without looking at the race consequences, but we also need to look at the negative not so progressive and admirable events and place them into the whole reason for racism.
It’s important to conservative politicians to cuddle the power base of their team…the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. so they use racism to do this, which is the most important priority. The wealthy expect a healthy, positive return from their vote…a return in terms of dollars, so “let’s bring some law and order here” hombre, or Religious Righties, or the gun mob, or super-patriots, or anti-immigration , or the “White-is-the-Colour of My Country” mob are just useful “tag-along”.… It’s about money for a small, limited part of their voter base this way we blame our condition on others rather than the ones who caused our misery. .
With conservatives, it’s essential to “follow the money” of who’s really gained…or you’ve ignored history. If Al Capone were a Canadian citizen, he would be a member of the conservative party of Canada.
Astute observation Walter. I don’t usually comment but after hearing so many comments on racism it got a little tedious. Being raised during the apex of the civil rights movement, Vietnam, acid rain, acid rock etc and finding myself square in the middle of affirmtive action employment, as a white female I was surrounded inordinately with black coworkers. And guess what? We all got along famously. I have never seen a racial divide as depicted from MSM. Where is it? Did I miss something? I’ve traveled extensively and still see no racial divide.
This country has no racial problem in my opinion. The problem is a police problem and the violence those officers project against people of color, continually exacerbated by the media, when it’s white against black. There’s more black crime against their own than against whites but you’d never know it from the media. They just love stoking fear and hatred, one group against the other. Our Police are trained by the IDF to view their fellow citizens as terrorists and use all force (un)necessary to subdue, is the only racial problem I have ever witnessed. Even they aren’t really racist. It makes no difference to the police what color the skull they’re crashing into the pavement.
On a micro level any time I read anything I get into a debate with myself over the relationship between truth and fiction. Next, I look at the author or biographer and his relationship with the subject. More importantly on a macro level I look at the author or biographer’s relationship with the Media outlet that prints his/her material and who that Media outlet supports politically to determine what is true and what is fiction.
Racism is not political, it is natural that people stick with their own kind, with people of their own culture and language. Multiculturalism is unnatural.
Walter – the amount of money Canadian gvt gives to people on benefits – say here in Toronto where I live is not enough even to pay even half of the rent – all you get is 730 $ – the cheapest, cockroach-infested studio in a awful part of town costs more than 1000 a month.
I would not recommend my worst enemies to move here (especially if they are looking for work). I have friends and family here who have worked for 20 years for big companies and banks and are directors. They are also treated as disposable – and now under this Covid BS are forced to work 13 or more hours every day including weekends. A friend who works for Toronto Hydro complained about it – and she was told there are many unemployed people who would be happy to have her job if she complains again.
It’s a plantation basically – a fascist plantation.
And they keep bringing hundreds of thousands of Arabs they help JUSA bomb for no reason….not a sustainable way to run a country.
Personally I can’t wait to leave this gulag.
Cheers
T
You’re absolutely correct. You can’t say well meaning, intelligent people being used by the powerful through the media to be accidentaly “racist” against themselves are anything like the backward and dumb individuals who have historically been outwardly racist but have now learned how to fly under the radar.

Until a lucid reader appeared, both are imperialists, but the ultra-right Republicans are worse because they deny the right to life to those who are different, they are YES racists, and they even deny that the climate in the world is deteriorating, who knows? they think they will live in the hollow earth, in the depths or they will jump corner of the flat earth.
I don’t know any one who denies that the Earth is warming (long term). The denial regards the role of atmospheric CO2 (from fossil fuel use) in the process. CO2 is a trace gas in the atmosphere and is incapable, even with large increases, of producing global warming on it’s own. The IPCC projections recognize this, and postulate an increase of water vapor (a much stronger greenhouse gas) as a result of CO2 increases. This has not happened, thus the conspicuous failure of the IPCC model. Detailed ice core studies in Greenland revealed that for millions of years, increases in Global Temperaure have PRECEDED, not followed increases in atmospheric CO2 – ie., CO2 cannot be the cause of global warming. The massive experiment with industrial shutdowns worldwide this year have produced notable decreases in CO2 release, concurrent with the hottest summer on record. Any proposal to combat Global Warming needs to find it’s cause first; we are not there yet.

Yes, the ordinary man usually loses in elections. What does he gain ? Looking at the current elections, an unfortunate impression has been created that they have been rigged in Biden’s favor. I, of course, knew that Biden would get a considerable amount of votes, given to him by neocon’s. However, I did not expect that he would get so many votes. Even those people who were disappointed with Trumps performance as President, were unlikely to massively vote for warmonger Joe Biden. Did so many vote to see Biden in the White House, so that he would retire and give Kamala Harris the Presidency, so that the US would have it’s first (neocon) female President ? I think not.
So far there were a few social disturbances in the streets. However, if people come to the conclusion that the elections were rigged, then we could certainly see wider disturbances.
There are no winners regardless of the outcome. If in fact Biden wins it will be because the democrats did everything so that Trump fails. Nothing will change with Biden other than there will be more wars and the Clinton as well as his son will not pay for their crimes. If Democrats win they will have divided the country and the one percent wins.
Muslim vote brought Trump’s downfall. 100s of thousands of Muslim Americans reside in Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and even in Georgia. Steve Bannon’s Muslim ban backfired; it not only got Bannon out of Trump administration but also brought its downfall.
But ALAS, Muslim Americans have become selfish; we could not see beyond Trump’s poisonous rhetoric. During the last 4 years of Trump, drone attacks killing innocent Muslims around the world mostly ended. If Biden takes power, within the coming 12 to 15 months, we will see drone bombings on schools, hospitals, marriage parties, funeral processions and more. Let alone drone attacks outside of the country, Biden administration can drone target Muslims within the US.
O Americans, in particular O Muslim Americans, go back and understand why Rand Paul spoke non-stop on the Senate floor starting @11:27 AM on Wednesday March 6,2013 and ended 12 hours 52 minutes later on March 7 @12:39 AM? The gist of his filibuster was to obtain guarantees from Obama administration not to drone bomb US Citizens within its borders.
Yes, the cabal media can rationalize killing Americans and in particular Muslim Americans within the borders of 50 states. If any one swing community in America who are responsible for bringing Biden to power, it is the American Muslim community who overwhelmingly voted democratic.
We American Muslims have not learnt our lesson voting for Bush Jr. in 2000; Karl Rove in his book stated Muslim vote in Florida was responsible for Bush’s first presidency who laid to waste millions of Muslim lives. Biden presidency can lay waste 100s of millions of lives around the world – both Muslim and non-Muslim.
If Biden becomes president, War with Russia will be back on the front burner. For the sake of world peace, I pray, by hook or by crook, the loud mouthed but small time crook retain the presidency.
Looks like 130k magic votes appeared for Biden overnight and not *one* was for Trump. Already calling for a recount and legal action.
It’s not looking good for Trump right now.
I and many others are feeling disheartened right now.
I am very worried about what may happen if Harris becomes president. What does that mean next time there is a false flag in Syria? Can we expect a no fly zone and war with Russia?
I’m not feeling good right now.
But, it’s not over yet, so let’s all try to stay optimistic here.
Three to six months after Joe(I am a Zionist)Biden is sworn in as president the US will have troops on the ground some where in the middle east. The neo cons under Christal are licking there chops right now, count on it.
Surprise! Surprise! The United Snakes has had troops on the ground in the middle east for many years. (Check that out for yourself, Shawn). And tRump has already shown himself to be possibly the biggest Zionist ever to serve Israel as a U.S. President.

This stupid right seems to see only what they want, so Trump has removed all mutants from the Middle East, is the only non-racist and misogynist in the world, and has not applied sanctions to China, Russia, Venezuela and Cuba. We are in paradise and we didn’t know.
Well said, Littlejohn. Biden might put troops on the ground in the Middle East — but Trump has undertaken actions which have been just as objectionable. The disgusting behaviour of the US over the last 4 years with regard to Yemen, Syria, Iraq, and Iran — no doubt partly at the behest of Trump’s patron, casino-magnate Sheldon Adelson — makes the difference between Trump & Biden in that regard ‘moot’.
I feel the same. I don’t see a way to victory for Trump though. The open counting is there to inject the needed votes to make Biden to win. The 133K votes is a good indication.
No matter how many more votes Trump wins they will be cancelled by the still counting centers.
You vote, the democrats count.
It seems to be steal but trying not to get caught time:)) There once was this theory that speech was created to lie in the first place. The longer I live the more I think it aint that wrong at all. ‘The wild waters are upon us now’ – Henry James.
Trump was trying to build a wall at the southern border, while Biden was trying to build a “blue wall” at the northern border. Let’s see whose wall holds.
Exactly, Half the country will consider the new president illegitimate, whoever it is. US policy will return to the the zombie somnambulist, believing its own hype right into a military and economic catastrophe. Trump, for all his faults was the “last best hope.” Sad really what it has all come to. Some day in the future someone will ask how it all happened.
Never heard that one before. What did Truman advise in 1941 ? What is your source ? From what I know, giving advice on such a big subject would have been far above the competency of a corrupt little man from the Prendergast political machine that ran a medium-size city in the US Midwest. But perhaps he made a remark that was remarkable anyway.
“Harry S. Truman was never a friend of communism. In 1941, after Germany invaded Russia, the then-U.S. senator said, “If we see that Germany is winning the war, we ought to help Russia; and if that Russia is winning, we ought to help Germany, and in that way let them kill as many as possible.” >Washington Post<
The Democrats are going to rob the American people of their vote. I watched the results come in. For hours and at sometime in the evening the tallies stopped coming in in four Battleground states where Trump was winning (and was winning all night) then all of a sudden the votes swing in Bidens favor in a 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 margin? Yeah…it’s rigged
Agreed 100%. It’s big time rigged. The Dems made it clear….
Nov. 3, 2020 (EIRNS)—In a statement issued last night, Justin Clark, deputy campaign manager of the Trump campaign, issued an urgent statement to the media, warning that should Democratic candidate Joe Biden not get a large enough lead in early battleground state voting, desperate Democrats are prepared to swing into action and charge that a Trump claim of electoral success is simply a “Red Mirage.” Democratic operatives are advising surrogates and media “to create a smoke screen by casting blame all around—imagining postal delays or falsely claiming that mail-in ballots that have simply not been returned should be considered legitimate votes that need to be counted.”
The statement warns that the Biden campaign has prepared TV ads and will deploy to “further cement the ‘Red Mirage’ misinformation, seeking to convince people that all Joe Biden would need for victory is more time, extending well beyond Election Day.” Moreover, the statement adds, a Biden phalanx of lawyers will try to “loosen election integrity so they can steal this election,” since Biden is a candidate who “excites virtually no one.” This last gasp of the Biden campaign, the Trump campaign warns, “will be ugly and it will be ruthless.”
Add to this the statement made last night by Biden’s campaign manager, Jennifer O’Malley Dillon, reported by Breitbart, that “we want to be fundamentally clear, what we believe to be true, under no scenario would Donald Trump be declared the victor on election night.” And then there’s the ever-sanctimonious House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who told National Public Radio last night that Congress is ready should it be required to determine the outcome of the 2020 election. “We understand what the law is and the preeminence of the role of Congress and specifically the House of Representatives when it comes to counting the votes,” she declared. “But let’s not worry about that right now. We’re ready. We’re prepared. We’ve been ready for a while, because we see this irresponsibility of the President, his disrespect for the Constitution, for our democracy, and for the integrity of our elections. So we’re ready for him,” she boasted.
You’re certainly entitled to your opinions (aren’t we all) but the reality may be a lot simpler and less sinister. In many states and precincts the mail-in ballots are counted last. Because of COVID, many people mailed in their ballots. In addition, Democrats were encouraged to mail in their ballots. Republicans were encouraged to vote in person.
I do think there is latitude for fraud with mail-in ballots.
I received my ballot in the mail but took up to the polling place to vote early.
When I arrived there and showed the ballot that I already had I was told to use this.
If I had not had it with me I would have been given a ballot there.
Then I would have had two ballots. I could have returned home and used the mail-in one.
This is an extremely small town where everyone knows me and I expect someone would have noticed that I had already voted when the second ballot arrived. Probably. that is, if someone checks off the names sedulously.
But what about in a larger community or city? I should think many voters would give it a try to use the ballot they got in the mail in addition to the one they got at the polling place. Especially since the identifying envelopes are removed and the ballots are just sorted into piles. So any mistakes in matching envelopes to voter lists will not be caught later. At that point there is AFAI can see no way to ascertain whether there are duplicate ballots.
IOW the problems I see with mail=in ballots if the great opportunity they provide for voters to end up with two ballots in their hands.
The US system is a swiss cheese of voting irregularities. I am a US citizen but live in Ireland. I registered for an absentee ballot. I was sent a link in August to download it, print it, and post it to my county election board. I posted it in late August. Around 20 September, I received a paper ballot posted to me in Ireland from my county election board in a large city in NY state. If I had sent that second ballot in, would it have been counted? What kind of auditing procedures are in place in NY? The same sequence of events occurred with my son who also lives in Ireland, and another son who lives in Canada whose permanent US address is in a different state. My children and I would never think of voting twice; I am not so sanguine about the morality of others.
My problem with fraud concerns the postal service and who handles the envelopes once in the post office. What if the post office is located in a predominantly Republican community and the employee in the post office is rabid Democrat is it not possible for that employee to remove those ballots and burn them somewhere? Do post offices have an independent secure way of counting how many ballots came into the post office and how many were counted by the poll clerks? . Mail-in ballots are a way to steal an election. Lots of foxes in hen houses in America..

But as the right is always the same whether in the USA or in Brazil, their main fear is of the people, as they know they cannot win and see theft in others, they are always the saints. And with these crazy theories to criminalize their opposite, they are seeing the devil in everyone, if they don’t think or are stupid like them, in a little while they will call God Satan.
Quote of the Day (so far)
“If voting mattered, there would be a blockchain method used to track each and every vote. It wouldn’t cost much money to have a uniform, hack proof system that would insure every vote mattered. Instead, both sides quibble over this current flawed system each of them manipulate. If they wanted a fair vote they could educate the public on the issues, instead of the current circus. They don’t want a fair vote because then they can’t control who gets into office. I believe the system is and always has been rigged. If I was part of the elite, and had no ethics or morals, that’s what I would do.”
Agreed. The two parties created a system where they can cheat and the outcome becomes a contest over who does a better job of cheating. It is just a little bit more sporting than professional wrestling. The primaries on the other hand are pure theater, totally lacking in sport.
Mickey Mouse elections for a Mickey Mouse President! The country that preaches and bombs countries to teach them democracy had better learn how to conduct free, fair and transparent elections itself. But anyway, this whole farce is increasingly being revealed to the world for what it really is. Perhaps this lifting of the veil will help control the spread of the deadly liberal virus all over the world – can we so hope?
The American political system needs a REAL third party to represent the 100 million on food stamps, $5.00 per hour jobs, homelessness and medically deprived. The other alternative for these people is cannon fodder.
With Biden possibly the Empire might collapse sooner, but that might come at the price of a new bloody war. Trump, with all his limitations, has been the most peaceful president of the last decades. We’ll see, personally I am worried.
“Trump has been the most peaceful President in the last decade”. Right, and pigs can fly. The nature of war has changed from a “troops on the battlefield” scenario to a “hybrid war” scenario (cyber, sanctions, etc.). Or perhaps you believe that tRump’s sanctions against Iran don’t constitute war?
By most peaceful I mean that he has done less damage than his four predecessors elected after the end of the Cold War. I don’t deny that he has committed crimes, but much less compared to what would’ve done Killary if she were elected president in 2016
This happened under all the former presidents as well.
What you miss: Trumps military actions are mostly Theaterdonner, used to shut up the warmongers in Washington. The air strikes in Syria were announced, coordinated with Russia, and mostly for the media (who for a very brief moment loved him). Trump sticks to his promise to end the wars, but he is not free in his decisions. So even if he comes off as unreliable, self-contradictory or weak, still in the result he got his way.
Biden is a hawk, a warmonger, maybe little older but still a warmonger. With all the neocons around and maybe in his cabinet, He’ll be heartened to his co-bomber assignment under Obama. and suffer attacks of nostalgia
I am sitting here and amazed at the shenanigans going on in the current election in US. I have no palpable proof of fraud nor could I prove it if I did, no way to get ‘home’ at this time…virus and no flights, ya know.
This being said, all this could be avoided with a few simple rules for voting in USA, which, by the by, is not a ‘democracy’ but a Constitutional Republic. There is a difference. Here’s what I propose:
1. It is not up to the election committees to make sure your name is on the voting rosters, it is your responsibility as a citizen, part of your right to vote. Too lazy to take the time to go down to your local voter admin and check in the year before the election? Whose fault is that?
2. So, you did things properly and you show up to vote at your local precinct. Problem is you chose the wrong one and you are not registered for that location. (Remember, make sure you are registered and registered correctly.) So, you are politely advised to go to the proper location you are registered in because you can’t vote at this one. You do so and arrive at your registered voting location and in you go, past the one lone policeman standing outside and looking bored. Kindly notice all the cameras watching you from ever nook and cranny of the building and actual voting room you go in to….and said cameras are recording everything on archive systems, two of them.
3. Prepare to have your identification with current picture and address ready. Join the line that is for the first letter of your last name and when at the voting desk your ID is asked for. Said picture ID is checked, your name is found on the voting list and checked off, your ID is photocopied at this desk and the photocopy put with the voting list containing your name. You are then handed a paper ballot. If you don’t have proper ID, you can’t vote. If your ID does not match the registered informations on the voting lists, you can’t vote. If the ID looks ‘altered’ in any way, you can’t vote and you will become instant friends with the bored policeman at the door, who is no longer bored.
4. So, you have your paper ballot in hand and you politely wait for one of the curtained voting booths to be free. In you go and using the provided pen (never trust them to provide a pen, always bring one ‘just in case’) you mark your choice or choices for the current voting process. You then fold the ballot in half (sigh….yes, the printed section that you just checked off should be on the INSIDE of the fold…usually), exit the little curtained voting booth, advance the the clear plastic, heavily sealed, locked and guarded by two cops actual ballot box sitting in all it’s pristine glory on the floor in the center of the room, insert your folded ballot in to the box under the watchful eyes of the cops, smile at them and exit the precinct.
5. If you are certified invalid who can not physically come to your voting precinct, precinct will come to you. Special vehicles with two armed guards, two election workers and one clark come to you. In they come to your abode, your picture ID is checked and photocopied, your name is checked off on the voter list, the locked and sealed clear ballot box is brought in to you, you are handed a ballot, you mark said ballot and you personally insert the ballot in the box, said box held for you to accomplish this task. You are thanked for doing your civic duty of voting, the officials, cops and ballot box exit your abode and go to the next abode on the list.
6. No mail in vote, period. No ‘absentee’ votes. Period. Current picture and address ID only is allowed in voting process. If you are out of country, you go to your local embassy and vote there, same security and ID system is in Embassy. If you for whatever reason can not make it to precinct or embassy, that is not Government’s problem, it is your problem. If you can not exercise your right to vote by following the rules, that is your problem, not Government’s problem and Voting Officialdom have done everything the law requires for you to vote.
Whose voting system do you think I just described?
Precisely. That would be the Russian Federation that ‘the west’ constantly denigrates as being ‘not a democracy’ and ‘incapable of holding a free and open election’. It is to laugh considering the farce occurring in SehSha at this very moment.

The problem is this us “system” is willfully designed for fraud:
-big money bribes to candidates labelled as political contributions=absurdity;
-mail in ballots w/o id confirmation=absurdity (witness thousands of late night biden votes w/o one trump vote)
-absentee ballots to allow delayed counting (if needed)=absurdity;
-two party “system” locked in concrete w/o fear of third party challenges=absurdity;
I could go on and on and on: the Federal Election Commission (FEC) is a hoax and a horrendous joke, heavily slanted towards the dimos with commissioner seats vacant, it is beyond toothless but the dimos like it that way=absurdity;
The short answer here is that the two “parties” are happy with this total flustercluck when they can continue to work it; the middle class, i.e. the Americans who have been abandoned by both parties, continue to be subject to absolute exploitation. The corruption, the fraud, the manipulation and cheating is willfully designed.
Without a change in this ‘system,’ the continued arrogance, the continued corruption by both of the ‘parties’ will not change-period. Try talking to pelosi, to mcconnell, et al about maybe, just maybe, changing the ‘system.’ Absurdity.
It is not about trump or creature biden, it is about the thousands and thousands that came out in the cold to hear about the possibility, yeah just the possibility, of hope-are they to be conned/deceived again. The pelosi’s and the clintons believe yes, that is fine and ok.
As an infrequent American voter, voting this time because of the susan rices, the samantha powers, the kagans, the nulands, the clintons, the obumer holdovers, on the other side, I have to ask where in the hell is the hope or are we to experience this entirely “new” country that harris expouses.
Maybe, just maybe, it ain’t yet over.
Sorry, rant over!
Thanks again for that Russian example-it is the american arrogance that few if any can believe that the American version of “democracy” is the model. Gad, what a f—-up country.
You: “I have to ask where in the hell is the hope”
The reason the Elites offer false hope as a strategy is by defeating the natural, normal, human hope in our hearts – makes people easier to control
Merely as an example, remember Obama’s 2008 slogan of ‘Hope and Change’ – there was *no hope and *no change – he still went ahead with the bank bailout as he was ‘bought’ by Wall St
Tyson, you prob have point-once the elite, in this case the dnc/soros/clintons, kill any aspect or prospect for hope, they have the game.
Trump spoke in butler, PA last weekend to thousands outdoors in the cold who came to see him as their last belief in hope-they were naïve and wrong. Butler was formerly a factory/industrial town, now a center of opioid related suicides-the suicides were and are so numerous and frequent that they actually erected a monument of some such manner, thus a remarkable sign that hope is dead.
This crime of suddenly delivering boxes of ballots in wi, mi, pa, and prob az is a remarkable power grab, an in your face blatant, a gigantic f__you, middle finger to the exploited middle class-essentially saying we did this blatantly and openly and what the f__ are you going to do about it.
Thus, hope is killed for the unemployed, or the current worker of odd jobs, trying to feed their families when formerly they had decent paying jobs. Thank you bill and hillary, you a$$___les.
If one wants to take a look at what the dimos did to the middle class under clinton, (and have been doing ever sincre), check out writings/books by Thomas Frank; he was scathing but they shut him down and he had to publish articles in off shore pubs or not at all.
Canadian Voting System but it’s the lead up to this point that we must question. The media affiliation determines the political message. The ones who have the most money determine the Ads that one sees. The expert opinions on TV and in print are affiliates of the corporate sector. The rules leading up to the time you present your ID were made 100 years ago and if you want to challenge anything you need to go through a gauntlet of judges and Courts full of corporate appointees.
Technically, canadian system too. The difference is in details. Just like electoral college, we actually vote for s party. Party with most votes in given ward wins that ward, they send a representative to the parliament. Does not have to be actual person offered in the ward. People basically give a party right to choose. As a consequence, all other votes, for non winning party are wasted, they do not count for anything.
Remember, we are Queens colonial domain, and she is the head of state. She appoints General Governor who can override both parliament and the government of the day. It happened several years ago. after all, Emma Goldman seems to be right – voting – it does not change anything. People wanted to change constitution, to make Canada a Republic, but nope. What would Brits know about Constitution when they have none?
I am aware that you are Queen’s Colonial Domain, but you would be surprised to know the numbers of American citizens who have no idea of that fact.
However, it’s the Identification Document one must possess that is the key to the current dilemma in US election process. Until that little foible is addressed, basically every election in US from dog catcher on up is open to question. That being said, it seems the Republicans are a bit more in favor of secure and positive voter ID than the ‘loyal opposition’, who are for more ‘opposition’ than ‘loyal’.
You are right. In USA they don’t even have ” Identification Document “. For that matter, neither do Canada. Drivers License is used most of the time. If you don’t have one, it gets awkward. Sometimes, they accept health card – it has your photo, sometimes a passport, not everybody has one either. It is so easy to forget such logical requirement as Identification Document .
ID card was actually one of the things they (USA) taunted us about, symbol of oppression, like this: “You need to carry your ID always, that is how state (communists) controls you, see, we go anywhere we want, no ID no nothing, we have freedom, no fingerprints taken unless crime happened, only oppressive regimes make people cary ID documents around, no need to ask permissions to go anywhere, no need to report to police if you go somewhere, and o and on it goes in circles and again. Where have all the flowers gone, oh, will they ever learn…
From no ID at all type of “freedom, straight jump into microchipped tracking and vaccine passports. Must be quite a shock. Sorry, vaxxine passports is British thing at the moment, or maybe German. Well, ideas need field testing, right…
Call me hopeless romantic and idealist, bot real men are Colonel Cassad, Ahmadinejad from Iran, Igor Strelkov, late Chaves R.I.P, Evo Morales, Duterte de Filipino, and few brave and smart souls on this forum. Of course, Shoigu too. No Putin and Chinese on the lst, they are way beyond grasp of us mere mortals
Not really Zidar . We have had situations where a government was elected with a minority popular vote. Rather than voting by state we create what are called “CONSTITUENCIES” or “RIDINGS” or “POLLING AREAS”. , Some urban constituencies can have 150,000 voters while some rural constituencies may consist of 50,000 voters. If I live in a 50,000 constituency my vote is three times more valuable than yours if you live in the 150,000 constituency. If a political party wins most of the small constituencies they can form the government even when they don’t win the popular vote. Gerrymandering is also a problem for us in Canada, and we have had many cases of that. Recent vote in BC the GREENS had 14% of the popular vote, and they only got 3 seats when in reality they should have had 11 seats. The other problem for us in Canada I mentioned in the post above. Proportional representation with a preferential option (1st, 2nd 3rd choice) the only way out of this
Hi Walter, we have a preferential system in Australia. Except less than 10 percent of the electorate opt to employ it.
One can simply vote for one candidate and if said candidate fails to make the cut they allocate all unpreferenced votes themselves. Most take the easy step of nominating a single candidate, or the barest minimum of preferences allowed. Especially when a federal senate ballot may contain over 200 candidates most opt out.
Of those who do attempt to nominate a full flow of preferences quite a few fail to do so correctly bringing the figure of those who exercise their right to nominate a full flow of valid preferences down to between 5 and 7% of the eligible electorate. ( This figure according to the Australian Electoral Commission is almost double what it was in 1980 and has been slowly growing even if at only Glacial pace. It may note make or break the government but is critical when it comes down to the last few senate seats or in tight house of representatives races. Over the last 30 yrs it has resulted in more minor party and independent representation and created hostile senates and hung and minority governments.)
Most of the electorate either doesn’t know how, politically illiterate, or couldn’t be bothered, apathetic, to nominate multiple preferences even though it’s a valuable tool for the disenfranchised.
No clear preferred candidate, no problem at least you can number them backwards to put your least desired candidates last and therefore send a protest vote. Our politicians are anal about swings for and against in both safe and swinging electorates, they get paid for electoral expenses depending on how many votes they get. Even a small swing away from a safe incumbent still affects their hip pocket and party cofferz.
Multiple occasions of a leading candidate in the first round being beaten by preference reallocation has occurred in our political history, including a recent example of a by election in the seat of Wentworth, which incidentally caused a furore over the issue of preferential voting. Everyone was up in arms after the vote as to how the preferences flowed, but only around 5% of them actually bothered to nominate any preferences. The two front runners secured 72% of the vote. 43% to the conservative nominee, 29% to an independent candidate. All of the 14 other candidates had to be eliminated one by one and the votes re allocated by preferences. Sad thing is that because so few had bothered to nominate any preferences the reallocation of nearly 28% of the ballot was done almost solely on the whims of the 14 disqualified candidates, and we know what kind of backstage deals would’ve been happening.
Eventually the independent who really was a Labor party stooge running as an independent won with 51.22% to the conservative nominee’s 48.78%.
This by election robbed the sitting government of its majority seeing it having to accept and acknowledge various members of the cross bench for support in holding a minority government for the rest its term. The whole national political landscape changed because of this controversial by election and the result may have been totally different if more people nominated some preferences. Instead the14 eliminated candidates mostly decided the outcome.
14 people in an electorate of over 100,000 eligible voters decided the fate of the electorate.
Same 14 people out of a national pool of 17,231,901 eligible voters put the whole federal government in jeopardy.
Rather than wising up to how preferential voting works and remembering to use it to their advantage next time, large numbers of the electorate actually called for it to be scrapped.
It illustrated a serious flaw in that unless large numbers of the electorate lodge a valid fully preferenced ballot your basically allowing the candidates to regain control of large portions of the ballot to do with as they see fit.
It also illustrated another point.
Our system also requires compulsory attendance which ensures that all the above mentioned apathetic and ballot illiterate voters have to vote further diminishing the effectiveness of the handful of electors who do know how to vote and take the time to maximise their vote by nominating a full flow of preferences.
It’s a great system in theory, but ignorance and apathy quickly negates its usefulness and hands the advantages back to the politicians.
For those of you in nations that use a preferential system I encourage you to understand it and use it.
I have numbered every candidate for years and have had to number up to 457 candidates in one Australian federal senate ballot. Excuse me miss but can I have another pencil. And unlike those who simply and legally only number 1 candidate and only have their vote counted once and leave their vote up for grabs if their preferred candidate fails to survive the cut, my vote most likely gets recounted multiple times to follow my alternate preferences, before it most likely lands with a non major party candidate making up the last few seats in the senate.
Make your vote count as many times as possible as well. Even if it’s only in protest swings for against the major duopoly are duly noted.
I must admit though that as so few of us elect to do this and maximise our vote it does fell like I am usually pissing against the wind.
Thank you for this Glen. We used Australia and New Zealand as examples that work. We have debated this issue in British Columbia in 2018 for the third time in 13 years, British Columbia voters have rejected electoral reform, with over 61 per cent casting ballots to stay with the first-past-the-post system.
The margin of victory was more than 300,000 votes, a resounding win for the status quo and defeat for all three proportional representation options presented to the public.
A majority voted against proportional representation in the urban centres Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Kamloops, Prince George and Kelowna.
I liked the method Finland uses. I like the fact that when the election is over the parties prioritize policies and then collectively work under the leadership of the majority party to implement them. Again, I really appreciate the time you took to explain the Australian elections.
“The margin of victory was more than 300,000 votes, a resounding win for the status quo and defeat for all three proportional representation options presented to the public.
A majority voted against proportional representation in the urban centres Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Kamloops, Prince George and Kelowna.”
Walter, thank you for drawing attention to the nitty-gitty-sticky parts of how decisions are made in BC. (deep heavy sigh) Very much enjoying your posts.
Thanks Walter. One cannot simply quickly enumerate all deficiencies of the voting system in Canada. Another peculiarity in Canada is “crossing the floor” phenomenon. A few years ago Belinda Stronach was sent to parliament to represent conservatives. Fine. Two months later, she “crossed the floor” and became – a liberal. No comments on this one, speechless.
I am not fond of Canadian conservatives, lived through Mike Harris in Ontario, and later under S. Harper, thank you but no thank you. However I noticed one thing – Conservatives are kind of more honest. They tell you openly wat bad things they would do to you if they get power – austerity, police state, and, in case of win, they do exactly what vile things they promised. Liberals on the other hand, promise milk and honey, then screw you in worse way than Conservatives. Crowbar or baseball bat to hit you, that is our choice.
I give my vote to those individual candidates. I believe they get governmental allowance to conduct the campaign, why not help them justify their candidacy. If one gets some votes this year, they migh allow him to do the trick again next time.
Yes Zidar and true about Stronach. and others who crossed the floor. Party solidarity also forces candidates to toe the line .. Sometimes there are free votes where the premier releases the candidate, and they can vote the way they wish. For example on issues like abortion which is a contentious religious issue they have had free votes. If the churches come out to criticize the party on that policy the party can always say well it was a free vote we had no control over that.
Democracy comes into question when we choose candidates to run for office. Candidates are put forward by the party and in most cases party members have no say who will represent them since they have to choose from the pool the party puts forward.
Also the only time a party listens to you is when they ask for money. I oppose war and have written many letters to the Liberal and NDP members opposing our policies on Nicaragua, Venezuela, Yugoslavia, Iraq and so on and my letters were ignored. I expect the Conservatives to ignore them since they are in bed with US warmongers but the Liberals and the NDP vote to support NATO policy which is contrary to what the Libs and the NDP stand for.in their policy books so we are a democracy on paper but in reality we are a US puppet..
.
Back around 2002, my wife volunteered us to work elections in our county here. And our procedures were similar to what you describe — the whole idea was secret ballots, and a public counting process. Voter identification and validation, and paper audit records for everything.
But change was on the way. Within a couple years, it was all replaced with ‘e-slate’ machines, based on technology that resembled an ’80s-era computer game.
And now, by design, chaos. It all looks familiar from descriptions of color revolutions reported by this, and other, ‘alternative’ news websites.
Not just Russia’s, plenty of other countries as well. That is why few foreigners “understand” the US election system. The US system is crooked by design – to allow room for maneuver to the plutocrats, the secret agencies, and the entrenched interests.
Because of the flip in vote for Biden overnight, plus the closeness of the race this next president will be viewed as illegitimate and will totally split the nation.
I 100% agree with your statement above, Wisconsin and Michigan were going towards Trump. But the rigging of numbers is turning this into something much more than expected.
the mail-in ballots are big and one sided and must be late to achieve the objective ! – to make sure the right amount is transferred to beat the count – since they require discovery endlessly – the DNC will wait Trump out and exhaust him and the legal process.
voting by fake mail is the end of voting –
there is no reason for any real people to vote anymore when the DNC can stop the count – read the requirement to beat it – and send in what is in the storage warehouse already manufactured
That’s right. The vote totals from the official vote-counting computer in Ohio (run by the Republican Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell) were transferred to another vote-counting computer located in a basement in Tennessee. The vote counts were allegedly altered there and later the totals were transferred back to the official computer in Ohio. Here’s a link: https://freepress.org/article/bob-bites-back-blackwell%E2%80%99s-back-and-he%E2%80%99s-gonna-rig-elections-0
The man who did the actual computer work died in the crash of his private plane on his way back to Ohio from Washington, D.C. Here’s a link to that: http://12160.info/profiles/blogs/the-mysterious-death-of-bushs
The FBI and the NTSB were immediately on the scene of the deadly plane crash that night. The wreckage was removed by morning.
The U.S. mainstream media did a pretty thorough job of political theater by appearing to “split the nation” when combined with the behind-the-scenes global banker financing of the Antifa and BLM “rent-a-protester” crisis actors. But down on Main Street, American isn’t really as “split” as the “news as entertainment” MSM would have you believe. So why do you think the global financial elite want to “split the nation”? Why is their motto “Buy Low. Sell High”?
“Some of the problems of governance in the United States today stem from an excess of democracy […] [we require] a greater degree of moderation in democracy.”
–Samuel P. Huntington, et al. of The Trilateral Commission, 1975
The fix is in, as someone said; “tallies stopped coming in in four battleground states where Trump was winning” and then……………..Biden got hundreds of thousands of votes without…one vote for Trump.
Color our revolution blue.
Syria get ready, Obama/Hillary/Biden’s plan for your dismantlement is back on the table.
My apologies in advance, to all the innocent, decent people who must suffer our “elite’s” neocolonial wars…Biden is clearly not the US voters choice, he is being imposed upon us in a color revolution.
What more do you need to know? Voting goes off without a hitch in Florida, Texas, Ohio/ republican states without a hitch. Early vote count, mail in ballot count, election day count, up to the minute tallies.
Whereas, voting is halted in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan before 11 p.m. All democrat governors. All in chaos. All three have Trump winning. PA has Trump ahead by 500,000. MI has elected a African American Senator………
And now, 100 percent of vote counting in WN, all magically Biden…….and the media says nothing here to look at.
Trump carried Florida, Ohio, Texas. In elections going back to 1852, a presidential candidate is 26-1 carrying TX and OH. The only exception being JFK, and Biden ain’t no JFK. But, JFK carried Texas.
Nothing to see here. The empire moves along, all is well in the home of the brave, and the land of the free.
If Joe(I’m a Zionist)Biden manages to steal the election and the Neocons under Christal worm their way in, the establishment will have convinced this very corrupt lawyer to put US military on the ground in the middle east some where perhaps Syria. Then they will retire him to an old folks home and heels up Harris will take over and end America as we know it.
I wonder what the rules are when more votes appear in a given region than are registered to vote.. Should there be an in-person re-vote in such a circumstance?
Why was there no concern about large groups of people ‘peacefully’ protesting on the streets and yet the urgent concern for protection from the virus requiring mail-in ballots?
Prayers count more than votes. Biden and Trump aren’t going to make me a decent person again. I will be content if both candidates and their VPs have sudden fatal heart attacks, but it’s good to be content either way. Like Putin said some years ago, we don’t know what the candidates are going to do if elected. Even they themselves don’t know.
The Saker called this one. ‘Elections’ don’t matter any longer in the US. I wonder what kind of strtategy Trump is going to follow right now. He may be confident that SCOTUS will show up to save the day, but as far as I can see if the Deep State is able to impose the narrative in the following three weeks without a reaction of the Trump base, the Supreme Court will ge cornered and impotent.
The riots and the insane avowedly “Marxist” rhetoric of the designated female “leader” of BLM plus the Antifa losers on Soros’ payroll may have had something to do with that.
The Democrats are going to steal the election as they have been openly promising to do ever since basically 2016. Now the BIG question becomes WHAT WILL THE PEOPLE *DO* ABOUT IT.
I did indeed vote but I did not vote for either of these two despicable monsters.
Had I been forced to vote for one of them, I would have voted for Trump.
Trump is simply a clueless buffoon who is in a job that is totally over his head. His bullying is alienating friend and foe alike. By doing this, he is accelerating the fall of the American empire. That would have been enough of a positive result to gain my vote – except for the fact that I so totally detest the man that I could not bring myself to vote for him.
Biden, on the other hand, will simply continue the neoliberalism/ neoconservativism of the Clinton-Bush-Obama years. From Biden you can expect more and more ripoffs of the working people, more and more poverty, more and more bailouts of the ultra rich, more and more “humanitarian interventions” in order to steal the resources of weaker nations and so on. I can’t wait until he vetoes any reform legislation that may get through Congress. I can’t wait to hear all the progressive outrage – “but you promised.” Yes, he did promise reform, just as Obama promised “hope and change.” Don’t hold your breath waiting for it.
But Biden knows enough to re-establish good relations with Europe. Europe is, of course, a basket case. But Europe still has enough of an economy and military to – in league with the United States – extend hegemony a few more years.
That is why I was hoping Biden would lose. I would prefer seeing America return to being a normal country sooner rather than later. Trump would have accelerated the end of the empire. Biden will extend it a bit.
Also for what it worth my assessment in the above link of what the over-riding issues would be and my scorecard…
My score came out a resounding 3-0 in Biden’s favour.
#1 Like it or not the number one issue on voters’ minds is Covid. This renders a huge part of this election simply a Covid referendum.
…result Biden 1 Trump zero
[Trump’s handling of Covid has been a totally chaotic shambles. In spite of the US authorities being given explicit early warnings as to the potential consequences, the mortality rate is 5x the world average…from day one Trump has lied about almost every aspect of the virus and continues to do so in the closing days of his campaign…he still spins blatant lies about the situation which by all measures is now basically out of control]. IMHO this will be revealed when the dust settles as by far the biggest cause of him losing
… I await the loud gnashing of Nostradamus’s 93’s teeth.
#2 The economy
…result Biden 1… Trump zero
[The real economy is a disaster…only the plutocratic club have benefitted in the last 4 years]
#3 Getting rid of Trump
…Biden 1… Trump zero.
[remember that in 2016 Trump wasn’t necessarily voted FOR because of any real confidence in him…rather a large portion of votes were simply to keep Hillary out…this time around it is the GOP candidate being voted AGAINST not the Dimo idiot]
Especially the pro-senility and off the charts Biden Crime Family corruption & TDS sufferor from the South Seas.
This one I like in particular: “Like it or not the number one issue on voters’ minds is Covid.” LOL.
Pure scared bunny projection, “Colonel”.
Trump has it won and all the worry warts and TDS Pity Party Participants here have NO idea how or why.
With some it is not their fault. They haven’t seen the evidence that exists which I show when I have the time…from time to time…certainly every single week if not every day.
But others of you simply refuse to learn anything from evidence put before you….repeatedly!
Time permitting I will attempt another fresher stand alone comment which can help…perhaps none of you three….but doubtlessly someone less rigidly clinging to wild, off the charts fallacies of composition……. to understand what to expect next……and HOW…..and WHY….it is coming on now FAST.
And I mean tomorrow. “Remember. Remember……….the 5th of November”.
The media is against him, the intelligence community is against him, the oligarchs are against him, the war hawks are against him and – in their hearts – most Republicans are against him, as well as the Democrats being against him.
These are the people who actually run this country.
There is no way that they are going to allow Trump another four years.
Well at least we can agree on one thing…yes indeed “it is coming on now??? Fast”
In terms of the Electoral College vote, this is not even a horse race…tRump is set to lose by between 96 and 110 votes.
What is painfully obvious to me is that this election was a repudiation of tRump because so many voters are sick to death of him. Consequently, the governing mandate was given to Biden in spite of him being such an extraordinarily weak candidate.
Many people wanted to get rid of tRump once and for all but they also wanted a set of reins on the Demos and as such didn’t change their state representatives.
Perhaps if we were to glean even the faintest positive from this devil’s choice then this would be it.
Meanwhile, I’m up to my eyeballs in beers and popcorn…how about you?
Even Mossad can’t save Trump now – as much as they would like to.
Here is a prediction.
Trump will be prosecuted once he leaves office.
I am not saying (or even suggesting) that he has committed any crime. But he will be prosecuted, convicted and sent to prison for something.
It really isn’t hard under Federal Law to put someone behind bars if the will is there. And the people who really run America are going to send a message loud and clear, that no populist president will ever be allowed to take office again.
I read that post to which you linked. I really liked this passage:
Biden is the absolute epitome of the classic swamp creature put up as contender by a tragic wreck of a party displaying the most dysfunctional performance ever staged by a political party for a four-year term in the US’s entire history. It is tragic to think Trump can’t even muster a majority in the polls against this pitiful and disgraceful performance.
That is so true. The very fact that the “major candidates” were Trump and Biden is a national embarrassment of the first order.
But I suppose that is what happens in the dying days of a collapsing empire.
Pepe Escobar writes “Yet they can always rely, as Plan B, on urban mail-in ballots on tap, hot and cold, until Blue squeaks by in two particularly key swing states that Red had bagged in a previous election.
That’s what happens. Starting at 2 am, and later into the night, enter a batch of “magic” votes in these two key states. The sudden, vertical upward “adjustment” includes the case of a batch of 130k+ pro-Blue votes cast in a county alongside not a single pro-Red vote – a statistical miracle of Holy Ghost proportions.
Stuffing the ballot box is a typical scam applied in Banana Republic declinations of color revolution. Blue operators use the tried and tested method applied to the gold futures market, when a sudden drop of naked shorts drives down gold price, thus protecting the US dollar.”
France is descending into utter chaos from consequences related to the Arab spring movement spawned by killary and klan in 2013, the Muslim terrorists have been offended by the media mostly.
I think the states are not far behind both privately and publically, once the lower ranking public officials are convinced that their country was betrayed from the top down, you could have some crazy internal reactions reguarding the health of the financial system.
The democrats are guilty of some heinous financial crimes that are still floating around in public, what they have not been yet, is caught.
Last night when I was looking at the Google live results, I noticed a lot of flipping back and forth between the numbers. First Biden is ahead in popular votes, then Trump was by 2 million. Then Biden was ahead by 2 million while the map also counted many states towards Biden’s overall electoral vote, but Trump’s would take over an hour until the pink states turned to red officially and made the electoral vote more tied. Before going to bed, I saw that Michigan and Wisconsin had a much bigger voter margin in favor of Trump than Biden, which is why I assumed they would become red.
Ever since this morning when I woke up, all of a sudden they made an unexpected switcharoo with Biden leading in Wisconsin and Michigan. Is anybody else seeing the connection here? The elite are toying with the public’s stress and emotions just to make them even more uncertain on what is going to happen.
What we are seeing now may be a lot more messed up than we originally thought, and this is a worst case scenario I really hope will not come true:
Since the votes are rigged and tossed up Michigan and Wisconsin back and forth, Biden will declare victory with them under his control. Trump already said that he would take it to court (supreme court) last night in his own victory speech, and if that’s the case, Amy Coney Barrett would rule the recounts in favor of Trump. This would spark outrage by neo-liberals, since they would say “See! We knew Trump would not want to win in a fair election. He can only do it by cheating his way for another term!” At that point they would also do more of the whole Russia accusations of meddling, with Iran also being involved somehow helping Trump despite him killing Soleimani… When they take it to the streets, the protests would quickly turn into rioting. From there, we see the birth of a civil conflict… A country ideologically divided over a stupid 2 party dictatorship that cares about nobody but themselves.
Remember folks, this is all a political game of WWE to these Freemasons, Skull & Bones, Jesuits, etc. They want the American public to be very angry at each other, instead of them, the real troublemakers! This divide and conquer strategy could really create unrest unlike previously seen in the US. And it would definitely get very ugly quickly. The lies about COVID, these BLM protests and riots, and now this new crisis combined could easily create a new economic depression.
You didn’t imagine that pattern in the “vote” count. I stayed up all night until noon of Wednesday monitoring the counts as represented on all of the major web sites and broadcast television networks. From beginning to end the drama seemed contrived. It seemed controlled but with built in fluctuations, ebb and flow, to give the appearance of legitimacy. As you say, Trump controlled the electoral vote count at the approximate time of his press conference (circa 2:30 AM EST). He had big leads, over a couple hundred thousand votes in WI and MI and about 900,000 votes in PA. He also had leads well in excess of 100 K in GA & NC. AZ seemed lost. NV & AK were too early to call. Looked like he would coast to victory unless huge caches of Biden votes were released or created.
He was taken to task by the talking heads on TV when he “claimed victory” at this time (so did Biden when he spoke before the cameras more than an hour earlier) and stated that any further “voting” (not vote counting) would not be legal or tolerated, even if he had to appeal to the Supreme Court. Pretty sure he suspected he was about to be fleeced. At this point in time the talking heads at the networks made it clear that Trump was still far ahead in all three critical races and that IT WOULD TAKE RETURNS IN THE VICINITY OF 75% for Biden to overcome Trump’s leads. Thereafter there were approximately 2 or 3 large vote dumps starting around daybreak. First WI instantly overcame and surpassed the large Trump lead. Later in the morning the pattern was replicated in Michigan. Given the significant cushion suddenly received by Biden the returns must have gone well in excess of 80-85% for Biden. The media explanation was “these represent the mail-in votes, the absentee votes.” Well, historically mail-in ballots come from conservatives and Republicans, not individual Democrats. Why would the pattern change so drastically in this particular election? Democrats (and the young) are usually less mindful and conscientious about voting, especially if they have to take extra steps to get it done. Massive bloc voting may be illegal (if assisted by third persons), depending on the jurisdiction. If these huge vote dumps were not assisted in this way, they look to be suspiciously contrived–invented–to accommodate the target numbers needed based on the data to be overcome. What better time to do it than when you have established the definitive target and can do it with a minimum of notice in the wee hours of the morning.
All that said, I have no idea how the Trump people could ever go about proving this, and even if they could (Through insider testimony? Acquisition of clearly bogus ballots? Who has the time and resources to individually inspect > 1.5 million absentee ballots in PA alone? The logistics and cost of such a task would probably preclude it.), how they could get the “official” results changed and Biden dislodged from office if the process takes months or years. They never reverse wins and losses in professional sports even when it is conclusively shown on camera that the refs blew a game-changing call. It’s no better in politics. The Supreme Court pretty much ruled in Bush v. Gore that the evidence cannot trump the official determination of winner and loser by the pertinent state or local election commission. They said evidence gathering (recounts) had to stop because the spurious winner (“W”) might suffer consequent injury. It’s not only war crimes that are never punished in America.
I think thus ends the political career of what will become a legendary figure in history, the only true outsider ever elected to the presidency of the United States of America, one Donald J. Trump. The entire establishment was determined to remove him from office beginning at the moment he was proclaimed the winner of the national presidential election exactly four years ago. They finally bagged their target on Wednesday, November 4th, 2020. He will make a major commotion in protest of this latest organised action to extract him from office, but they will mean no more than the frenetic twitchings of a squirrel after its taken a head shot from your pneumatic pellet gun. Joe Biden will be revered in the same history books as the big game hunter, the nimrod who finally brought the rogue president down, that is until he in turn does or says something stupid to get himself extracted via the 25th Amendment. After Kamala is sworn in, look for a rapid succession of new presidents, just as the Soviet Union enjoyed a procession of sickly Premiers until that nation state collapsed circa 1990, or the Roman Empire suffered through a line-up of assassinated emperors until repeatedly sacked by barbarians early in the first Millennium. All the relevant players in this chapter, from Killery to Shifty Schiff to Sleepy Joe, will have their sad treacherous stories related in the future history books. I’d be curious to know the reactions of our posterity as long as an “America” exists, or will they care even less than most of us do today?
Paul Craig Roberts reports the exact same observation, only he sees it as even worse. He says that when 150,000 votes were suddenly added to Biden’s toll in WI, not a single Trump vote accompanied them. This is statistically impossible unless the votes were specially cached or created from whole cloth. Come on, every person in an assemblage of approximately 150,000 voters all voted in lockstep for Biden? That’s as likely as a flipped coin coming up heads 150,000 straight times. Trump’s lawyers need to get their hands on those putative ballots and not just accept their unchallenged reality. Cheating like that should disqualify the candidate, but in America would probably only affect his henchman doing the dirty work.
The “land of the free” clearly isn’t so free anymore (if it ever was) and the people, forced to “social distance”, cover their faces with masks, close their businesses and watch their savings disappear — in response to a virus that seems slightly more deadly than the flu — now have watched the establishment rig the presidential election.
I live in the heart of the “red” states, and I can assure you that most people here have lost all faith in the “media”.
Trump, who had many tens of thousands of very enthusiastic people show up to his rallies, we are told is being beaten by a clearly demented old pervert crook, along with a widely detested black socialist president-in-waiting, who were lucky to get 100 people to attend their “rallies”. Do you think most people, who have watched US cities burn, would vote to elect Biden, who would not condemn the violence, and Harris, who applauded it?
The election is being stolen and there will be hell to pay all around. Hillary just can’t wait to get back in the White House. Let’s finally get that no-fly zone installed over Syria! No worries with sleepy Joe in charge of the US nuclear arsenal.
Its an illusion, the political civil war is between the cities and country folks. As the regions are counted they are heavily weighed by region with the cities having more people, and taking more time to count, this time the city folk and poor came out the wood work to gain a majority. Its a sad thing to see knowing these folks who so desperately want to be saved to see another day, will only feel the emptiness of their own pockets.
If you click on any state the interactive thing takes you to the county level of that state. And there you see that by square mileage, the USA is red.
It is so gobsmackingly clear that the divide in this county is “rural”/urban.
This, to me, also constitutes a kind of evidence that militates against the idea of getting rid of the Electoral College. Becuase in virtually each state, also the “blue” states, 80% of the state is red, including, say, New York, California, Colorado, etc. . Just a few urban connurbations are blue. This holds also in California and even in parts of new England (New Hampshire, Maine).
In ultra-marine blue Massachusetts Trump still got ca. 33% of the vote.
It will be interesting to see how or whether this changes as more people move out of cities and into red country. Will they stay blue or become red?
It’s the Beast of the Sea versus the Heartland again – of course ! The spoiled fruit of the tree… again, the murdered brother again, it’s a very, very old thing.
I want to put in a plug for the Australian voting system, which obviously I understand but looking at the rest of the world I am more firmly supportive (not everything of course) but the following I think matter.
1. Voting is compulsory. Sure you can leave your ballot empty or write rude words or none of the above etc, but you are expected to turn up and have your name checked off. No chance of organised voter supression nor any chance of mass false voting – small scale yes but not en masse because there will be too many duplicates. Forget the civil liberties stuff – no one is asking any person any more than to go into a polling booth and have their name checked off.
2. Scrutineers. At every polling place there are party workers who firstly check the seals on the ballot boxes before use and who are entitled to stay in the voting area to watch for any cheating. Scrutineers also watch the unsealing of the ballot boxes and the actual count. So there can be as many scrutineers as the candidates need provided their appointment is signed by the candidate and they do not wear party/candidate insignia inside the polling booth. I do not know whether other places have this system but for me it is a very powerful check on accuracy. Indeed I know that in small country booths which usually vote conservative, returning officers are often friends with the conservative party and rorts do occur. When scrutineers for the ALP team arrive surprise surprise the number of votes for them goes up dramatically.
3. We vote on Saturdays but increasingly use prepolls the weeks before the election. Actually I am NOT a fan of this and preferred the old system whereby you could prepoll but only with a good reason ie travelling on the day, working a very long shift, too far away etc.
4. Postal votes are very, very common and have always been used. Provided the votes are postmarked the day before the election and received within 10 days. I have used this system all my life so it is not a major issue. Of course typically the postal votes heavily favour the conservative side, partly because being richer they are more likely to be travelling overseas and partly because the conservative parties have a better organised way of collecting postal votes from the elderly and infirm.
5. Preferential voting (what most call ranked choice) is brilliant. It actually gives an opening for small parties and keeps the majors on their toes. For example here in Queensland where I am we have just had an election. Out of 93 seats 7 are now held by minor parties or independents. 3 are slightly to the left of centre, and 4 to the right of centre (one far right). It is the ONLY way minor parties or strong independents can ever get elected in single member seats.
6. Of course there is not any reasonable proportional representation in our lower houses which is a problem. I favour reform there.
maverick, I hear what your saying but the MMP, Mixed-member proportional representation voting system used in Germany, NZ and some other countries is even better
My post is about the commenters here, not the US *Selection as such
All of these commenters subscribing to racist / identity politics are not seeing the wood for the trees ‘cos the leaf they’re examining is obscuring their view!!!
The racist / identity distraction is yet another tactic of the US elites to continue their ‘divide and conquer’ rule
It *really doesnt matter whether Caucasians (what we used to call ‘whites’) or Afro-Americans ‘win’ the US *Selection – the American people have allowed billionaires to insert themselves above the democratic process.
I remind all of the ‘plebs’ that institutions are set up in such a way to *resist change. You cannot make change via the electoral process – its a feature – not a bug in the system!
Hear, hear! Elections are best viewed as a very expensive quadrennial distraction for the plebes to provide cover for the elite and the courtier class to pick their pockets with even greater vengeance. All of the silly arguments for electing this or that guy are totally arbitrary and chosen only for their ability to generate a suitable smokescreen. Come the end of January 2021 everything will have settled back into the customary BAU no matter who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Should provide some lively holiday entertainment in the meantime, though. Move along folks, nothing to see here.
‘the American people have allowed billionaires to insert themselves above the democratic process.’
Look, what is wrong with a little bit of corruption. The folk of the USA like and respect any family that takes a few bribes for some favours here and there. The whole US society is built on this type of operation.
What is wrong with that?
It has led the US to become one of the world’s greatest societies – and it is just human nature anyway. Show me a Christian in politics in the US who does not want to take a little from the church plate.
The Bidens are just a typical family like many others who enjoy showing others that a little corruption does no harm at all. So much so that American citizens admire those like Joe who help themselves to a few favours for money (some call them bribes but I would not go that far) that they will elect him to the highest office in the land.
This is the way business is done in the US. Even Trump knows that. So what if there are a few poor casualties with no food and no home. They are obviously too stupid to avail themselves of the many opportunities. Why go to school in the US if not to learn how to look after number one?
What will bring the Biden Harris regime down faster than a Trump will be the crash of the US dollar. I am surprised this has not been discussed for it will happen as everyone knows. They do not know ‘when’. I say it will happen sooner under the former.
Look, what is wrong with a little bit of corruption. The folk of the USA like and respect any family that takes a few bribes for some favours here and there. The whole US society is built on this type of operation.
What is wrong with that?
LOL! SO much truth in that statement, John. Thanks for that. But that really is the crux of the problem here in the US, isn’t it? For all the wailing and gnashing of teeth the puritanical American people do about corruption in high places, in our heart of hearts, we’re all absolutely fine with it and admire it to the utmost when put on display by its most skilled practitioners. That was always Trump’s primary appeal, so its more than a little bit ironic that he’s now raising such a fuss over the Biden family, who are arguably just more skilled at it than he. Either way, the corruption bell has been rung so many times now that even the handful of American saints are immune to it, so its simply a non-issue in almost every case. In spite of Trump’s threats, there will be no serious investigations of or repercussions for Biden, although there might well be for Trump after he’s out of office for having the temerity to upset the status quo.
Yes ‘Disaffected’ that is the sadness of it all. That a society that was predicated on such high ideals has devolved into such disrepair. Such however is not unique. As an artist I recently wrote to my contempories thus: as artists we have the greatest responsibility to differentiate fact from fiction by painting as well as we can what we see as the truth, nothing in words but all in images. This started before Michelangleo and continued through the most brilliant and greatest painters for hundreds of years. Let us try and keep this tradition alive.
I didn’t vote, and also couldn’t care less such of these zionist stooges win. I am still holding out for a meteor strike on both of their locations. This short video is pretty much my opinion on all elections in the US, and the rest of the zionist supporting nations.
Common versions of the nursery rhyme ‘Tweedledum and Tweedledee’ include :
Tweedledum and Tweedledee
Agreed to have a battle;
For Tweedledum said Tweedledee
Had spoiled his nice new rattle.
Just then flew down a monstrous crow,
As black as a tar-barrel;
Which frightened both the heroes so,
They quite forgot their quarrel.
If Democrats win, first things first, Biden will be sent away, under excuses of coronavirus or dementia, Kamala becomes president, and in come (as mastermind-vice president-whatever) the old Clinton/Obamas again. Biden’s an empty shell anyway.
That would be back to “old politics” and positively worse for the entire world in general.
The recent terrorist attack in Europe? Dems would rally behind Macron on “Western universal values”.
“Western civilization is in danger, Muslims are all terrorists”.
Nagorno-Karabakh? “They’re killing Christians, we have to interfere”.
Lebanon? “Hezbollah did it, we have to kill them”.
NATO and transatlantic relations will breathe again. The decaying West will breathe again (on steroids). This is so tiresome… not to mention the Green New Deal, the Great Reset and all other technocratic niceties that are foremostly spearheaded by Dem big shots.
Without Trump, the Empire will become far more erratic and the world order more unpredictable. May the gods hear this.
Without Trump, the Empire will become far more erratic and the world order more unpredictable.
Not sure that’s even possible, but you might be right about the rest. Who the hell knows anymore? Either way, Trump was never going to be able to resist the Neo-Lib Deep State tide anyway. Takes more than one man, it takes a movement. Trump’s cabinet choices thus far (among many other things) have clearly shown that no such movement exists. And that’s assuming he was ever a legitimate alternative in the first place, which assumes facts nowhere in evidence even now.
I reiterate. All will depend on the sustainability of the US dollar including US abandoning many overseas bases. If the dollar crashes there will be a ‘firesale’ of US weapons and a huge need to restructure the homeland. Here it the thing … I don’t think the US will want to attack another country during such dire problems at home. I believe politicians that want a war during such a time will be pilloried. History teaches us that empires like fish rot from the head down and there is no known cure apart from decapitation.
Given the margin between the candidates in several states is sufficient to automatically trigger recounts, no “official” announcement of a winner will occur for an undetermined amount of time–a week, a month, 60 days? Also, Congressional Chemistry will determine a lot and that’s still quite undecided, too. I strongly suggest reading an important book, “Killing the Host” by Michael Hudson, to understand the POTUS selection matters not since who gets to be selected is firmly controlled by the Financial Parasites.
I have this odd feeling that part of Republicans made a deal with Democrats to bring down Trump.
Republicans will remain in power in the Senate, so packing the Supreme Court is off the table for next 4 years.
Democrats will have Biden/Harris in the White House.
It would be some sort of agreed stability in times of incoming dictatorship.
Looks like the dems had to cheat to win it, they were lost in the Desert otherwise,,,, will the legal challenge from the GOP be enough for them?
Is the phrase ” nothing can stop what is coming” going to be realised? And according to “Q” There should be some fairly interesting arrests Coming fairly soon, most of them high ranking DNC folk.
Here’s how I think the big picture is going to play out: mainstream media faux included will call the election to Biden; Newsmax, (faux’s disaffected former viewership) will also concede the inevitable Biden triumph noting the dodgy circumstances not publicized on other outlets (besides conservative websites); a cadre of patriots (Trump supporters) remain fiercely loyal. After a period, Trump eventually triumphs. Why else did the Trump campaign decide to go with a flag?
The ballot stuffing in Wisconsin/ Michigan/ Pennsylvania is off the scale.
The Attorney General of Philadelphia, Shapiro, says he will not allow Trump to win.
Election season is the best season. Everyone gets worked up over a symbolic ritual that ceremonially sanctions the government and renews “neoliberal” personal. Elections do not change the relationship between the ruler and the ruled, however. More often than not “we the people” choose between candidates that are preselected and prepositioned with the active collaboration of the press.
Strangely when a political system is malfunctioning elections can be very confrontational. Those who would like to see the end of the American Empire no doubt see the signs and know the demise is not far off. When political power is imposed and many are not convinced of the right of one or the other parties right to rule, challenges arise and much time and energy is spent defending their rule.
This is a dangerous time for America internally and for the world. Force is more often going to be used to to sustain political power. The whole world should be ready for a gigantic struggle for power that looks forthcoming.
Its been mentioned by Catherine Austin Fitts of the Solari Report that US Elites will use this election to create the conditions for civil war (words to the effect). I agree with her assessment
These 4 stories grouped together confirms both MSM & Alt-media are playing their nefarious roles in creating unrest:
2. BLM and Trump supporters clash outside the White House and protests erupt from coast-to-coast as election is left on a cliffhanger – but fears of violence fail to materialize
• Election Night came and went without significant violence on Tuesday, despite dire predictions
• New York City, Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia all saw small, subdued demonstrations
• Most crowds appeared to have disbanded by about 3am when election results stalled without a clear winner
• Some of the biggest clashes of the night were seen near the White House Washington, DC
• Black Lives Matter protesters faced off with Trump supporters resulting in at least 3 arrests
• In Los Angeles, police declared 2 unlawful assemblies due to unruly crowds, detained 70 people
• 8 people were arrested in Seattle, including one for throwing nails into a road
• Arrests were also made at smaller-scale protests in Minneapolis and Portland
• The National Guard was activated in 16 states in anticipation of election unrest https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8911151/Police-scuffle-BLM-protesters-THOUSANDS-gather-outside-White-House.html
I truly wonder if the globalists still think destroying America is the priority or if they turn their aggression toward foreign powers. That will be telling.
With the permission of the Mods(?), I’m reposting here my comment I made at 7:27a.m. EST to the Cafe – with the view of keeping things in perspective:
Some points of interest (not intended to be exhaustive)
At time of posting, Electoral College votes: Biden – 238; Trump – 213; 270 needed
(Trump has improved on his 2016 finish in many parts of the country and looks like he’s got the inside track in the remaining states)
1. Trump needs to win:
– Pennsylvania (20 EC votes)
– Georgia (16 EC votes)
– Wisconsin (10 EC votes)
– Michigan (16 EC votes)
2. Biden only needs to win Penn + Georgia / Penn + Michigan / Georgia + Michigan = 270
3. Penn couldnt count pre-votes til today, Michigan until yesterday
4. In Penn, ballots received for 3 days *after polling day are to be included in the count
5. Michigan to complete count in the early hours of this morning (about now)
6. Note: all states have til 14 December to complete their counts
7. Republicans have pushed to stop ballots being counted, then complained the count is fraudulent. Its a pretty transparent ploy – but we’re yet to see if it works
8. Both parties will *fully exercise their legal avenues to challenge counts
Note: The EC is inherently undemocratic. Wyoming, the least populous US state (pop. of approx 578,000) with 3 EC votes gets one elector for every 192,919 citizens, whereas Cali (pop.of approx 39,512,000) with 55 EC votes gets one elector for every 718,404 citizens, that means the US doesnt have One-Vote-One-Value (as many other so-called ‘liberal’ democracies have)
To flip the Senate Dems need to win 2 of 3:
– N. Carolina (with 94% counted)
– Maine (with 62% counted)
– Iowa (with 91% counted)
If not, then Georgia comes into play and if Senate candidates dont get 50% of the vote it goes to a run-off in January. So far one (Republican) candidate has 51% but the other has less than 50%
One must truly wonder why have such a needlessly complicated national electoral process with so many exceptions if for no other reason than to bamboozle the ‘plebs’ and concentrate *real power in fewer and fewer hands
Prediction:
1 In a disputed result determined by a SC ruling, Trump wins presidency
2 Dems win a House-majority
3 Republicans retain Senate control
Recall 2000 the Gore v Bush result wasnt determined til 3rd December
“Note: The EC is inherently undemocratic. Wyoming, the least populous US state (pop. of approx 578,000) with 3 EC votes gets one elector for every 192,919 citizens, whereas Cali (pop.of approx 39,512,000) with 55 EC votes gets one elector for every 718,404 citizens, that means the US doesnt have One-Vote-One-Value (as many other so-called ‘liberal’ democracies have)”
Not so sure this is the no-brainer many seem to think it is.
Becuase huge portions of all blue states are “red.” So eliminating the EC basically give most of the power to urbanites. None to the rest of the country. Even though the “rural” areas of the country are all the make life possible in cities.
But its winner takes all – whoever gets the most votes votes in a state gets *all the EC votes from that state
My point is there are other, more fair voting systems, eg:
– Preferential voting or even Optional Preferential voting (where no vote is wasted)
– Proportional voting (giving a more accurate representation compared with the primary votes, see: The Gallagher index is a statistical analysis methodology utilised within political science (notably the branch of psephology) which “measures an electoral system’s relative disproportionality between votes received and seats allotted in a legislature.” wikipedia.org/Gallagher_index
– MMP like NZ’s, see “Mixed-member proportional representation (MMP or MMPR) is a mixed electoral system in which voters get two votes: one to decide the representative for their …” (from wiki)
I do not argue that our voting system—or system of government—is the best there is.
I believe NZ has a parliament.
That is a different animal from what we have in the USA.
Also in Germany they have a system of lists etc. I think people vote for both a specific candidate and also for a party’s list.
I fully agree that a parliamentary system would be a lot better from the point of view of allowing for advent of new parties, coalitions govts etc.
C’ mon Katherine. You come from Russia, which had gone from “here” to “there” then again from “there” to “here”, at the moment drifting slowly (I hope) to “there” again. Was not pleasant during times of change, even for Slavs. Population in USA has no clue what kind of depravity and suffering awaits them if they enter times of change. The great philosopher and thinker of our time, Dmitry Orlov perfectly explained it – doomy and gloomy future.
Some say it is between cities and the country, it may be. If times of change come, cities are kaput. But agriculture is so parceled and specialized, dependent on so many things from cities. No need for nuclear or any kind of war, it falls apart by itself, the society, I mean.
I hate myself, I wanted this to be a bit funny, and yet.. I apologize for any stressful feelings I caused – it is what it is :-(
Last night I watched Greg Hunter’s USA Watchdog election coverage. He had Gerald Celente on for most of it and by 11 PM both were satisfied, and I agreed that Trump had 300 EC College votes +/-13 and it was the landslide that even Jimmy Dore predicted. His Live-stream today was based on it, then at 0400 six figure blocks of 100% Biden votes suddenly appeared. Obviously, those votes are not possible. There has to be votes for both candidates so this is the Red Mirage Color Revolution that the Democrat Party Game-Planned several months ago with Paper Ballots and Antifa/BLM riots. That is why every Democrat City and State boarded up all glass windows because they thought Trump would win and the Riots would begin. The Red Mirage will fail just like the other Russiagate lies. This is Russiagate VIIII (I think, its hard to keep count). Go to theduran.com website and look at their PDFs and their YT channel and go back to June/July. They are 10 steps ahead of everybody on this.
The President won Michigan, Wisconsin, Pa, NC, Georgia and Arizona. Nevada was borderline. Later I checked PBS before I went to bed and they said Pa wasn’t counted yet. The President has sued the swing states. This will end up in the Supreme Court in January. If Harris wins there will be Wars in Eurasia, Africa and Central and South America, however, I don’t know where the GIs, Sailors and Airmen will come from.
What’s happening is amazing. America is embarrassing itself in front of the whole world and they are headed straight for a civil war even if it doesn’t become a full-fledged kinetic one. This is a better result than I have ever expected. It’s the end of the empire.
What a lot of folks here can’t quite get their brains wrapped around…..YET….is that ending the US Imperial role for enforcing Globalism and breathtaking Agenda 2030 “Green New Deal” genocide globally …is exactly Donald Trump’s purpose.
The difficulty in them comprehending that reality is the exasperatingly slow pace presented by a deeply dug in swamp that has resisted that intention fanatically ….every single step of the way.
And many …most of those steps have required strategic deception ….”maskirovka” if you will…by this president.
The alternative, if he had taken the advice of 95% of you…..never used and fired Priebus, that Exxon guy , Bolton, Mad Dog…..and others…………he would have lasted 6 weeks. And NEVER been in the position he is in TODAY:
Ready to wage and win the biggest fights left in him……preparing the way for a generation or two of others to follow up.
How’d that happen???
Pay close attention from here on out . And maybe Learn Something.
Am I watching Somali warlords holding an “election” or is this really happening in the US? What a failed state. Things aren’t going to get any better, that’s for sure.
No… you are simply watching the sad spectacle of a completely dysfunctional plutocratic neofeudalistic wreck of a country [which masquerades as a democracy] conduct an election where there is a ‘choice’ between two war parties …umm….and their idiotic warlords!
I repeat… there was no possible good result from this election…just some scenarios that were worse than others.
If dems steal the election and “people” do nothing, like in “no armed insurrection”, USA as we know it is gone forever. With Trump, there is a sliver of chance to extend the agony time. If dems bring Biden, than Kamala, they won’t be able to do anything anyways, the country will stop functioning. Neolibs are not capable of rational thinking, which is necessary even to conduct war. What war will they start? For Serbia and Iraq they were moving into position to attack for months. Now, it will be worse. Not because Russia would attack them before they are ready, Putin would never do that, anyways, to attack first. USAns will be bogged down in hopeless attempt to put together forces for any action.
Remember, it was Iranians landing super duper USA drone. USA is not capable of putting artillery’s pieces in place without Google, not for coordinates and maps, but for instructions how to do it. I could not believe how deep incompetence ignorance has penetrated all systems in the West, USA in particular. Their supply lines have been outsourced, Kellogg or Kraft i don’t know which one. There is no proxy to attack Iran instead of them. They are expected to be a proxy.
Meanwhile, El Chapo Guzman, or somebody else, might just invade from the South. Not kidding. One empire dissolves, vacuum appears, which Nature does not tolerate. Sooner rather than later, a new boss moves in.
As it usually comes down to in close races for the US presidency the side that cheats the best wins. The republicans do a lot of their “fixing” upstream while the democrats rely on illegal voters and ballot stuffing.
We shall see. It might all come down to little Nevada with its 6 electoral college votes.
Tim Kirby’s lament over fallen Babylon on (Strategic Culture Foundation)…
The article makes me nauseous as the whole of it illustrates exactly what is wrong with the Empire and what so many exceptionalists in my USA love to ignore. The question never asked by the exceptionalists is: How much more U.S. stability can be handled by Palestine or Syria, Cuba or Venezuela, Iran, Russia, China, North Korea or any other nation harmed by my USA’s co-opted and farmed-out foreign policy? How many more Pompeos, Sam Powers, and Nikki Haleys can Humanity bear… how many more Libya or Yugoslavia scenarios, how many more Ukraine-like regime-change operations, how many more Obama/Biden-like or Trump/Pence Administrations? The indispensable exceptionalists are incapable of thinking on such a scale as you can see in the article…
I’ll go out on a limb and say that this is probably the best possible outcome for the rest of the world short term, as a few folks are pointing out – this will cause a lot of internal conflict and will distract the Deep State from causing foreign shenanigans.
Long term though, Hillary might become a VP and the dark grey eminence – that would certainly cause Russia more headaches.
Well Albright is from the tripe of God’s chosen ones
as is Biden
They have no conscious what so ever
Interesting times ahead and maybe in the end another holocost will appear
Both Albright (Georgetown “professor”) and Biden are zealous Catholics who have promoted the Vatican’s geopolitical agenda for decades. The fact that the ugly beast is Jewish is neither here nor there. As a matter of fact her conversion to Catholicism denied everything she had experienced as a child.
With election results already foreseen, instead of whinning over the affair, it would make more sense to start planning out the next chess moves so as to save the planet from more freedom droppings….
….As in we ought to be working to make sure Hillary does not get selected to be Secretary of Defense, or State, or Warmongering Queen, and other nasty things like that.

AFTER THE ELECTIVE CARNIVAL
In the US, the ultimate goal of the Deep State – to defeat Trump – seems to have been achieved. It matters little that his victory was achieved with a mediocre candidate in a pre-Alzheimer’s state because the one who will actually govern is the CIA, the NSA, Sillicon Valley, the financial capital, the Pentagon and the military-industrial complex. The Democratic Party candidate promises to revive Obama’s policies. But it is worth noting that Obama (the same one who won a Nobel Peace Prize) launched seven wars during his term; he deported millions of Latin Americans from the United States and instituted a selective assassination policy with drones whose victims he chose on Tuesday.
The important thing to note is that the inexorable decline of the American empire will continue, with any president. Its decay is economic, social, monetary, political, military and moral – it cannot be stopped by Mr. Biden. The Profound State is warmongering and in despair. This puts the threat of nuclear war on the horizon.

BIDEN’S PUPPY AND ITS ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The achievements of Hunter Biden, the Democratic Party’s candidate for the US presidential candidate, are being carefully concealed by corporate media. Deep State has vast powers and tries to smother its secrets. But anyone who wants to catch a glimpse of the contents of Hunter’s laptop, abandoned in a repair shop, can take a look at the Daily Mail (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8901193/National-security-nightmare -Hunter-Bidens-laptop.html

In the grand scheme of things, Hunter Biden enriching Cam Girls or even using escorts is harmless. It might offend the religiously pious, but it doesn’t kill Iraqis, Syrians, Lebanese, Yemenis or Serbians, does it?
What would you prefer as a son: a murdering psychopath that cold-bloodedly ordered the murder of 1 million innocent men, women and children just so some billionaire nutcases could get even richer?
Or a dope-smoking, hard-drinking, reveller who paid 500 women to give him a good time? Didn’t beat them, didn’t rape them, just paid them for sex.
I’d prefer the reveller myself.
But then I don’t go to church, I don’t believe that 1 million deaths is acceptable collateral damage and I do believe that murdering to enrich the Military-Industrial-Complex is as bad as being a Nazi Concentration Camp Kommandant.
I don’t want Joe Biden to be US President, but Hunter Biden having online sex fantasies harms no-one.
” but Hunter Biden having online sex fantasies harms no-one.”
I think the point is that such shenanigans are a massive security risk because of blackkmail potential.
You might not mind seeing the shenanigans, but we have no idea what else the chinese and others have on Hunter and Joe Biden, and what price Joe & Co. would be willing to pay to avoid being publicly compromised. It might make the Stormy Daniels business looks like a drop in a teacup.
It is interesting UK Labour party supports Biden as they implemented postal voting in UK General elections:
‘Anybody who has sat through the case and listened to evidence of electoral fraud that would disgrace a banana republic would find this surprising,” Mr Mawrey said.’
Judge slates ‘banana republic’ postal voting system
Richard Mawrey QC , presiding over a special election court in Birmingham, warned that there were no realistic systems in place to detect or prevent postal voting fraud at the general election. “Until there are, fraud will continue unabated,” he said.
He found six Labour councillors in Birmingham guilty of carrying out “massive, systematic and organised” postal voting fraud to win two wards during last June’s elections for the city council.
But Mr Mawrey, a deputy high court judge who has sat through four weeks of evidence that thousands of postal votes were stolen to be changed or filled in by Labour supporters, said the fraud was not the actions of a “few hotheads”. It was carried out with the full knowledge and cooperation of the local Labour party and “extensively prevailed” throughout the city, where applications for postal votes soared from 28,000 to 70,000 last year.
In many cases whole families had had their votes intercepted and changed by Labour.
There was no way of checking whether the person who had applied for the vote was the legitimate voter.
Postal ballots were sent out in ordinary mail and were clearly identifiable. “Short of writing “STEAL ME” on the envelopes, it is hard to see what more could be done to ensure their coming into the wrong hands,” he said.
There had been “widespread theft” of postal votes, either en masse from corrupt postal workers
Mr Mawrey said. Returning officers had neither the powers, resources or authority to investigate suspicious applications for postal votes, and the police were poorly trained
In a damning judgment which ran to 192 pages (can that be found somewhere I wonder)
Personally, I would thank God when the Trump reality show finally comes to an end. Trump is a malignant narcissist who only cares about himself. As a President he continued the American tradition of relentless aggression against countries that never attacked America.
It was under Trump that the JCPOA with Iran was dishonestly cast aside to be replaced by “maximum pressure”. It was the Trump administration that decided to recognise Juan Guaido as the “legitimate President of Venezuela”. It was under Trump that Venezuela’s gold and other foreign assets were criminally appropriated while more sanctions were imposed on Venezuelan officials.
The Trump administration has played a very destructive role in Syria and continues to illegally occupy that country to deny Russia the chance of stabilizing Syria. In Yemen, the Trump administration took sides with Saudi Arabia and the UAE to bomb innocent people who never attacked America.
Trump also walked away from key arms control treaties with the Russians while imposing more sanctions on the Russian Federation and Russian companies and interests.
The Trump administration also ramped up hostility to China and started a senseless trade war that helped no-one. The ham-handed attempt to blame China to cover up Trump’s incompetent handling of the Coronavirus pandemic is another typically aggressive action of the Trump administration.
How anyone on this site can lament Trump’s potential exit is beyond me.
-NATO expansion in E. Europe
-War in the Balkans
-War in Iraq 2002
‘Colour revolution in Ukraine
-Colour revolution in Georgia
-War in Libya
-War in Syria
How anyone on this site can support Biden’s potential win is beyond me.
Trump in just 4 years:
-destruction of jcpo treaty
-killing of soleimani
-trade war with China
-destruction of INF treaty
– huge increase of nato activities in Europe and Eastern Asia
-sanctions to russia China Iran Syria and so on
-regime change operation in belarus
-regime change operation in bolivia
-regime change operation in venezuela
-missile strikes on syria
…..
The Saker published an article a few months ago in which he was asking if the elections matter. He was saying they do not. I agree with him. The Biden vs Trump thing is a fake debate. Both are bad. This is the sad reality and the only reality that matters.
The real tragedy in this is that all four of you have made perfectly valid observations.
Trump will lose the electoral college vote… bigly. The warlords will absolutely drool at the mouth in contemplation of at least another four-year term for another puppet POTUS. It will be business as usual for the multi-billion dollar butchery industry.
I hope you have plenty of money for Joe’s arrival. The states supreme courts are ruling that states unfunded liabilities must find a way to be payed for, as with raising taxes. Have you crunched the #’s over here?
The people have been taxed to death to this point and simply cant take anymore taxes or higher prices. Which is always the solution to financial crisis’s, and having the Fed’s backstop of privatizing the profits and socializing the losses, the recipe has been tried and approved at the highest levels of gvt and shall continue until someone makes them stop.
Tip of the day: invest in solid gold, preferably old coins, even the news ones have been democratified.
You said…” privatizing the profits and socializing the losses”
Precisely…AKA as reverse or inverse socialism.
Slick Willy put one of the most important finishing touches on this model with the repeal of Glass-Steagal. A motley procession of extraordinarily inept POTUS’s have deployed it ever since.
The system with the Blob at the control panel enthusiastically embraced this system, along with rampant MMP, and proceeded to produce an extraordinarily obscene neo-feudal kleptocracy. Trump didn’t lift so much as a finger to challenge this system in his first [and last] term.
Look no further than the obscene size of the FED balance sheet, and of course the minute intellects of the current POTUS candidates, for graphic illustrations of how badly this system can manifest itself.
The whole thing has been stage-managed from start to finish. Trump knew it would happen four years ago, Sanders explicitly predicted this over a week ago.
There has always been ballot stuffing in US elections. More recently there has been rigging using electronic voting machines.
The US hasn’t been able to organise a fair election in decades.
I would suggest that Trump’s election in 2016 actually postponed the “Great Reset” by 3-4 years. They probably had all of the plans laid for this already before he arrived on the scene. He was never a member of the cabal behind this which is why the deep state has gone to such desperate lengths to get rid of him.
If Biden ends up stealing this charade of a Blatant coup DE tate, All Republicans should insist on the Biden’s corruption being investigated and prosecuted.
And all Democrats should insist on Bernie Sandars take the position of Secretary of state.
Under any american presidential election up until now, Trump would have been declared the winner on the night of Nov.3rd.
But the covid circumstances provided the perfect, never before seen opportunity for Election Fraud!
200, 000 mail in ballots for Michigan,
and another state, that each were received after polls closed, –
And after counts stopped on election night in these states where Trump was in a massive lead.
To the amount that in any other election year, these states would have been declared Trump.
Butt! 4 the 1st time in history these Democrat run states declared a pause in ballot counting breaking all laws and common sense.
Then in the morning following after. Literally 500,000 votes, if not a million plus magically appear for STRICTLY BIDEN! 0, OFFICIALLY ZERO for Trump in these new ballots.
Statistically impossible numbers.
And magically the Democrats have given Biden the win, erasing Trump’s statistically overwhelming leads from the night b4.
With zero Republican votes, amongst half a million after hours ballots that magically appeared to give Biden stolen states .
Meanwhile, there are an overwhelming number of civilian whistle-blower selfie videos going viral on the Internet
All of Trump votes being destroyed,
As well as unbelievable, mind boggling amounts of pro Biden voter fraud practices.
Every video, as well as civilian whistle blower social media account instantly being censored, blocked, banned, and erased from all social media platforms the moment they begin to start trending.
This is the most blatant, in your face, crime and theft against the American people in the history of the Republic!
Meanwhile, militias, hooligans, thugs, foreign agitators, political interest groups, and straight criminals all wait in the shadows, set to light the cities on fire, anywhere they are given the spark.
Dear America,
For the Love of God
Please spend the next 2 months researching and looking into the Hunter biden laptop porn, corruption, and abuse crimes.
Don’t fight each other,
Divide and conquer is their game,
The power is in the people.
Unite as one nation against the corrupt, criminal , Elite group that rules over and oppresses us all!
Just a comment about the assertion that counting “ballots being received after the polls closed” is somehow wrong; it’s not wrong. It’s perfectly correct and legal. Ballots (at least in the state where I live) must be postmarked by election day (November 3rd). In most cases, it takes the postal service a few days to actually deliver these ballots to the Registrar of Voters. These ballots will almost never be delivered the same day (election day). In addition, Trump recently appointed a Republican political “hack” as the Postmaster General (PG). This PG has been systematically gutting the U.S. postal system, removing mail processing equipment and slowing and delaying mail delivery, even before election day. Therefore, in almost all cases, ballots mailed on election day will almost always be received AFTER the polls close on election day. These are legally voted ballots and they absolutely should be counted.
Looks like we are, and always were, between Scylla and Charybdis both dangerous and lethal death traps. The mythical sea monsters noted by Homer; Greek mythology sited them on opposite sides of the Strait of Messina between Sicily and Calabria, on the Italian mainland.
Not going to comment on the election process itself even though it’s quite obvious there are numerous irregularities. Right now it seems to be mail votes may flip all the remaining battleground states so Biden ends up winning all of them.
Seeing that the Biden/Harris administration now looks like the most likely outcome, let’s try and see the good and the bad:
The bad
– Biden campaign is packed with some of the most rabid neocons and zionists in the US. Unlike Bolton and Pompeo, these folks are much more experienced when it comes to foreign policy, therefore much more dangerous, and fully committed to spreading the revolution (in the guise of ‘humanitarian intervention’).
– Taking into consideration what I’ve written above, one could hardly imagine Biden admin returning to JCPOA as some have suggested it would. The neocon gang surrounding Biden will make sure the policy of maximum pressure on Iran is not discontinued.
– We have every reason to expect that the Empire ramps up its anti-Russia propaganda. Russia will be under increased pressure in Europe and the Middle East.
The good
– Given the increasing social, political, and economic instability within the US, Biden admin should be preoccupied with domestic issues. I expect it to be a weak administration, much more so than the sitting Trump administration. Why? Trump may have been universally hated by the establishment yet ye had a real support base. Biden and Harris don’t. As far as I know, Harris did dismally in the democratic primaries. Sanders supporters and the ‘progressive’ wing of the party will probably not be satisfied with Biden/Harris.
– A weak Biden/Harris administration signals further erosion of the Empire’s power and prestige. Compared to the Obama years, the US power has declined visibly, as with it, its ability to project power and decisively influence events in its favor. Should Biden/Harris return to the old hawkish policy they will further extend the Empire and deplete its dwindling resources, thereby significantly quickening the collapse of the Empire.
– Trump has been the main exponent of the faction within the Empire that favors Imperial restructuring, which in this context, means sacrificing the periphery to save the imperial core. They understand well that their resources are becoming limited – the cost of maintaining global hegemony since 1945. In the economy, it meant that the collective West abandons the neoliberal model it championed for the last three decades because they began losing in their own game to China. The rules they themselves have written for their own benefit have stopped serving them. I’ve said it before, we shouldn’t underestimate the ability of the rulers of the Empire to change the rules of the game and rebrand themselves only to return at a later time under a new guise. Trump’s policy of tariffs, his efforts to limit immigration, trade war against China, his deliberate humiliation of Europeans, have the same background: stop economic globalization and close in Western ranks to deprive China of its biggest advantages. I have no doubt the West’s next step would be to erect trade barriers and stop the influx of Chinese goods, prevent the Chinese from obtaining technological superiority, and developing infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe. Will Biden’s administration persist on Trump’s course? US democrats belong to the internationalist, globalist faction within the imperial elite (we may perhaps, even speak of the existence of western nationalists and internationalist globalists among the rulers of the Empire, they have a different version of how the future world should look like and the way in which it should be governed) and in the past, they’ve been the champions of interventionism, by which they achieved several goals: facilitate the movement of peoples in third world countries to drive immigration to the US itself, consequently boosting their voting base and bringing the wages down, help the corporations obtain cheap workers abroad making their profit bigger and also getting resources from newly colonized countries. The Dems are the party backed by the big business and no wonder Big Tech giants are also doing everything they can to bring them back to power. Which leads me to the crux of the matter: whether Biden/Harris admin will attempt to revert to the traditional democratic policies or continue to pursue key elements of Trump’s policy while feeding the public with the usual progressivism propaganda as to mislead them and hide their true goals. If the latter happens I believe it’s a very good outcome for the world, the Imperial restructuring of the West might have worked in the long run; the globalist utopia favored by the part of establishment Biden/Harris represent will at least lead to the crumbling of the Empire itself (but it has other dangers for the world).
These are my observations. If we’re to look beyond the most immediate effects of this election, and see the bigger picture, this outcome may be better than the alternative.
PS I’m aware of the risk the neocons pose to world peace, again, in short term, it will be very dangerous indeed.
I agree 100% on the composition of the harris admin: rabid, extremist zionist, neo cons; Nitenyaahooo and the Israelis are no doubt dancing in the street at the prospect of moar war, moar billions in cash support, etc. Iranians prob need to buckle down because the threats will be frequent and serious. The limiting factor may be that the us and israeli military options may be somewhat limited, very risky.
I guess as a citizen of us, I would quibble with the term “voting irregularities;” it was a blatant, in your face, f__you, middle finger, to the voting middle class-the dimos stated over and over what they would do, they did it, and now look at the country and ask, we took control, and WTF are you going to do about it. The dimos prob are dancing in the street as it sooo satisfying when a plan comes together and works so well.
Somehow I don’t think they’ll be dancing, this whole election must be very depressing for Americans in general, irrespective of their political affiliation. The election did demonstrate how dysfunctional and corrupt the American electoral system is, for one. So as an outcome, we’ll see a protracted political crisis with no end to the polarization of society in sight.
It’s hard to guess what the Biden/Harris admin will try to do in the Middle East. As you mentioned that Israeli military options are limited, so are the US options. Still, they can create more chaos in the region, which is what I’m afraid of.
A word about the Balkans. Trump’s defeat is going to spoil the machinations of our dear leader Vucic in Serbia, Biden admin won’t accept anything less than full recognition of Kosovo, as Biden is a well-known Albanian lobbyist and gave openly Serbophobe statements in the past. His coming to power will make it a lot harder for to traitor to realize his plan of making a deal with Trump to sell out Kosovo and gain something for himself and the gang around him. Sometimes your enemies make things a lot simpler!
Yesterday morning when I went online Google had a link to a “election update” page, which I believe was from AP but had pretty comprehensive info and a great map showing individual counties in each state.
This morning that link is gone.
Here it is again (copied from yesterday’s post on this thread).
Oops, the chaos is spreading. There probably won’t be enough popcorn in the world to sit this one out.
Trump accused of ‘gross abuse of office’ by OSCE election observer over call to halt count
The head of an international observer mission to the US elections has accused US President Donald Trump of “gross abuse of office,” after he called for an end to vote counting in key swing states.
“The most disturbing thing was that with presidential fanfare of the White House, that is, with all the insignia of power, the American commander-in-chief called for an end to the count because of his purported victory,” Michael Link, head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), told Germany’s Stuttgarter Zeitung newspaper on Thursday.
“That was a gross abuse of office,” he added, calling Trump’s claims of foul play by Democrats “baseless.”
Jeez, Amarynth, not sure how far I would run with this one.
Prob no secret that OSCE, as in european, is no fan of trump and the germans particularly are rabidly anti-trump.
To call the trump claims baseless is reflective of the dimocrat propaganda and lies and is a term they are using on cnn/msnbc-they delivered boxes and boxes, as in thousands of ballots, in a night time delivery in MI, WI, PA (election turnout was ~90%, 90%, think about that. (IN some cases, many more ballots cast and counted than registered voters).
I do not think I am reaching too far in trying to understand trump’s call, for gad’s sake, stop counting the thousands and thousands of ballots coming in with all, not just most, all supporting biden.
This was and is an in your face power grab!
Just saying!
I’m done here with my commentary on this f___ up selection , pop corn does not do it for me, I think I will be better off just watching the gold and silver markets take off as the the dollar will be and is being trashed-prob good news for the rest of the world.
Uhm, I was probably way too cryptic there. Oooooops – the chaos is spreading. That is my comment.
If anyone thinks I’m saying anything good about the OSCE sobs or their spawns …. no, that is not so. Just the fact that they are opening their mouths tells me that the chaos is spreading wider than the US.
Strangely, Peskov made a similar remark just a few hours ago about the uncertainty not being good for the international community or something such like.
Again I was commenting on spreading chaos. :-) Probably too cryptic and I forget that people are on the edge of their seats and highly reactive. Me? I’m keeping out of the details here on account of having to hang on to some mental health still lol.
I think we all are becoming a tad raw at this farce of the selection.
I become even more chapped when i appear to be backed into a position of defending trump.
Hence, I am backing away in order, as you say, to retain some semblance of mental health.
I will go monitor some “gold bug” sites which are at times even more outrageous than the political commentary sites, not herein with a couple of exceptions, but elsewhere.
As they say on the gold sites, gold is going “to da moon.”
Even Biden himself acknowledges it: ” we have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics”.
Biden has had brain surger a couple of times, i think because of brain aneurysm, it appears he has mental issues, that could explain why he cannot keep any secrets, cannot keep his mouth shut.
We all lose never mind who win
Except with critical race theory democrats we all lose more than if Trump wins. The republicans may be useless and corrupt but at least they are not raving racist lunatics.
My theory is that the Dems have gone overboard on identity politics, critical race theory, and transsexual rights to appeal to the socially liberal white professionals in the suburbs. If they didn’t do this, they would have to offer some policies that were actually attractive to the working class.
Charles,
That is exactly what is happening.
Same thing, different era.
That is ridiculous. Both parties have their share of raving racist lunatics. To assert otherwise is a partisan maneuver.
Katherine
Katherine, I appreciate your nuanced take and agree.
I think you meant Israel Shahak when you referred to Israel Shamir.
Walter: Did you notice that I put “Left” in scare quos?
Why do you think I did that?
Please, read more carefully before getting triggered!

Personally I can’t wait to leave this gulag.

tomo,
Re: “Personally I can’t wait to leave this gulag.”
You seem to have been around. Where in the world could one go? Where will it be any different in a dozen years or so from now?
Cheers to you, as well.

I am directing readers to the opinions of Dr. Paul Craig Roberts:

No matter who wins, the next US president will be a much weaker one.
Best comment I have seen anywhere on this subject.
If we see that Trump is winning, we should support Biden and vice versa.
After Harry S. Truman’s 1941 advice re German invasion of the USSR.
What do you have ?

Well my money is on Trump to win. Both electrol and popular vote.
Andrei My Orthodox Brother,
The Democrats are going to rob the American people of their vote.

Katherine
‘they provide for voters to end up with two ballots in their hands.”
That was the plan all along.
Now have a wild guess why biden pushed his sheep’s to vote by mail?

“If voting changed anything they would outlaw it” Emma Goldman
The American political system needs a REAL third party to represent the 100 million on food stamps, $5.00 per hour jobs, homelessness and medically deprived. The other alternative for these people is cannon fodder.
The political system needs one independent party so as to stop all the partisan bickering.
Auslander
Russia Federation voting system.
Precisely. That would be the Russian Federation that ‘the west’ constantly denigrates as being ‘not a democracy’ and ‘incapable of holding a free and open election’. It is to laugh considering the farce occurring in SehSha at this very moment.

Presumably not similar to Belarus system?
Thanks for that, Auslander!
The problem is this us “system” is willfully designed for fraud:
-big money bribes to candidates labelled as political contributions=absurdity;
-mail in ballots w/o id confirmation=absurdity (witness thousands of late night biden votes w/o one trump vote)
-absentee ballots to allow delayed counting (if needed)=absurdity;
-two party “system” locked in concrete w/o fear of third party challenges=absurdity;
I could go on and on and on: the Federal Election Commission (FEC) is a hoax and a horrendous joke, heavily slanted towards the dimos with commissioner seats vacant, it is beyond toothless but the dimos like it that way=absurdity;
Excellent comment T77
You: “I have to ask where in the hell is the hope”
The reason the Elites offer false hope as a strategy is by defeating the natural, normal, human hope in our hearts – makes people easier to control
Merely as an example, remember Obama’s 2008 slogan of ‘Hope and Change’ – there was *no hope and *no change – he still went ahead with the bank bailout as he was ‘bought’ by Wall St
Regards
But you can’t say voting isn’t wildly popular in the west —
Analysis: Seven Milwaukee wards report more 2020 presidential votes than registered voters; Biden nets 146K votes in city
There was in excess of 200% turnout in some precincts!
However, the procedure is exactly as described.
Zidar
I am aware that you are Queen’s Colonial Domain, but you would be surprised to know the numbers of American citizens who have no idea of that fact.
However, it’s the Identification Document one must possess that is the key to the current dilemma in US election process. Until that little foible is addressed, basically every election in US from dog catcher on up is open to question. That being said, it seems the Republicans are a bit more in favor of secure and positive voter ID than the ‘loyal opposition’, who are for more ‘opposition’ than ‘loyal’.
Auslander
Cheers :-)
:-)
We have our Juan Guaido, it seems . .
Not just Russia’s, plenty of other countries as well. That is why few foreigners “understand” the US election system. The US system is crooked by design – to allow room for maneuver to the plutocrats, the secret agencies, and the entrenched interests.
You see, Russia takes voting seriously. Pindostan pretends to care about voting and democracy, and then makes a mockery of both.
Because of the flip in vote for Biden overnight, plus the closeness of the race this next president will be viewed as illegitimate and will totally split the nation.
More unrest in U.S.A.
I 100% agree with your statement above, Wisconsin and Michigan were going towards Trump. But the rigging of numbers is turning this into something much more than expected.
The race is not close for the in person ballots –
the mail-in ballots are big and one sided and must be late to achieve the objective ! – to make sure the right amount is transferred to beat the count – since they require discovery endlessly – the DNC will wait Trump out and exhaust him and the legal process.
voting by fake mail is the end of voting –
there is no reason for any real people to vote anymore when the DNC can stop the count – read the requirement to beat it – and send in what is in the storage warehouse already manufactured
transparently fraudulent is now the standard
How does military voting work?
Just wait.
Email voting is next.
There was a similar “flip” in the middle of the night for Bush in 2004.
Went to be with Kerry well ahead and woke up four hours later with Bush declared the winner (becuase of Ohio, remember?).
Katherine
That’s right. The vote totals from the official vote-counting computer in Ohio (run by the Republican Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell) were transferred to another vote-counting computer located in a basement in Tennessee. The vote counts were allegedly altered there and later the totals were transferred back to the official computer in Ohio. Here’s a link:
https://freepress.org/article/bob-bites-back-blackwell%E2%80%99s-back-and-he%E2%80%99s-gonna-rig-elections-0
The man who did the actual computer work died in the crash of his private plane on his way back to Ohio from Washington, D.C. Here’s a link to that:
http://12160.info/profiles/blogs/the-mysterious-death-of-bushs
The FBI and the NTSB were immediately on the scene of the deadly plane crash that night. The wreckage was removed by morning.
Interesting – thanks for the info
The U.S. mainstream media did a pretty thorough job of political theater by appearing to “split the nation” when combined with the behind-the-scenes global banker financing of the Antifa and BLM “rent-a-protester” crisis actors. But down on Main Street, American isn’t really as “split” as the “news as entertainment” MSM would have you believe. So why do you think the global financial elite want to “split the nation”? Why is their motto “Buy Low. Sell High”?
The split is between the cities and the country, and the ranks of the growing poor have nots, and the haves.
The country folks can live w/o the cities, the cities can not live w/o the country folk. This division will only expand.
“Some of the problems of governance in the United States today stem from an excess of democracy […] [we require] a greater degree of moderation in democracy.”
–Samuel P. Huntington, et al. of The Trilateral Commission, 1975
http://www.trilateral.org/download/doc/crisis_of_democracy.pdf
“American Democracy” has been a hoax for half a century.
Mr. Huntington was also known as an architect of the post-USSR “new world order” and “Clash of Civilizations” theory.
What makes you believe that the United Snakes plan to dismantle Syria was ever “off the table”?
Remember, your vote counts.
There is a debt bomb that promises to explode in the rather near future.
Joe, Santa left you a present, open it to see what it is.
Whoever wins, the United States will follow the strategies of the conceited zionist Edward Luttwak
He reversed himself on that one UKB.
The riots and the insane avowedly “Marxist” rhetoric of the designated female “leader” of BLM plus the Antifa losers on Soros’ payroll may have had something to do with that.
Actually I think he himself made that point.
Look it up, okay??
The Democrats are going to steal the election as they have been openly promising to do ever since basically 2016. Now the BIG question becomes WHAT WILL THE PEOPLE *DO* ABOUT IT.
Joe the ‘Dinosaurs’ Biden will start a War to please the MIC and Israel somewhere close to Syrian and Lebanese borders.
I am an American.
Trump or Biden?
You summed it up perfectly for me as well. Well done!
Mike
You echo my thoughts from an earlier cafe…

Cheers
Col
The three of you are truly clueless.
Cheers!
Bro,
Trump will not win.
The media is against him, the intelligence community is against him, the oligarchs are against him, the war hawks are against him and – in their hearts – most Republicans are against him, as well as the Democrats being against him.
These are the people who actually run this country.
There is no way that they are going to allow Trump another four years.
It is not going to happen.
Nostradamus 93
I have been racking my “clueless” brains…given that Donald is now a very dead duck in this election.
How many of the 195 world leaders out there are likely to miss him?
For the life of me, I can really only think of one…Nutty-yahoo…that’s it!!
Any other suggestions out there…anyone?
Col…’the farmer from NZ’,
Even Mossad can’t save Trump now – as much as they would like to.
Mark my words. Trump’s goose is cooked.
And the silence was deafening!
One has to admit that the state of politics (and education, and health), in this country, is a sad state of affairs.
Col,
I read that post to which you linked. I really liked this passage:
That is so true. The very fact that the “major candidates” were Trump and Biden is a national embarrassment of the first order.
But I suppose that is what happens in the dying days of a collapsing empire.
Mike
My prediction in terms of electoral college votes… a one-horse race really…
Biden between 317 and 324
Trump between 214 and 221
Just sayin

Agenda 2030 is in progress to say the least.
“Buy Low, Sell High”… always in fashion, no?
Bwaaaa ha ha hagk ggghh!!
Cheating like that should disqualify the candidate, but in America would probably only affect his henchman doing the dirty work.
https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/11/04/a-stolen-election/
What is most striking to me regarding the blue/red map is the one provided by Google/AP that shows the county level.
https://www.google.com/search?q=election+results+%23election2020

The spoiled fruit of the tree… again, the murdered brother again, it’s a very, very old thing.
how do we pull off a 270 to 269 electoral votes? lol
I favour reform there.
maverick, I hear what your saying but the MMP, Mixed-member proportional representation voting system used in Germany, NZ and some other countries is even better
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed-member_proportional_representation
Cheers!

Agreed to have a battle;
For Tweedledum said Tweedledee
Had spoiled his nice new rattle.
Just then flew down a monstrous crow,
As black as a tar-barrel;
Cannot agree more on each and every single point you brought up.
Good points. Entirely possible.
This is incredible. Bernie Sanders last week predicted the very same situation that exists now.

Amarynth, I’m no fan of Sanders, but yes, he was exactly right

The ballot stuffing in Wisconsin/ Michigan/ Pennsylvania is off the scale.
The Attorney General of Philadelphia, Shapiro, says he will not allow Trump to win.
Biden is now calling people to go door to door in Georgia to “fix” mail in ballots.

Apparently election DAY can be election WEEKS…? Corruption. Deep state is cheating to prevent Trump from being re-elected.

1. 4 ‘Trump supporters’ stabbed after election night fight near White House – DC police

One sometimes pines for simpler times when the “pregnant chad” was the latest electoral outrage.
Buckle up – we’re in for a bumpy ride!

Katherine
But its winner takes all – whoever gets the most votes votes in a state gets *all the EC votes from that state
My point is there are other, more fair voting systems, eg:
– Preferential voting or even Optional Preferential voting (where no vote is wasted)
– Proportional voting (giving a more accurate representation compared with the primary votes, see: The Gallagher index is a statistical analysis methodology utilised within political science (notably the branch of psephology) which “measures an electoral system’s relative disproportionality between votes received and seats allotted in a legislature.” wikipedia.org/Gallagher_index
– MMP like NZ’s, see “Mixed-member proportional representation (MMP or MMPR) is a mixed electoral system in which voters get two votes: one to decide the representative for their …” (from wiki)
regards
I do not argue that our voting system—or system of government—is the best there is.
I believe NZ has a parliament.
That is a different animal from what we have in the USA.
Also in Germany they have a system of lists etc. I think people vote for both a specific candidate and also for a party’s list.
I fully agree that a parliamentary system would be a lot better from the point of view of allowing for advent of new parties, coalitions govts etc.
But I don’t know how we get from here to there!!
Katherine
The President also won Virginia.
What’s happening is amazing. America is embarrassing itself in front of the whole world and they are headed straight for a civil war even if it doesn’t become a full-fledged kinetic one. This is a better result than I have ever expected. It’s the end of the empire.
“It’s the end of the Empire.”
And not a moment too early, Sayer.
Cheers!
Talk about beers and popcorn…got my stereo cranked up now and listening to Van the Man and his version of ‘Georgia on My Mind’…man does he nail it!

Am I watching Somali warlords holding an “election” or is this really happening in the US? What a failed state. Things aren’t going to get any better, that’s for sure.
Ugh
No… you are simply watching the sad spectacle of a completely dysfunctional plutocratic neofeudalistic wreck of a country [which masquerades as a democracy] conduct an election where there is a ‘choice’ between two war parties …umm….and their idiotic warlords!
I repeat… there was no possible good result from this election…just some scenarios that were worse than others.
Sad times indeed
Col
More pop-corn please.
“America Voted for the Worst Possible Result” by Tim Kirby, November 4, 2020

I’ll go out on a limb and say that this is probably the best possible outcome for the rest of the world short term, as a few folks are pointing out – this will cause a lot of internal conflict and will distract the Deep State from causing foreign shenanigans.
Long term though, Hillary might become a VP and the dark grey eminence – that would certainly cause Russia more headaches.
Is it?
The chaos might encourage external agression as a diversion and to keep things together.
Great point. I always thought of her as a crypto-jew. She was Catholic up until 1997 and her rise through the establishment was as a Catholic…
The more usa fights amongst themselves the less likely to cause chaos in other nations

Why do All the DNC people look like Sylvester the cat after eating the tweety bird.
Now Lets see the old woman with the broom come and take Sylvester by the ear and beating sylvesters’ back side until the bird comes out.
The glee on the faces of these people spells troubles, maybe the face masks is to hide the “cheshire cat grin”.
… or on a smaller scale from the letterboxes.
https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2005/apr/05/politics.localgovernment

Biden as Senator, CFR member and VP supported:
-NATO expansion in E. Europe
-War in the Balkans
-War in Iraq 2002
‘Colour revolution in Ukraine
-Colour revolution in Georgia
-War in Libya
-War in Syria
How anyone on this site can support Biden’s potential win is beyond me.
Trump in just 4 years:
-destruction of jcpo treaty
-killing of soleimani
-trade war with China
-destruction of INF treaty
– huge increase of nato activities in Europe and Eastern Asia
-sanctions to russia China Iran Syria and so on
-regime change operation in belarus
-regime change operation in bolivia
-regime change operation in venezuela
-missile strikes on syria
…..
The Saker published an article a few months ago in which he was asking if the elections matter. He was saying they do not. I agree with him. The Biden vs Trump thing is a fake debate. Both are bad. This is the sad reality and the only reality that matters.
Totally agree with that Serbian girl,
O’bomber bombed 7 Arab/Muslim countries
– none of which were at war with the US
– without Congressional approval
Biden was V-P from January 20, 2009 – January 20, 2017
He’s as much a war hawk as any other!

Best regards
Col
Too true Alabama!
Case rested
Col
The whole thing has been stage-managed from start to finish. Trump knew it would happen four years ago, Sanders explicitly predicted this over a week ago.
There has always been ballot stuffing in US elections. More recently there has been rigging using electronic voting machines.
The US hasn’t been able to organise a fair election in decades.
This one is no different.
This one is different, the empire is at stake fie the globalists
I would suggest that Trump’s election in 2016 actually postponed the “Great Reset” by 3-4 years. They probably had all of the plans laid for this already before he arrived on the scene. He was never a member of the cabal behind this which is why the deep state has gone to such desperate lengths to get rid of him.
If Biden ends up stealing this charade of a Blatant coup DE tate, All Republicans should insist on the Biden’s corruption being investigated and prosecuted.
And all Democrats should insist on Bernie Sandars take the position of Secretary of state.
And I am Sorry.

They’ll be counting and re-couting votes until Biden wins …..That’s what’s gonna happen ! No need to be an expert to figure it out .
Popcorn supplies are running low …. not sure I have enough to last this out.
Wow! This is incredibly good analysis and well worth the read. Thank you
Excellent commentary/analysis, Mairon! Thanks.

OSCE are famous fo their role in colour revolutions.
Thanks, Amarynth!
